Holy toppings Batman! They have so many options and you’re not limited. There was even a citrus kale salad you could add this month. Got a regular which is probably a bit too much food for me. They give you a lot of fish too.

Melissa Jandreski

Google
I keep coming back - for good reason! It’s reliable poke that tastes good, and fairly priced. There is a great selection of toppings as well, meaning everyone is happy. You have style options for bowls as well as burritos. The ambience is straight forward, consisting of metal tables and chairs. Most of the time I take it to go. In addition they have brown rice, and I like the options for healthy alternatives. You’re there for the poke and it doesn’t disappoint.

Google
Food always is on point and always fresh. My go-to healthy lunch. So nutritiously diverse I can never finish my bowl in one sitting. You get it custom how you want it so you really can’t go wrong! Friendly staff and clean restrooms. I always get the classic poke (seasoned tuna)! And salmon for the ladies

Google
I like going to poke house the overall concept is very good and the fish is usually fresh. Unfortunately, after coming to this branch a few times the attitude of staff is below average employees act like they do you a favor,no smile no please no thank you and they make sure to only fill a half a spoon of each portion so the portions are much smaller . Round rock location is much better usually pretty generous food is fresher and most important. The attitude of the people work there is amazing.

Google
I really love fish and pokebowls, but I wouldn’t say they were extraordinary here. I would rate the food 3 stars. The miso soup was not tasty at all. It lacked depth of flavor. The place is quite clean, and when we arrived, there were many free tables. I didn’t like the service here. It was our first time, and we had a few questions, like “What is inside in the pokerrito?” When I asked, they responded as if I was asking for a favor. They didn’t greet us when we arrived, and throughout the ordering process, they never smiled, even though we were in a really good mood, and I smiled at them. After reading reviews, I realized I’m not the only one who noticed this.

Google
I’m from out of town and make sure to come every time! I am OBSESSED! I am never disappointed with all the tasty options!! I had the chance to meet the owners and they were so kind and made my trip more enjoyable.

Google
This place is a great spot to grab a poke bowl at any time of the day. The portions are generous, so you definitely get your money’s worth, and their mix-in selection is impressive. Protein selection is fresh, with a few exceptions of the weekly protein. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth checking out!

J F

Google
I used to love this place. I have ordered the same regular size poke bowls every time. This time I ordered large for more protein. The three scooped portions of protein didn’t even fill the scoop. Everything I added seemed like they were trying to be skimpy with the portions. I was upset with how lacking the bowl looked, that I ordered an additional scoop right before I checked out.

Yelp
I really like the poke here, they have a lot of topping options and furikake options. The fish tasted fresh and they also had a lot of sauce options. I like mixing their garlic miso and sesame shoyu sauces. One small thing I wished that they did though, is mix the sauce with the meat before putting it in the bowl so it won't just run straight into the rice. The service is quick and it feels pretty clean. Sometimes there is a lot of people but I was always able to find seating.

Yelp
If I wrote a review for every time I visit this restaurant, I'd have at-least a review once a week. I love their food. Their clean environment. The staffs energy and attentiveness. This is the best poke in Austin. Their sauces are great. The quality of fish is cleans and tastes clean. The side options are unique and delicious!

Yelp
Came here for a work lunch and it was very good! Got a Poke bowl with poke and spicy tuna! Loved all the customization option -had mine with a salad base and lot of spicy dressing l! It was fresh, delicious and service and fast and friendly! Also have to thank them as while I was there , my car was hit In the parking lot by a third party food delivery person - I left my information and they called back with the name and company she worked for ( I already had her license plate) so that was very helpful !
google avatar

Yelp
Pretty good poke place! It is make your own and I do wish they had some preset menu options but I enjoyed my final product. The ahi tuna and classic ahi tuna is always a favorite of mine and tastes very fresh here.

Rowan T.

Yelp
So I love poke house generally, and kind of accidentally ordered from this location because it popped up first on my delivery app, but no big deal. There was a dead grasshopper in my food. :( I didn't notice it til I'd eaten some. The food was fine tasting. Better than the location I usually order from. But the dead grasshopper kind of threw off my appetite.

