Where to Watch the Super Bowl in Chicago, 2018 Edition | Eater Chicago

"Fans don’t have to be relegated to only watching the game on Super Bowl Sunday. They can play games too at this River North dart bar. Fueling the action will be a $20 all-you-can-eat tailgate buffet or a $50 open bar and tailgate buffet combo." - Jeffy Mai

Point & Feather refused entry to my friend because of his disabilities. They tried to say dress code, but he wore the attire as stated on their website. When I asked for clarification, they said something was “off” about my friend. When I explained to them his disabilities, staff/bouncer confirmed that was the reason he wasn’t welcome. The owner never bothered to follow up, despite asking for my number to call. An apology was beneath them. This place clearly has no respect for inclusion or human decency. Avoid it at all costs. Unsure if they are familiar with ADA. Destroyed my friend’s self esteem, who just wanted to feel like everyone else.

We went there post to dinner. He had no trouble getting in it requires proper attire to enter. slightly upscale bar. Plenty of seating space with darts and pool tables. Drinks are okay, not great but definitely overpriced. Everyone i observed, made faces after their first sip. It wasnt busy but servers were rarely to be seen.

Came on a Saturday night with a group of friends. My partner was denied entry due to a “dress code” violation, apparently his hoodie. However, a white member of our group was allowed in immediately before us wearing a hoodie and sweatpants. Security is very rude and dismissive if you try to clarify what the dress code is.

Google
Racist people here wouldn’t let me in because of my attire while I have seem dozens of men wearing shorts and tshirts. You can’t argue that a guy with shorts had a coat on 😂. If the staff is racist people how lit could this place possibly be.

I'm not sure what all the big fuzz is about this spot. This felt like a very average place. Their cocktails were primarily gin based and I hated it. Maybe someone who loves gin might be able to give a better thoughts on their cocktails as such. Fish tacos were pretty good. The bouncer seemed very judgemental/racist as he let a lotta people in without any reservations but initially did not let me in until I told him my friend who is at the bar inside is expecting me. Anyways, I don't think I'll go back here again (not cos of the bouncer incident tho) but cos of it's actual vibe and cocktails that my friends and I did not like much.

Becca Chadwick

Google
Bouncers denied my friend because he was wearing a sleeveless shirt - but it was clearly because they are homophobic. Will not be coming back :)

Popped into Point & Feather early saturday afternoon. It was very quiet. We sat at the bar. The Hibiscus purè and gin cocktail was excellent. Also tried the hummus and the grilled shrimp. Both were tasty. However, the shrimp were very very spicy hot. Our bar tender was fabulous. Very honest in his assessment of the foods. I would recommend Point & Feather for appetizers. We didn't try the entrees.

Google
Cool place, though I'm not entirely sure what they're going for decor-wise... reminded me of that poacher's mansion from Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls😄 Drinks are solid (they make a good Paper Plane), bartenders are friendly, and it was cool to just play darts with the wife and get loaded. It was a good time!

Yelp
Gave my girlfriend a tequila and grapefruit when she asked for vodka and grapefruit. Then told her she asked for tequila even thought a couple people heard her say vodka, but did made her another... and then charged me for both. Didn't raise the concern with the staff but the bar tender was shockingly rude and poorly trained. Avoid basically a scam They charged a tip even though i scratched out the tip option. This place is a scam

Yelp
Absolutely abysmal service. We went for a friend's birthday. I ordered the steak sliders and was served burgers instead. I raised this issue with the staff, and he questioned me on what I ordered - his response was "you ordered these". This guy, mind you, was not even my server. I raised it with the server, and her response was "they are the same thing". If that's the case, then why do you have both burger sliders AND steak sliders on your menu? Then, I ordered water three separate times from a staff member, and he did not say a word back to me nor did he bring the water. I had to go to the bar to get a carafe of water and glasses for myself and my 8 friends. On top of this, as a dart bar, every one of our darts were broken and bounced off the fake, plastic dart board. If you're a bar centered around darts, then why not have an actual cork board? The service and darts here are extremely sub-par. I highly recommend checking out a different bar, or Flight Club (2 blocks south) if you want to play darts. Spent over $1000 at this bar for terrible service, darts that are broken, and mediocre food and drinks.

