My family and I had a fantastic lunch at Poke N Roll while visiting Calgary. The generous portions and affordable prices made it a great value for the cost. We really enjoyed the creative and delicious food options. We also appreciated the great customer service and the validated parking. Food highlights: Spicy Tuna Roll: I loved the extra crunch that was added to the spicy tuna roll, which made for a great texture and unique experience. Deep Fried Shrimp Roll: My son and I both thought the Deep Fried Shrimp roll was incredibly delicious and unlike anything we had tried before. Sushi + Roll Set A: My son enjoyed his set meal, which included a tasty mix of spicy salmon and shrimp tempura rolls. Salmon + Tuna Poke Bowl: My husband was thrilled with his Salmon + Tuna Poke Bowl. He appreciated the generous portions and was able to include every topping he wanted without extra cost. Atmosphere: It's a great spot for a casual, family-friendly meal, especially if you're looking for delicious and satisfying poke or sushi options. Customer service was also exceptional. Overall takeaway: Poke N Roll is an easy recommendation for anyone visiting Calgary who wants fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned poke bowls and sushi rolls. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the city.

I was in Marda Loop and wanted to have Sushi, cane across this cute little place on Google Maps. I tried their A roll set - spicy salmon and shrimp tempura, these were so good that I cannot decide which one was my favorite. The staff was really polite. Would love to go back and try more from their menu.

Excellent Sushi with great pricing. Nothing fancy inside but very friendly service with a smile and it's obvious they take pride in their business. We will be back!!

The most remarkable thing about this place is the service. The food is good, fresh products but the sushi menu is not so extensive. Nevertheless it is a good place for a poke and some sushi.

Pokenroll truly hits all the right notes. The dishes are absolutely delicious and flavorful. In addition to the incredible food, the service is exceptionally kind; the staff are welcoming, making you feel right at home. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, offering a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Very good food at a very reasonable price and good service. I wasn't aware that this place is mostly for take outs. Although there are a few tables, you see a continuous parade of food delivery guys in and out of the place (which at the same time reassured us that the food should be good). I will definitely go back when the weather is warmer and the door openings and air flow bothers me less.

The quality of their fish is very good. Looks to be a family business with the mother waiting tables, father as chef, and daughter helping out. Very sweet family and good service. It's a clean and charming but small space with only four group-size tables, and long benches along one side of the wall that wouldn't be comfortable for eating. Unless they typically have long waitlists, it might be better to get rid of the longer bench and squeeze-in a couple more tables for individual diners. Their ordering system can be a little confusing, first you order from the menu and then select modifications or extras on their tablet. The tablet is arranged from the restaurant's point-of-view, so it would have been nice to get some guidance and instructions from the waitress on how to use it properly. I'd recommend getting extra fish, and extra sauce if that's available, should you prefer an adequate balance of carbs, proteins, and moisture in the poke. Unfortunately I did find a tiny hair in my meal which could be easily missed, still a No Bueno.

I have a poke bowl from them every week. In fact, it was having one right now that has me writing this. I'm stuffed. And I'm half way done. Healthy, tasty, and great value... okay, next half, here we go!

Really happy to find this great place that hit the spot for my wife and I. My wife got the Red Dragon roll, we split a Cloud roll and I got tempura shrimp ramen. All impeccably prepared and super fresh tasting. Service was friendly and efficient. We were on vacation but I would go back while in town.