Yelp
Poke House is the go-to poke place in Austin. It has a good variety of ingredients, of which I really like the salmon and the spicy tuna. Add some imitation crab, nori, and hot cheeto dust, and you get a yummy meal. Poke House gives a pretty decent quantity too, so as long as you get a good amount of sides and vegetables, you'll probably be full. A regular bowl isn't too expensive for poke (around $15-$-16 after tax). The servers are nice and quick. Overall, for the price and taste you get pretty good value. (Probably 4.5 stars)

Yelp
I can never say enough good things about this poke chain in Austin. I've never had a bad experience at any of their locations. I usually get a large poke rice bowl and share with my fiance. We always get the salmon, house tuna, and something new/we haven't tried before or the weekly. This time we got the weekly but I forgot what it was. It was some sort of tuna with a different sauce! All of the fish and toppings are really fresh and delicious. And you can't beat that price

Jim B.

Yelp
Food good - hard to mess up Poke as long as you have fresh ingredients, which they do. My disappointment is how rude they are, as well as how early they break things down to close. I arrived 35 minutes before closing. All chairs already picked up so no one will sit. All good, mine is to go. All food trays removed from cooler so they could clean them. Food still available. My issue is how annoyed they were upon my arrival, how rude the person was making my bowl, then handed off to a second person who was scrubbing the cooler with 2 hands, stops, puts glove on one hand to finish serving me, but that other hand was touching stuff still! Kinda grossed out, pretty disappointed. New rule - never go to a restaurant within 1 hour of closing - even for a to go order, and never come back to this place. The funny thing is they were so cold with me but hoped I'd select one of the tip options? Nope!

Yelp
I like this poke place because they have great portions for both the protein and the toppings. The classic tuna is my go-to since their sauce will give it the extra kick. I sampled the rainbow poke (tuna, shrimp, tofu, mayo) but I was not a fan of the mayo ratio, so I went with classic ahi tuna. I like how you can pick pretty much all the mix-ins except avocado for free, and they give generously, especially the crab salad, which felt a bit mayo-heavy too. For two proteins it was $14. If I got rice I could split it in two meals but with the salad base it was one full one. The place has plenty of seating, but it was quite chilly in there, which makes sense for a poke place. Plenty of parking in front and friendly staff! Would come back here for more poke!
google avatar

Ziv P.

Yelp
Not sure what has happened to management in the past few months, but the portions have gotten stingy and the employees ruder recently. This location has gotten bad over time

Alarika V.

Yelp
Awesome fast and fresh food near the arbhoretum! The only negative is the lack of vegetarian options but the tofu they do have is decent.
google avatar

Celeste N.

Yelp
Poke here was great! I loved the selection of different seafood you could choose from and the toppings. There was a large variety of sauces and they were very generous with their portions as well. I liked how they had marinated ahi tuna which I usually don't see at other spots. Service was quick and staff was friendly. When I came at about 7pm on a Wednesday the place was pretty packed with people but there wasn't a wait so it was very quick for me to go in and out for my food. Definitely will be coming back since it was so delicious and well portioned.
google avatar

Yelp
A nice place to grab fresh fish and a healthy meal. I like the different sauces and toppings for a build your own experience. The staff is friendly and fast. It's tucked away in a shopping center and is a very chill place to dine.
google avatar

Yelp
Came here after early voting and glad I stopped by. Service was fast and friendly! Honestly if you're looking for a quick lunch spot or you work in the area, this would be a great spot. It's a casual spot and I got the regular half salad half rice option for $12.99 which gets you 2 protein options. I chose spicy tuna and salmon and plenty of toppings and veggies. It makes for a very filling lunch for relatively cheap. It hits the spot when you're craving poke and happen to be in the area.
google avatar

Raquel C.

