Glad to have a healthy lunch option with fast casual convenience nearby. The space was clean and staff very friendly. So far have tried two seafood dishes and they were perfect and fresh.

They were great in the past. The last couple times I've gone the protien portions were alot smaller. They were not filling the scooper, just grabbing a small bit then moving on. Food is always fresh. But I agree with the other reviews saying their portions got smaller more recently.

The best customer service and freshest food. OMG; my taste palette is in love!! We will be here once a week

Discovered this place recently and wanted to give it a try. We picked 3 of their signature bowls for a pick up. It was not busy and the order was ready waiting for us. The place was clean and the lady working there was friendly. The portion is good, food was fresh and overall had a good experience with our first order. However, for a to-order I thought the sauce could be placed on the side for people to control how much to mix in.

I got a salmon bowl and it was sooo good! Super fresh and tasty — all the sushi flavors I love, just in a bowl. Great portions for the price, I’ll definitely be back!

This spot is one of my favorites. The girls are awesome, service is excellent and food is always fresh and delicious. I frequent this spot often. If you in the area spot by and check it out. #5 is our favorite :)

The Bloomingdale location has always been my go to but lately the protein portions as other reviewers have mentioned aren't the best. I always have to ask for extra when I go but even that is like a quarter of the initial scoop. Which in my opinion is done with a little bit of attitude and/or judgement from the employee. Same can be said for the portions of the garnishes such as the tempura flakes & sesame seeds. It's like the tiniest sprinkle as if they are being rationed to last until a new replenishment arrives. If I'm paying up to $20 for a bowl then I'd like to get my money's worth and not be cheated on product. I've also noticed that it appears to be an entire new staff as well which to me doesn't bode well for the stability of this location. As much as I enjoy the food and convience, I think it's time I either make a different Poke Bros location my new go to or just find a similar restaurant to get takeout from.

The food is great. I liked that at this location have the names of the food on the counter and says "+$1" if there is an added cost to the bowl. The seating inside is comfortable with the stools and my kids love the relaxing swings. I do wish for fountain drinks instead of bottle drinks.

I've inadvertently been to several Poke Bros and have enjoyed all my meals from this chain. They provide quick, easy, and tasty meal at a reasonable price. The bowl cost between $9-$14, depending on the protein selection. You can make you own bowl, but I usually just opt for one of the signature bowls. The #4 Duke is a good choice if you want something with a little jalapeno kick as it comes with tuna, salmon and shrimp. Located next to Noodles and Co. .|\---/| | @_@ | ..\_^_/..2024

Poke Bro is one of my favorite places to get a poke bowl. This location is no different than the regular spot at Oswego The location is easy to find. And there is plenty of parking spots if the front of the store is full. Location is clean and food is fresh. Service was very friendly and prices are reasonable. Overall, I will return to this location when I am in the area, which is a lot.

I love poke and this place just opened nearby. Nicely decorated, clean and spacious little spot. Everything on the line looked fresh and appetizing! Generous serving of tasty food. I hate when getting poke and other places charge a premium for a little bit of fish thrown on a massive amount of rice. Not the case here, I enjoyed the balance of protein to starch/salad! I tried The Duke and it was good. Additionally for those who know, the fish here was great (not warm or full of tendons like others I've had in the past). Service was prompt and friendly, and they even had a toothpick for me after my sesame seed got stuck. They also have suggestion cards encouraging you to suggest improvements. Great first impression. I got the build your own poke bowl it was amazing. I ordered extra shrimp it was a good amount of shrimp. I also got the mocha ice cream. The ice cream was amazing.

New addition to the fast casual places in Bloomingdale. Have ordered both online and in store and both experiences were extremely positive. Food is fresh and great options available. Prices on par with what you would pay for sushi rolls and a lot more food for the money. Very nice family run place as well. Friendly folks behind the counter.

It's nice to see more variety showing up in the Bloomingdale corridor. Now we need some Korean and a bubble tea place. Maybe a good ayce Sushi spot as well lol. This place is pretty new and is next to noodles where the bologna place was. It's been solid so far. I've only done pick up at this location but the fish is always cold and they give a good amount of toppings and sauces. The online ordering isn't the best experience, it's not easy to add or remove things sometimes but it is ok. Regardless it's nice to finally have a good poke option so you don't have to roll into Schaumburg or Naperville. I hope they do well here! Everyone has been very friendly so far.