Yelp
Amazing place! We went on a Friday night and absolutely loved the vibes. And the DJ was on fire! The place is spacious and has interesting decor. You can play darts or pool. We could not taste the food as the kitchen was closed, but the drinks were good.
google avatar

Yelp
Will definitely be returning but I think this bar is more about the ambiance and hangout-ability versus the specialty cocktails! I ordered the Ojo Del Toro because I like spicy sweet cocktails and it hit the spot! But I don't think it's crazy special over another bar's which is why it's 4/5 but I still need to try some other drinks too. Definitely was more self service and walked to the bar to get the drinks. But the ambiance definitely was the standout of the whole place and will come back with friends for drinks and darts. Loved the couches and the interior decorating!

Yelp
The "white horse" was honestly delicious if you like cucumber cocktails! and all of the bartenders I interacted with were incredibly pleasant. I liked the music and remixes the dj played and the vibe was cute besides the slightly cheugy neon signs. The multiple darts areas were also a nice touch. I'd definitely come back here - maybe over some of the other bars on this street!

Yelp
Stopped in while in town to watch a Bears game on a Thursday ight...nice vibe, meaningful dress code w pool, lite bites comfy chairs and good music... A good place to chill and watch a game or play a game of pool

Yelp
Had the absolute worst experience trying to go to Point and Feather over the weekend. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I was with a group of three other Indian people and we were rejected from Point and Feather on Friday night. We were meeting some friends who were already inside and when we stood in line the white, male bouncer told us they were only allowing in people with reservations. We told him we had friends inside who had a reservation. After that he changed his story and said they were "at capacity and not allowing anyone in." This bouncer along with a black, male bouncer then told us we needed to leave the line and clear the sidewalk, so we walked a little away trying to figure out what to do. After that, one of the bouncers yelled at us to leave their sidewalk entirely and that we couldn't stand near them at all. So we moved a little over to the restaurant next door to let our friends know we couldn't enter. A few minutes go by and we see the white bouncer letting in all the people behind us who were somehow allowed to stay in line, for free and without asking if they had reservations. We noticed all of the people let in happen to be white as well. A few more minutes go by and a black guy tries to enter and he's required to pay cover before he can go in. Absolutely one of the most racist and worst experiences I've had trying to go to a bar/restaurant in the city. Highly DON'T recommend.

Yelp
For a "darts" bar, there doesn't seem to be a big emphasis on darts...They're definitely not the highest quality dart boards or darts. The drinks are fine and the servers are friendly but I admit I often go for a couple pints of whatever's on tap. Maybe I just went in with higher expectations but I find it a bit more generic but I do enjoy the atmosphere.
google avatar

Rachana P.

Yelp
Good chill spot for the neighborhood. Multiple spots for folks to play darts and pool but since there isn't a time limit, it's pretty easy for groups to take over the space. The menu included an average number of items for the area but I stuck with a beer since a group of us were playing darts. Ambiance and decor are nice but don't expect too much service from the staff.
google avatar

Yelp
So this is the type of place you go to when you just want beer, mixed drinks or seltzers. Their cocktails aren't that great and neither is the food, but the music is usually great and a game of darts with good friends is always a good time. The place is pretty big so you rarely have to wait for a drink at either of the bars and the dj on all 3 occasions was great! Played some fantastic mixes and had a lot of ppl moving to the music. It's a no frills bar with a lot of darts boards. If you want better cocktails; I'd suggest checking out flight club.
google avatar

Yelp
Beer was good and super cool bar with nice set up but to be marketed as a darts bar and not have darts was kind of frustrating. I asked almost 5 different employees and no one could get me darts.