Yelp
Service was good. The food was good too. I got a poke bowl with half salad half white rice. There are so many different toppings and dressings to choose from. The regular size is quite large that I used it for 2 meals. I went at an off time which helped so the girl serving me could help me make choices. It was a little pricey, but I think everything is these days. Definitely worth trying if you live in the area.
google avatar

Neha M.

Yelp
Got a poke bowl delivery from DoorDash. Overall they have great topping and sauce choices but for me the sushi was not too grade. I got salmon which is my go to and some ahi tuna. The salmon I usually get with poke is nice and buttery but this one was not buttery. The ahi tuna didn't seem fresh. Was just a waste of money because I ended up throwing away most of the fish and just ate the toppings. Could be a bad day but wasn't for me.
google avatar

Tim V.

Yelp
Yum! I had the poke large, it was tasty! I was a bit overwhelmed with all the options to put on the poke, I guess I am use to ordering pre design bowls. Lots of options and it was very good, plus the staff was really friendly and on top of everything
google avatar

D H.

Yelp
This poke bowl does NOT disappoint! I ordered online and was ready within 15-20min, although I just picked up, every table inside and outside was occupied, which was a good sign upon my arrival. Super fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned spicy tuna, large portions. The large 3 scoop salad half rice was great and really filling! I will be back again!
google avatar

Megan G.

Yelp
Pretty decent place. Not my favorite, but my favorite closest to me. (Hands down, best poke place ever is Poke Fit in Cedar Park). Some of the staff were really nice; I asked for extra cucumbers and she gave me three scoops and then asked if I wanted more! So nice! Busy place so I don't worry about freshness.
google avatar

Kim B.

Yelp
Love the poke bowls here. Fresh food, many choices, simple no frills but clean cafe setting.
google avatar

Dianna M.

Yelp
Poke House is one of the best bangs for your buck in Austin. It's super consistent, always delicious, fast & fairly priced with seemingly high quality, fresh ingredients & super efficient service. They've even got a few tables outside if you want to bring your furry friend with ya to lunch. Highly recommend giving this unassuming spot a try if you've never been here before.
google avatar

Mariana G.

Yelp
I got a regular poke rice bowl with white rice, cubed salmon, pineapple, corn, scallion, edamame, cucumber, seaweed salad, cilantro, sesame seeds, crushed hot Cheetos, spicy house sauce, and sweet ginger sauce. The bowl was huge. I had enough to eat it for lunch and for dinner. You definitely get what you pay for, but I wish they had a smaller size. Raw fish is best when it's really fresh, so this is not the type of food you want to have leftovers of. Overall I enjoyed the bowl and thought the fish tasted fresh. Next time I come I will probably try out their different sauces and toppings, but I do recommend the crushed hot Cheetos. It sounds like a strange topping, but I enjoyed the spice and crunch it added to the bowl.
google avatar

Marie M.

Yelp
I order delivery from here atleast once a week, that's how good it is....and how badly im addicted to poke lol. Consistency is unfortunately a rarity nowadays with food delivery BUT this place is my ~safe haven~ for knowing what to expect every time I recieve my order, and I think pokehouse really deserves some recognition for that alone. So, Thank you! Portions are generous and perfect for price, they don't limit you on toppings like similar restaurants do in the area and they don't charge insane prices when you do need to on anything extra. It's always fresh and clean tasting, as well as GOOD LOOKING. Im picky and have issues eating anything that looks unappealing so I appreciate that I'm not always picking out "ugly" pieces of fish lol There's also plenty of yummy flavors to choose from in each of the sauce options and I ALWAYS add extra sauces! I tried to think of a critique I'd like to mention for this review but honestly I hope they don't change a thing! So if you like poke or if you've been curious to try poke TRY IT HERE FIRST! Keep up the good work Pokehouse, thanks again!

Yelp
Big portions, though most of it is other ingredients while the fish portion is standard. The assembly line behind the counter was a little disorganized when we visited and the sushirrito was a bit messy but tasty. I'd come again given the big portions and sushirrito which I haven't found another place for yet.

