This is a generous 2 stars... I probably should have written a review on one of the many occasions we've had problems in the past, but today's adventure is what pushed me to do it. See, we usually order at night around 8pm. It's hit or miss whether the online ordering system works at that time, often letting you go through all of the steps to select the contents of your bowl, then failing right at the end because, as stated sometimes (but not always, frustratingly), some item isn't available. Would also be super helpful to identify what that item is, but nope, you get to head back to your order, strategically eliminating stuff and going back to the checkout to see if you're today's big winner and get to order your food.
When we are able to complete the order, I'd estimate that 1/3 of the time, something is missing. 2 portions of spicy tuna? Nope, here's one. Extra spicy mayo? nope. Edamame you asked for, that's listed on the ticket? Sorry, nope. Selected crispy onions when you ordered? Absent.
Exceeding frustrating.
Today's lunch was the trigger though: Missing 2nd tuna scoop, missing spicy mayo from one bowl, missing crispy onions from the other. Both bowls, "stale" white rice. I don't know how you screw up rice. It's rice. It's the foundation of like 90% of the things on the menu, but yeah, stale.
The bummer is that this is the Poke place that's closest, but I'm real tired of not getting what I ordered and fighting with the online ordering system. Time to drive a little further and try another option.