Decor looks cute but that's about it. Customer service is severely lacking. Typically, you'd be presented the options for a "make your own bowl" but I didn't expect to just be stared at, silently, as I chose my options. Portion sizes are okay at best. Got the half salmon, half tuna and I nearly didn't get as much tuna as salmon but yea, go ahead and charge almost $15 for a bowl. Oh but you can get extra fish for $4 more how about just fix the equal portions? Or maybe go by scoops? Like 2 scoops, 3 scoops, etc. like literally every other poke bowl shop ever. Also I'd suggest getting some metal bowls to mix all the ingredients together WITH the sauce before putting it down on the base.

Absolute GEM! We have been to Hawaii and the POKE here reminded us of our visits. Wish there was more fish in the bowls, but it doe NOT disappoint. We have been a few times and hope it lasts. The service was friendly and helpful. Plan to go back again and again!

This was my 1st time visiting Poke Bros. I wish I had discovered them earlier!! I made my own bowl. The fish was fresh & delicious. I got to chose my own add ins and they were nice enough to give me as much or as little as I requested. We went for lunch and dined inside. Everything was clean & bright and we were able to talk and hear each other. I highly recommend Poke Bros and will be back again. MORE THAN ONCE :)

My husband and I are very picky when it comes to sushi. Been to many places where the fish was chewy and tasted fake or old. We were pleasantly surprised with this place! The fish was melt in your mouth fresh and the combinations from our create your own bowl were delicious! My poke bowl had sushi rice, edamame, green onion, avocado, ginger, half and half spicy tuna with marinated tuna and crispy wontons. I added wasabi mayo, sweet soy and the OG sauce on top. Everything was so so good! The portions are HUGE too! We also tried 6 of the 11 mochi! Our suggestions from favorite to least favorite are: strawberry, Belgian chocolate, green tea, vanilla chocolate chip, salted caramel, mango. All in all a great experience and will 100% be returning!! We ordered to go so I can't comment on the dine In experience but the place felt very clean.

This place had super fresh ingredients and my bowl was served w warm rice and chilled tuna and all kinds of fixings. Tasted great, this will be a new favorite lunch spot for me

Great place! Fresh seafood and vegetables. Spicy and tasty sauces. Friendly staff and inviting space. We are coming back for more!

This is my new favorite place to eat in Bloomingdale. I was skeptical because I don't eat raw fish but I tried the shrimp and chicken bowls and they were delicious! It's also a much healthier option than the other places we have to eat. Sometimes they are a little heavy on the sauce but I'd rather have too much than too little. Aside from that I haven't had any problems. All the ingredients appear to be fresh and the restaurant is very clean. Would highly recommend Poke Bros!

My husband ate here on Thursday 7/13/2023 for lunch (had salmon bowl) and got FOOD POISONING. He is STILL SICK and it's 48 hours later. Be careful when eating here. He said he began feeling sick WHILE THERE. I'm assuming they are either selling raw fish that is off temperature or could be salmonella.

I tried a poke bowl for the first time while visiting Chicago and it was very good! Employees are super nice too.

This is the second time our order has not been made as ordered. My husband is attempting to get your employees to fix my order now and they are claiming they didn't mess it up. Yet I didn't order mango on my bowl and there it was all over everything. Are they unable to read? Or hear? Both times our order has been messed up there has been missing ingredients or ingredients that have not been ordered on it. We also are given a hard time every time we order my food without sauce. ALL of yoru sauces contain soy....which I am allergic to andy why i order a make your own bowl WITHOUT sauce. And I make known to your employees, who then give me a hard time about it. And in one case poured soy sauce all over my order after being abundantly clear that I wanted no sauce of any kind. How hard is it to hear "I do not want sauce" and follow through? We have tried going in, we have tried ordering online and your employees have been unable to make anything as ordered. We gave you two chances, unfortunately we will go elsewhere where they don't consistently mess up our orders. You are a higher order restaurant than Mcdonalds....you should make sure your employees can act like it.

it's looks good but it made my boy puke so thanks and I had to tell people clean it up you know how bad I felt