Yelp
Highly recommend Poke House their poke is delicious and fresh! My husband and I have been looking for a good, delicious poke place. On Saturday we found Poke House and oh man it did not disappoint. Their poke was delicious and super fresh. I ordered the regular bowl, with half rice and half salad, I also added ahí poke and spicy Tuna (yum yum), pineapple, cucumbers, avocado, ginger, seaweed salad, sesame seeds, the garlic miso sauce and a bit of spice mayo. When buying poke one looks for freshness of the fish since it's raw and this place got it all!! Super fresh and tasty poke. They have variety of poke from salmon, to shrimp and even tofu. You can customize your bowl to your liking. Definitely will go back for more, the place is clean and the staff are friendly. There are tables outdoors and indoors to enjoy your poke.
google avatar

Sonya T.

Yelp
Come here for fresh and hefty poke bowls! This is a make-your-own poke bowl from start to finish which means you get to choose your base, fish, sauce, and any number of sides & toppings. I chose the marinated tuna which was super flavorful and delicious by itself. Add in everything else and each bite is a flavor punch! If you're feeling adventurous, I recommend trying a side of pineapple and some spicy Cheeto dust topping. Portions are awesome too -- in fact, the kids/reg/large sizes all come in the same size container. The only variation is the scoops of fish. We'll definitely be coming here again!
google avatar

Lydia N.

Yelp
+ Fresh fish (all ingredients seemed fresh tbh) + Great portions + Tasty toppings and sauces The base price is a little higher than average poke places, but it's worth it! The bowls are hefty and there's no extra charge for seaweed salad or crab salad as a topping. I had a large bowl with salmon, ahi tuna, and classic (seasoned) ahi tuna delivered for lunch. I had the sesame shoyu sauce and a ton of toppings. Wouldn't recommend the pineapple but everything else was super tasty.
google avatar

Autumn M.

Yelp
The poke bowls are great! I always get the one with tofu. They have tons of toppings to choose from and they do a good job of loading your bowl up. Never tried the hot chitos pokerrito which sounds very intriguing. One day! The space isn't too big but I always end up taking mine to go anyway. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that the staff are kinda cold most of the time. I know during the rush times I see them cranking out bowl after bowl but a smile and some interest in what you're doing would go a long way.
google avatar

Paul R.

Yelp
As another reviewer stated it's like Chipotle only Poke. Step right up and build out your lunch. Large portions fresh fish and an abundance of toppings. Poke does make you feel like you are having a healthy lunch. They do get busy around lunch time with walk ins and to go orders so it's best to plan to be there before the noonish rush or after 1230PM if you are crunched for time. Service was AOK and I did not feel rushed as I built out by Poke box. Seating is limited inside and I believe there is some seating outside by the sidewalk. Poke House has indeed made it into the lunch rotation.
google avatar

Seleyna S.

Yelp
Delicious and fresh. The seasonal flavors are amazing. I will be back when in the area for sure
google avatar

Yelp
So Let's be honest, for those of us who like Sushi and anything raw from the sea. It's nice to go to a down-low style of that, without having to spend a lot of money. I am thinking for post people a Good Poke Bowl beats out Chirashi, any day of the week. I am certain That I have been to every poke place in Austin (yes we're counting H-mart). When it comes down to it they are all basically Raw Fish subways. Therefore the real judge of the food is the quality of the fish, and the matching of the condiments. For me, if I walk into a Poke place, and you put raw fish on steaming fresh rice, we have a problem. Temperature control, sanitizer jon. and quality needs to be paramount in Poke restaurants. This restaurant is one of the cleanest Poke places I have seen with strong attention to detail, gloves, and use of social distancing. The cleanliness in the prep area is superb, and the assignment of people to certain stations works better than one person following you all the way down the Subway line. Also, granted this location does not have spam, and their miso soup comes from basically a Keurig Machine, the quality and Cut of Fish alone, is high above other places that have skinny and small pieces. They only have a few toppings (I strongly recommend the Krab Salad-Krab with a K because it may be imitation), but they are much higher quality that most others and freshly prepared. I highly recommend this to satisfy your raw fish craving for the day. I went ahead and provided a 5 star because the staff was so friendly and accommodating, that I felt I experienced their service. If you haven't been here yet. Go.
google avatar

Tracey Z.