Marlecia P.

Yelp
This place is despicable. We were a party of six with three black people and three white people. They only let the blonde hair white girl in and told the rest of us we need a reservation. ZERO STARS.

Yelp
Always packed and always fun and good music. This is definitely the place to have fun with friends .

Yelp
Went for st pattys day and bartenders told us they would be fired if they gave us water. They made us buy water bottles and they only offered Fiji water making it like $8 a bottle. They ran out of seltzers quickly, so people were given the choice of beer or liquor, so to not offer free water to people is very irresponsible and frustrating. Bartenders also would skip over taking certain people's orders and were very rude. We understand it's st pattys and lots of drunk people, but to pay a cover and a lot of money for a drink then to get denied water is frustrating

Yelp
One of the worst experiences I've had at any establishment, and I didn't even make it inside. I'm not sure who we were met with at the front door (manager/owner?) but he was extremely rude and demeaning to me and my friends. We were taking part of a St. Patrick's Day bar crawl and decided to stop by Point and Feather because it was on the list provided to us by the bar crawl we bought tickets for. Not only was Point and Feather on the list, with times listed for when we could visit, but there were also drink specials listed for this specific bar. We were instructed by not one, but two, bouncers that our wristbands were valid and we would get in. We waited in line and when we got up to the front, we were told by the owner/manager (?) that we would not be let in unless we paid $20 each. We showed him our wristbands (which should get us in free-according to the bar crawl) and he said they don't take those wristbands. We showed him our bar crawl list that had "Point and Feather" on it and the owner/manager disregarded it and said we could only get in if we paid. He then tried to let just us girls in but make the guys we were with pay $40 each. The owner/manager refused to hear us out, even though we were calm and just wanted our confusion about the situation to be cleared up. He was extremely disrespectful and I'm disappointed in how this was handled. I refuse to give my business to this establishment in the future. Attached are photos of the list from our bar crawl that clearly shows Point and Feather, along with the time allotted for entry and drink specials.

Yelp
I love the atmosphere here, they have darts and pool and lots of seating. It's the service that makes it really hard to go here. The girl bartenders are always rude. Last night I asked if they could make a good dirty martini, she said yes. This was by far the worst drink I have ever had, I'm pretty sure it was just vermouth. I would go somewhere else if your looking for good cocktails and above average food!

Yelp
Honestly one of the cutest bars I've been to in Chicago. The spot was definitely bigger than I had expected it to be from the outside. Drinks pretty reasonably priced too. They do have a dress code though - my friend wore sweatpants and wasn't let in :/

Danielle M.

Yelp
Terrible experience, if I could give zero stars that would be more accurate. Our friend went ahead of us and walked in without an issue. We were a few steps behind and when the rest of us got to the door the bouncer told us we needed reservations and turned us away. He proceeded to let several people in without asking the same question. Our friend who was inside came to the big open windows to see what was going on and we let her know we couldn't get in, she let us know she'd finish her drink and come out. The same bouncer rushed over, urgently moved people, tables, and chairs and very DRAMATICALLY closed the windows. The friend inside went to a bartender to ask what was going on and the bartender confirmed there were no reservations required and he didn't know why the bouncer would do that. Our group happened to have some diversity and the whole incident appeared to have been based on race which is so disappointing. While waiting for our friend to come out I watched the same bouncer let in several white people and turn away the only black man who approached the door, saying the same thing about reservations to him. Discrimination is never okay, we will not be back to this establishment.

Yelp
Not a place I plan to come back to. We stopped in here on a Friday night after having dinner across the street at Bar Goa and I kind of wish we would have stayed there. The two stars are for the inside which was swanky with plenty of seating. That's where the stars stop. The drinks were fine (definitely overpriced) but the service was terrible. We had to get up three times to find the server. It was busy but not busy enough to account for the lack of service. Also they added a mandatory 20% tip which I have never seen at a bar or for a group of 4, but given the quality of service, it makes sense.

