All the great flavors of a sushi meal in a bowl for a reasonable price. What’s not to love? It’s obvious why they hang their hat on the quality of their fish. It’s sustainably caught/farmed and melts like butter in your mouth. The place has a hip vibe w lo fi beats. A great addition to Alberta street.

I enjoyed a flavorful and beautifully constructed salmon poke bowl at Poketo today. It was made to order and took some time, but they asked if that would be okay, which I appreciated. Ingredients (including salmon, seaweed salad, avocado, tobiko) were delicious and balanced, with nice acidity from the dressing. The restaurant space is also quite pleasant.

Extremely fresh, responsibly sourced fish in Portland (to the extent that they have traceability tags of their Salmon) and affordable. This newly opened spot is a hidden gem. The couple who own it are extremely nice and care about what they do. I've been there many times at this point - I live in the Alberta area - and it's consistently one of the best spots in the neighborhood. Don't let the bright interior scare you off, this place is maybe the best Poke in the city.

I got the salmon poke bowl and it was extremely flavorful and fresh, The server was very friendly and helpful. also the place is very chill ,comfy, and Eco-friendly. I highly recommend giving it a try if you are into Japanese food

I'm here on a saturday night and i'm really confused why this place isn't filled. A large poke bowl for $13.95, a great bar, and tasty food. The spicy salmon is spot on, fresh, and the sushi rice is cooked to perfection. Also, large portions!

Took 20-25 minutes to prepare a very simple bowl, and was made incorrectly despite the fact. The salad dressing used was sour, not pleasant (This is even more annoying since I asked for a different sauce to be used instead of the dressing). Also, it seemed like an employee was busy chatting with a friend instead of helping the other cook prepare poke bowls. He even left to walk his friend to his car.. not a good look. Might have been the reason why the bowl took so long to prepare. Only reason I gave it two stars was because the cashier was very nice and the presentation of the bowl was great.