Yelp
Pretty tasty poke! I thought their protein options were pretty limited fish wise but they still had the classics, salmon and tuna. The fish was decently fish. They had a large array of toppings - the hot cheetos was pretty intriguing, I've never seen that at a poke place before! Overall good poke, size large enough for 2 meals.
google avatar

Sam K.

Yelp
Fresh food, very filling for the price! I ordered the large and got ahi tuna, salmon and classic ahi tuna one half white/half brown rice and I absolutely loved it. Everything tasted fresh and the flavors were on point! I'll be back soon! The combination I got (mainly for my future reference haha) Ahi Tuna, Salmon and Classic Ahi Tuna Sweet Ginger sauce and House on Fire (on side) Crab Salad Edamame Seaweed Salad Masago Cucumber Jalapeños Ginger Wasabi Spicy Mayo (on side) Sesame Seeds Furikake Shredded Nori
google avatar

Lluvia L.

Yelp
my favorite poke spot in austin!! so delicious every time and very quick to pop in and get a bowl. the house sauce is soooo good

Doyle W.

Yelp
Pretty dang good. I've eaten Poke all over town and find this place to have my favorite selections and at the best price. Although often inconsistent in how pokeritos and bowls are often made, serious mistakes are rare. Even when lines are long, I can usually get in and out pretty fast. The workers share their playlists over the speakers and always make for a great environment.
google avatar

Keay A.

Yelp
Poke House is hands down the best place to get a poke bowl. Their variety, freshness, value and customer service can't be beat! I am always more than satisfied with the portion size, I usually never finish 100% of it and that's saying a lot, considering I eat enough for at least 2 grown men! Lol. What I love, is that they have a rewards program through 5 stars and send out regular emails with coupon codes. I order from this location at least twice a month after work and it's always something I look forward to!

M G.

Yelp
Very fresh and delicious. I get the regular on half rice half salad with two scoops of salmon (or one scoop salmon, one scoop classic ahi tuna). They fill up the bowl. This is my go-to poke place. It is only a few more dollars than the pre-made HEB poke bowls and so much fresher. It's like a "Chipotle" of poke, meaning you choose your toppings, entirely customizable. And they are part of the Toast app, so you accumulate points. I got $6 off my meal today from Toast app.
google avatar

Kara M.

Yelp
My favorite poke place in Austin. The bowl portions are Chipotle-bowl sized, and the prices are great for what you get. Unlimited toppings and sauces, and always fresh tasting. It's truly a "build your own" type of place. My go-to is the bowl with brown rice, classic ahi poke and sometimes salmon, soy ponzu and citrus sauces, crab salad, seaweed, edamame, green onion, furikake, garlic crisps, and spicy mayo. It hits the spot every single time! I love picking it up for lunch. I have never had a disappointing experience here. They're quick and efficient with orders, and you can earn rewards and rewards points on Fivestars (like $3 off your bowl/burrito, surprise coupons, etc.). I've tried a few other poke places in Austin, and this one is by far my favorite.
google avatar

Kim H.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite poke places in town. My mom was visiting and she requested Poké bowls While she was here. I always order the regular because it comes with 2 meats and then toppings. Every thing is always fresh and they have plenty of options. Unfortunately they are basically take out during covid, they do have 2 tables outside
google avatar

Spring L.

Yelp
Beware, this place is highly addictive so dine at your own risk. If you're looking for a raw fish fix without breaking the bank with ordering sushi, this is the spot for you. Great portions and many toppings to choose from.

Lillian B.

Yelp
Honestly the food is good. However, the staff issue is insane. Me and my boyfriend came to eat here today and while we were eating the girls behind the counter start bad mouthing customers as soon as they walk out of the restaurant. They then start commenting on men they thought were ugly that walked in the shop. I don't generally write bad reviews but don't mean girl customers just cause you are bored. They then proceeded to talk badly about other coworkers and complained about previous customers. While I kid you not screaming and cursing. We sat by the front door and yet could here them from the counter. The food again is good but the service and the girls working the counter were nasty humans.
google avatar

Michelle M.