Jordan G.

Yelp
Came in last night with my sister, I tried to order an antihero on tap and the bartender, tall skinny white dude with waxed back hair, told me I'd have a tequila sprite like my sister. I told him that I wanted the beer and he pushed for the other drink again, I caved, we each got one. I'm a lightweight and one tequila soda should take me out for at least an hour or so, especially after pregaming. Basically I just hydrated. There's no way that tequila wasn't watered down. A lot. Free darts and pool which was fun, but the actual darts are kinda shitty and the cue sticks were light - only one had a tip.

Yelp
Finally came here last week and loved it! We all got carded at the door but I took it as a compliment as the guy at the door said I didn't look my age lol. Anyway, Point and Feather is a very cool after work spot, especially if you are in the mood to play darts or pool or just have an awesome specialty crafted cocktail. There are many different seating areas and they have great music and happy hour specials. I came with a few friends after work and everyone enjoyed. Loved it so much almost wanted to go back the next day, but I will wait until next week! During happy hour which last until 7 pm, all of the appetizers are half off and there are some good drink specials as well. This is definitely my new after work spot! Check it out !

Stone S.

Yelp
Fine atmosphere. Said shots only @ 130 when they close at 1. 2 shots were $30. Shots were already poured and costs got dropped on me. I asked if it was Don Julio and it was Casablanco or some trash tequila. Felt unprofessional to charge shots after dark and $15 shots. Dart board sucked. Didn't hold darts and struggled

Hunter G.

Yelp
The drinks are watered down!!! I've never had tequila and been so sober... bartender also decided to tell us what we wanted to drink rather than letting us get the beers we wanted. Bar has a good idea with the pool and the darts. So If you're into those kinds of games it can be really fun, but I recommend getting a beer or soda, not liquor.
google avatar

Daniel F.

Yelp
Overall I was very impressed by this location and it's availability of seating. I'm glad I booked a 8 person table ahead of time or else it would have been impossible to find space on a Friday night. If you have a big group i would highly recommend booking a table. It's always crowded but the specials are great. Half off apps and $5 drafts and $7 cocktails were an excellent value. Our favorite appetizer was definitely the nachos Bc they were massive. Would definitely consider coming back.
google avatar

Connor R.

Yelp
Fantastic place to take people from out of town or just a low key date night. The drinks are great, definitely overpriced like chicago, but it is what it is. The catch at this place is the free pool and darts. Definitely can't beat that!
google avatar

Scott S.

Yelp
If you're looking for a trendy chill spot to have drinks and appetizers this is a great choice. Plus you get free darts which is always a crowd favorite. I've been a few times and it's always been laid back with a chill vibe. Never had a problem with service and I believe they have some pretty good happy hour specials. I've had an assortment of the appetizers and enjoyed them all and they have a good price on PBR tall boys, pairs excellent with dart throwing ha. Also very spacious inside shouldn't have a problem finding a seat. This is a nice change up from the normal Hubbard street bars where loud music and packed bars reign.

Yelp
A group of us went on a Friday night. This used to be Mercer. Likes - We were seated by a dart board. Not sure if you need to reserve it or what. When the tables next to us stopped playing and left, we played for a little - Drink: Queen of Thorns (beefeater gin, pineapple, lemon, dried rose) was great Dislikes - My friends arrived first and asked for a table for 6 but was given a table for 4. -Drink: Matcha Pea Shoot (fords gin, thyme liqueur, lemon, sugar snap pea, matcha, egg white) was interesting but not good enough to get again.

