My recent visit to Poke Bros was more than just a great meal—it was a reminder of how much a single employee can elevate an entire customer experience. While Poke Bros is already known for its fresh ingredients, vibrant bowls, and clean, modern aesthetic, what made my visit truly memorable was the outstanding cashier work done. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail turned an ordinary food stop into a genuinely exceptional experience worthy of a five-star review. From the moment I stepped inside, he set the tone with a warm, genuine greeting. It’s easy to tell when someone is simply reciting a script versus when they actually care about the customers in front of them. He made eye contact, welcomed me in, and immediately created an atmosphere that felt inviting rather than rushed. Even though Poke Bros often gets busy during peak hours, he maintained an impressive level of patience and calm, ensuring that every guest felt acknowledged. What stood out most was his knowledge of the menu and his ability to guide customers, especially those who were new to poke bowls. He explained popular combinations, offered suggestions based on flavor preferences, and clarified the difference between proteins, toppings, and sauces without ever sounding impatient or bored. It was clear he wanted people to leave with a bowl they’d love, not just one they randomly picked. His recommendations weren’t generic—they showed understanding of what flavors pair well and how to customize a bowl for different tastes. Accuracy is another area where he excelled. With poke bowls having so many components, it’s easy for mistakes to happen, but he double-checked orders, repeated them back to customers, and paid attention to every detail. It’s employees like him who turn a fast-casual spot into a place people look forward to returning to. The food at Poke Bros is undeniably good, but his exceptional service elevates the whole experience. For that reason, this visit deserves a full five stars.

From the moment we stepped into Poke Bros, we could tell we were in for a great experience — but what we didn’t expect was just how above and beyond one employee would make our visit. Our friend was working that day, and while we already knew he was hardworking and dedicated, seeing him in his element made us appreciate him even more. His service wasn’t just good — it was genuinely exceptional.

Whenever I want some good salmon/tuna and sushi rice I head over to Poke Bros. Their service is quick and the food is so comforting to me. Every bite reminds me of my grandmother cooking sushi rice for breakfast every morning. On average, I go to Poke two times a week just to have some good food. You can either build your own bowl or pick one of their other bowls on the menu.

Absolutely love this place! The poke bowls are fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. One thing I really appreciate is the free soup they offer - the staff always shares it with a smile, and it adds such a nice, homey touch. There’s a lovely woman who works there - she seems to be of Asian background - and she’s always incredibly kind and helpful, even when there’s a language barrier. Also, there’s a super friendly gentleman (Black, I believe) who brings great energy and always makes you feel welcome. The whole team creates a warm, respectful, and positive vibe that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!

Such a good choice I made! I arrived just after opening time. I expected to be greeted with annoyance but they welcomed me in with open arms. I tried a few sauces and was even given some recommendations on meals! I took my food Togo but I certainly would have enjoyed dining in!

I had a very first time experience at this place, this worker had gave a great service, he was polite and respectful and kindly asked what our order is. I would definitely come back!

This place was pretty amazing. The food is fresh and reminds me of the meals I miss from living in Hawaii for several years. My only recommendation is to order the sauces on the side, they can be very generous, especially if you prefer to enjoy the ingredients and want to taste the freshness. You can always add more sauce, it's hard to take it away if there is to much.

CAUTION ⛔️ The employees are rude, when I called about my signature high tide bowl having no chicken or shrimp on it, the amount of rudeness that came from them was awful. I paid $30 for two bowls both were incorrect. They did not want to remedy the situation at all and fought with me for about 20 minuets on the phone about why the order was/could be wrong. The only solution I got was to fight with DoorDash about a refund. I want to give -1 stars but even 0 isn’t an option. I would spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

I love this place! everything is so fresh and delicious- it is one of my treats. Service is wonderful too. it's not cheap but it's worth every dime.

I love Poke Bros, and this is one of the best locations I've been to around the city! If you haven't been before, Poke Bros is basically the Chipotle of poke options. You get to walk down the line and choose your base along with various toppings. There are some pre-set bowl options if you want to make it easy, but I always choose to build my own! My go-to order is a white rice base with edamame, sweet onion, green onion, spicy salmon, OG sauce mixed with ponzu sauce, and then all the yummy crunchies on top! Their fish is always fresh and the bowls are super filling while still allowing you to feel healthy and not like you've overeaten. As I mentioned, this is my favorite Poke Bros location in the city - the employees are always so sweet and helpful here, and it's never too busy. Highly recommend giving Poke Bros a try!

Surprised there's only one review so far. This is on a busy corner, and should be getting a fair amount of business. I've been to other locations and liked them, and today wanted something cool and light, and this fit. Not busy at just after 11am, opening time. They were still setting up. Super friendly staff, two Japanese ladies who barely spoke English, and who made the experience even better. Super sweet and helpful. I got the Da Kine bowl, tuna with veggies etc. So fresh, so good. So flavorful. Generous portions, good balance, cool and refreshing. I also tried their free miso. Good, super hot, not quite the thing for a hot day, but would be nice when it gets cooler. And I got the kani (crab) salad. It was almost as big as my entree, and I only took a few bites before taking the rest home. Just as tasty and fresh as the other bowl. Half the price, so I assumed it would be small. And there was less stuff, sure, but plenty for a light lunch on its own. That plus some soup, and a drink, and you're out of there for less than $10. Just a really pleasant experience all around, and great food. Easy access and parking. Decent prices for what you get. I came hungry and left stuffed and with leftovers. Wish I'd come sooner.

This is my second time here. It is consistently good & fresh. You get complimentary miso soup with your order at the restaurant which I appreciate. The bowl I got this time was delish & I loved having multiple proteins & the addition of the seaweed salad, so this bowl is worth the price. Very filling. Last time I went, I got a kids bowl (wasn't hungry enough for a meal but was dying to try them) & it was filling and great quality as well. I also got 3 different mochi & they were all delicious (passion fruit, coconut & mango). This is such a welcomed addition to my area in Gahanna/NA, and so well located. I'll be a regular here.

I recently tried the gahanna Poke Bros, and it was delicious! The food quality was top tier and had many fresh variety of toppings. Will definitely recommend to any poke lovers in the area.