Yelp
The servings are large and the variety of options you can put in your poke bowl is bigger than any other poke place I've been to. The fish and veggies are always fresh. Recommend.
google avatar

Diana S.

Yelp
Got takeout through UberEats today and found this wonderful gem of a restaurant. The storefront is pretty small and standard looking. When I went in, there were three tables labeled with various food order companies placed front and center. I easily found my food and was in and out--super convenient and a great selling point during this pandemic, in my opinion. I ordered the regular half and half bowl with brown rice, regular ahi tuna & salmon, and spicy house sauce (plus a ton of other free add-ons hehe). I love that this place had so many additional toppings that you can choose from for no extra cost!! We love the words free and customizable! Anyways, the fish was very fresh and tasty, and all the flavors combined together for a concert of delicious goodness. This is definitely one of my favorite poke places in Austin!
google avatar

Anthony T.

Yelp
I don't really eat poke like that but my friends are into it. So they recommended to come here! This is really like Chipotle where you're able to just go down the line and add whatever toppings you would like. The service is super fast (by the way they're set up, makes everything efficient) and the food wasn't bad. I got a large rice bowl for about $13! Definitely filled me up and more than enough food. They have all the classic toppings for free and they're pretty generous with it. Just a little extra for a certain few special ones. The salmon was super fatty (in a good way) and the Ahi poke was flavorful. I would come here again as this is a pretty good spot for poke. Would be willing to try their spicy tuna and salad bowl instead.
google avatar

Anya Z.

Yelp
I used to think poke was too expensive to get but this place makes it worth it! I've been here 3+ times. I love how you can add pretty much all the high quality toppings for free.. like seaweed salad.. am i too easy to please ? The portion for the large (three scoops protein) is huge; I always have half leftover.. just make sure you eat it within two days. Their pick up service through Google Maps is free and efficient. I make my order, receive a confirmation email with the time, and by the time I get there it's ready. A++! Bonus: my dad is a notoriously picky eater and also frugal. This place has made his safe list LOL

Yelp
There's a go-to poke spot I absolutely love in Austin, but my huge complaint is the serving size and limitations! I was looking for something bigger, after all, this IS Texas. I stumbled upon Poke House on my way home from work. From the minute I stepped in, I noticed Hot Cheeto bags adorning the top shelves of Poke House. Who can say, "no" to Hot Cheetos? As any poke spot, you are the creator of your bowl. You decide what ingredients you would like starting with your base, to your proteins, sauce, mix-ins, and finalizing with your toppings. I would say most poke places are created just about the same in Austin, they are all good, but there's always something missing. Unfortunately, Poke House fits that mold. Their house sauce is missing that "UMPH"! Luckily, there are seven other sauces to discover.

Lei W.

Yelp
I ordered a large and regular bowl . They are using exactly the same bowl as container. The only difference is one extra scoop of protein . No noticeable difference other than that. Yet at the end , the default is 15% tip.

Mike M.

Yelp
Work orders for me all the time. Love the choices and how good of a price it is. Live the sauces. The original tuna is wonderful
google avatar

Danielle D.

Yelp
We were in the area and I was craving Poke - so glad we found this place! The fish was the star of the show and it was fresh and delicious. I got the regular (2 scoops protein) on a bed of lettuce, hubs got the large (3 scoops on rice). Great selection of sauces and toppings! Price was good considering the quality and quantity - if you love poke this is your place!
google avatar

Zhou Jin D.

Yelp
A frequent repeat customer here. My favorite poke place in austin so far. Their fish are fresh and their topping are great. One of the biggest reason I love this place is that they let you get all the toppings you want(1 each). They don't limit it to choose 3 or 4. You can make your bowl extra healthy or extra delicious. Up to you.