Yelp
Came here with friends to hang out for an evening. We arrived to a fairly empty spot and we picked a seat by the dart boards. We sat down and were given menus when immediately a waitress came by for our drink orders. Since we just sat down, we asked for some time. After a few minutes she checks on us. A friend asked about the happy hour specials and she didn't know, reading her list and then handing it to us. My friends opt for $5 wine special and I got the pea shot matcha. After looking at the menus for snacks, we each three discovered we had a different menu. A waiter stopped by to check on us and we asked which menu was correct. He helped sort it out, but it seems like the ones they had sitting around were different. Staff was quickly trying to remedy this. How is it that there are so many versions for such a new restaurant? Our waitress was eyeing the situation the entire time and looked very annoyed that another staff helped us. We placed our order (burrata and crostini) and was then informed that the crostini wasn't available. We opted for the corn dogs instead. The food comes relatively quickly, way before our drinks. We waited for a bit and started to play darts. Finally, the drinks come. The wine glass my friend received had a lipstick stain.... My cocktail was okay, bit bland. As for the food, we enjoyed the corn dogs and burrata. The bacon jam with the burrata was a winner! It didn't come with much bread, 4 pieces, for the amount of cheese and jam. We ended up finding someone for more as our waitress couldn't have been bothered all evening. As we were wrapping up, we asked for the check and found the bill to be off, none of the small plates were half off per happy hour specials. They also charged for the extra bread.... I walked to the waitress about the happy hour prices and she was convinced it was right as her manager did it. Math doesn't add up, I point out and she finds him. The manager apologizes and we get a correct bill and are off. Definite miss in service. Our waitress clearly didn't want to be there. The venue is nice, particularly for a winter evening. We appreciated the darts games being free. The food was good. However, the negatives outweigh the positives.

Yelp
This was a great place to hang out in Chicago while we waited for our nearby dinner reservation. The drinks were flowing and the conversation was lively. Very comfortable place full of fun tavern things to do. I recommend the drinks although I did not get to try any of the food.
google avatar

Emma C.

Yelp
Went here for some drinks with friends while in Chicago and had a great time! The drinks are reasonably priced and we happened to be there during happy hour which was a plus! In addition to the drinks we got the burrata. It was really good and I would definitely get it again. The interior is also great and the staff is great. They also have a lot of dart boards free of charge to play with. This was a nice addition to the experience. I would definitely come here again!

Yelp
Point & Feather is the place for playing darts if you prefer throwing darts while dressed to impress and sipping a fancy cocktail rather than playing in a jersey at your local sports bar. I visited on a Friday night around 1am. Although Hubbard street was lively, Point & Feather was quieter and had quite a few dart "nooks" open. My friends ordered drinks at the bar and we started playing darts. I enjoyed the comfy seating in the nook area and the bartenders were nice. The bouncers kicked us out around 1:45am.
google avatar

Jackie M.

Yelp
One of the few places I can tolerate on a Saturday night out on Hubbard Street. Had a nice time playing pool and getting a beer. The ambiance looks pretty nice, kinda classy with the library look and the free darts and billiards a huge plus in this neighborhood! Wish there was a shelf or something to put my drink down. Typical loud music, luckily the windows open up and I can be outside with the fresh air. I'm sure the place is a bit more relaxed and quieter on non-busy days.
google avatar

Ashley H.

Yelp
This place can't decide what it's late night vibe is. It's loud but too bright to be very dancy, there's darts and pool tables but it's too loud to actually hear anybody around you. The music always feels off so don't expect to hear too many popular songs from this decade. I'm just confused about what type of night this place is for to be honest, but it is in the middle of so many other bars that you can always give it a try and leave when you get bored.

Britt H.

Yelp
One of the best RiNo happy hours, completely underrated. Would highly recommend.

Yelp
DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! I ended up here with a group of friends after a birthday dinner for my fiancé at a near by restaurant. We ordered 9 mixed drinks, TWO beers, and a bottle of water. All of the mixed drinks came out, no prob. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the water and ONE beer. After telling the server repeatedly that we're missing a beer, I finally got it after another 15 min. So we finished our drinks and decided to leave. We check the bill and we were charged for THREE beers total. We explain we only ordered two so the bill was modified. Total bill equals about $150. After leaving a generous $20 tip and signing for a total of $170, we leave. Fast forward a few days later when the charge posts to my account with the tip.. a total of $180 is processed. So they fraudulently gave themselves an extra tip that I did not sign for. I've tried contacting them, but of course no response. So be forewarned, Point and Feather will rob you. Either by adding extra drinks or by adding an extra tip. Do not go there!! They don't care about you..

Yelp
DO NOT GO HERE. Had a horrible experience here this past Saturday. Me and my 3 friends were denied entry after being told we needed a reservation. The WHITE people behind us went in with no problem and when we asked they said they had no reservations. Don't do business here. They are racist and unprofessional.
google avatar

Dominique W.

Yelp
Service was horrible! The waiter was a rude guy that wouldn't acknowledge us when we were dining in. Not sure what his issue was, but we won't be back. After waiting we had to go find him to order our food. Once we got our meal, he circled back with the check. Didn't ask if we wanted another drink or anything else! Do not visit this establishment!!
google avatar

Matan C.

Yelp
Vibe was fun and upbeat. Played darts with sum girls from Latvia. They've got billiards too. Nachos were BOMB. Chix sliders were tasty too. Our server wasn't cool; not in the best mood or I'd say 5**
google avatar

Jennifer G.

Yelp
Looking for a outdoor happy hour the other week, we stumbled onto Point & Feather. We're glad we did. Their happy hour was quite good - drinks and appetizer specials thru 7 pm. We had several glasses of Rose, some beers, and the Nachos - all for a reasonable price. They don't really advertise their happy hour, but definitely should!

Bhargavi T.

Yelp
First, my male friend who is South Asian was asked for a $20 cover charge fee even though all the white men were being given entry without any charge. Second, my friend and I who are also South Asians were asked to leave the bar stating that we had "bad odor". I do not understand how in a room filled with people they were able to decide from where the apparent "odor" was coming. It is a completely racist place.
google avatar

Jenna C.

Yelp
This review is for drinks only - we didn't order food. But this is a cool spot! I'm not usually a big fan of Hubbard street bars but I would definitely return to Point & Feather. Firstly, it wasn't too busy so we were able to get on the dart boards, and later the pool table also opened up. Even though our group started spreading out from the table to play games, our waitress was very accommodating. She shared with us happy hour deals right off the bat and our drinks always came out quickly. I tried the Alma Violeta ($12), which was served in a beautiful glass that matched the decor. Next time I'll have to try the food as well.
google avatar

Andrew T.

Yelp
Good food. But really must be hurting due to COVID. Bar tender came up to me after paying my bill and said I didn't tip enough. Made it right for him, but to charge extra for "on the rocks" really didn't seem right to me.
google avatar

Jo S.

Yelp
I only came here for the happy hour deals but I am sure that I will be back. Great deals for a gin and tonic or a vodka and soda that I would recommend making this a stop before going to any other restaurant or bar in the area. The space is pretty big and when I got here around 5:30 it was still pretty empty but it slowly started to fill up on a Thursday. Now I just need to make plans to go back to play darts since it looked like a really fun time.

Savannah C.

Yelp
Dj sucked and was rude. Waitress was rude and pretentious. Overall for the nightlife the vibe was extremely pretentious and the music sucked. Won't ever come back.

Yelp
Was very excited to try this joint located in the former Mercer space. A group that I volunteer with decided to have its holiday party here and I was like cool. Got there early as I wasn't sure if food was included in our package and to check the place out before the group got there. As I walked in the hostess just looked dazed and confused and didn't say a word to me even though I gave her a smile and nod (training may be needed) as I proceeded to bar to the right. Grabbed a seat at the end of the bar closer to where my group would be celebrating. The girl behind the bar had a similar look (dazed and confused) as I grabbed a seat and said hey, how are you. As I sat down and took a look around, I noticed the lions on the wall in edition to the old books as you were in an old school library...pretty nice. Christmas decorations were in effect as well as tis the season. As I looked at the menu, I noticed the southern fried chicken sandwich which sounded pretty good. I asked the girl behind the bar how big was the sandwich and the response I got was "eeem its a thing, I'm not sure". I don't know..Im used to going to a bar/restaurant and getting a proper response as to what size a sandwich is or asking one of your peers the question (trainable moment). I didn't want to risk it being too big, so I went with the Louisville BBQ wings which was delicious. She did ask me if I wanted bleu cheese or ranch so I'll give her that, but didn't have much more to say to me the rest of my time at the bar. She did in fact complain to her fellow comrades that came to visit her area about another customer further down the bar...I almost wanted to chime in to say, hey I can hear y'all lol. I won't give her name (its on my receipt) but this place obviously needs to train some of its waitstaff. I left her 20% anyways...insert hunched shoulder emoji. Once my group got there, we had a ball in our area and let me give a shout out to our server Sara M as she made it happen with all of our group coming and going one by one and keeping up with everyone's separate and joint orders. The drinks are fantastic as the Ojo Del Toro (tequila based) and the Smoke on The Water (mezcal based) were very good. The dart games were fine except the boards are a bit sensitive as it kept giving points to areas where you touched with your hand while trying to pull the dart out of the board. Overall this place is ok, but it falls into that lets hire a buncha "cute" young girls without giving them proper customer engagement training. If the girl behind the bar would have been a bit nicer and friendlier and halfway pretended I was there, I may have drink more while at the bar, but I knew I was one and done after that "interaction". It was almost like a robot was behind the bar, well at least when it came to me. Who knows, maybe my mere presence intimidated her...insert hunched shoulder emoji.

Yelp
Still waiting for someone to respond about a complaint of incorrect tip amount charged. 40% tip for beverage service on a tab of $250... The service was definitely not worth a $100 tip by a long shot.

Yelp
Went to this place last night with a large group of friends for a birthday. We all arrived separately and the only ones who had to pay cover were those who were not white (no difference in gender). Really disgusting.

Yelp
It's not quite the same as Flight Club, a nearby dart bar, but in some ways it's better. The dart board and technology doesn't compare but there are no fees to or minimums to play darts. The vibe is relaxed, yet fun.... it's really what you make of it. You can throw a raging party at one dart section while the next board over is a couple on an intimate date. Service has always been great, i wish i remembered the waitress's name but i can't stress it enough, every time i go it's great service... which can be hard to find in this area with neighboring clubs and less than impressive bars like Boss Bar. Food is overall good, it's an upscale "bar food" menu. Pricing for food and drink is comparable to nearby River North bars. It's great for bigger parties too... we had a friends going away party there and they accommodated to 40 people without any drama! We're going back for my boyfriends 30th bday too... it's really a great deal if you actually care about playing darts. I also LOVE that all the walls are bookshelves filled with countless, coverless books! It's a cute touch that always keeps me interested to browse through! It's a cute concept that reminds you not to throw any judgement on books or people or dart boards... 4 stars for quality of dart game. Boards are not cork, plastic and outdated. But extremely fun to hang out there... 10 stars for service and vibes... I'm a big fan!

Yelp
3 stars for the ambiance! Bars that resemble libraries have a special place in my heart. They also have darts, which makes it a unique space. It feels like an upscale bar, but without too much pretense. I wasn't crazy about the food or drinks. We ordered nachos, which was basically greasy chips and cheese; very little salsa and no beans. I mean it's nachos so it was still good, but you can get much better elsewhere. My Giuliana prosecco was subpar as well. They have happy hour specials until 7 (at least during the week, I'm not sure about the weekends). I would come back for the ambiance and to maybe try one of their cocktails. Glad I got to check out this bar!
