I had a great experience at Pokeworks in Arlington! Everything was incredibly fresh—the veggies were crisp, the seafood was top quality, and the sauces tied everything together perfectly. Edimar helped me during my visit, and she was so friendly and patient. She even let me sample a few items before making my selection, which really helped me feel confident in my choices. Her suggestions were spot on and made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be returning! Highly recommend! 🥗🍣👏

Thank you Laney at Pokeworks. We found you all through Upside. Through the Upside app you get 21% cash back up to $10. Laney was most helpful. She was patient with my husband John and I and explained the process. John had the traditional Hawaiian Chicken with brown rice. I had the Hawaiian Shrimp. Everything was delicious 😋 Laney even included use to their in house made Mango and cream, and Spam with Sticky Rice with their signature sauces. I highly recommend Pokeworks for flavor, portion size, service, and cleanliness of the restaurant. They do a great deal of takeout and DoorDash.

Had a great experience and was attended by Daniela. She was super kind, patient, and informative. The Poke bowl was really fresh and filling. They have a lot of options you can add to your bowl.

I decided to try Pokeworks while visiting family in the area. I was serviced by Laney. She was awesome. I told her it was my first time trying this and she offered great recommendations. I did a BYOB with salad & spicy salmon. I threw some of everything on it and I loved it!! The best part…Laney. She was so nice, kind and patient with me as I made my decisions. Next time I’m on this side of town, I’ll be sure to come back. 😊

Highly rated and deservedly so. We tried a different Poke restaurant in Arlington, but this one is better for many reasons. The top reason is that everything tasted fresh. This is a challenge when it comes to fish and vegetables. This will be the reason my wife and I are coming back to try other dishes on the menu. We ordered a Spicy Ahi and an Umami Ahi. They were delicious. The menu has so much more. The portions were generous for the price. Compared to other fast foods, it was excellent value. The service was fast, and the staff were friendly. The place looked clean and cheerful. There were plenty of tables and seats. Honestly, I think Pokeworks deserves more customers. They do everything right. Come over and try it yourself. You’ll see why they average a 4.9 out of five rating.

Pokeworks NEVER Disappoints! Everything is always fresh no matter what time you go! Lot’s of wonderful healthy choices to pick from. Claudia is excellent at proving top customer service! She’s friendly, fast, and very attentive and likable!

Our first visit and what a cute place! Dennis helped us assemble our bowls. We were able to sample the proteins and the different sauces. There are some delicious, spicy choices. If you like a spicy poke bowl made with fresh ingredients, go to Pokeworks!

Amazing Poke! One of my favorite poke bowls I've had in Texas. The place is very clean. It has kale noodles and a really great pork works sauce. Chanell served us and was super friendly and explained what everything was.

Tried this place out on a Sunday when searched up "poke" in the Arlington area. We were not disappointed, the portions sizes were huge especially if you add a lot of toppings like your girl over here It was very spacious inside with ample seating. Service was nice and efficient and I love the overall ambience of the area. The food was SOOO good. Definitely going to be a repeat in the future for any poke cravings.

Over all a great place, good lighting and environment! Had the garlic spam, it's a perfect balance, 8.5/10 my bowl was a great portion size! Definitely would recommend!

I got the regular and it came with 2 protein options! I got salmon and spicy tuna. I enjoyed the tuna, but the salmon didn't taste as fresh to me. I do love all the available toppings and sauce they had. We had to wait a bit since there wasn't anyone upfront when we came in and we had to shout hello a couple time to get their attention. It would be nice if they had a small bell so we could ring it.

Can't believe I'm just trying this spot out! Was so impressed by how nice and spacious it is inside, and the various table and seating options. Joana was really sweet and walked us through ordering with detail as it was our first time. The proteins and veggies were fresh and I was super pleased with the amount of options for condiments and toppings. I loved my bowl and will be back!

Everything in my bowl was fine EXCEPT for the raw fish. I don't mind raw fish at all, but the tuna and salmon were too chewy for me. I did receive a generous portion, but I had to manually pick out all the pieces, and cut it up smaller because the size and texture was off putting. My stomach also hurt afterwards... If I were ever to come here again, I would definitely avoid the raw protein options and stick with the cooked ones.

I got the lobster bowl to try. It was just okay a little salty. The place looked clean. I ordered online and the food was ready by the time I got there. I might order again if they have coupon deals otherwise not my go to for poke.

We went there for my birthday. I had been wanting to try it for a while. When we walked in, we were greeted immediately by Laney. Right away she asked if we had been there before and when told we hadn't, her response was something like, "oh no worries. I can totally help you. I love helping first time customers learn how to order so they are comfortable." Instantly loved her and I had been nervous I wouldn't know how to order etc. which was all gone. She made it painless and fun. We had the salmon and tuna and the Umami ahi. I loved building my own bowl. The fish was mouth watering delicious. There were so many great options to add and various sauces based on your taste. Definitely the best poke bowl I have had. Not only will I go back but we also ordered another to go right then for later. Laney made the whole visit such a delight and the rest of the staff were also very attentive and hard workers.

Tried the Hawaiian Ahi on 7/30/2023 & this might be my favorite bowl so far. I also ordered the Green Tea, lightly sweeten & it was refreshing. I think I might be addicted to Pokeworks.

The food is good and fresh, the customer service is great. The only thing I don't like is that the serving of the fish is pretty small. They use a small ice cream scoop to measure the fish and that's so small for a $14 lunch bowl.

Amazing service from walking in and being guided through the line! Food was amazing and fresh, we ordered two customized poké bowls and I tried the pineapple smoothie! Great place to stop by for lunch or dinner.

A nice lunch for hot days! When I walked in I was greeted by Dennis who was excited to help me with my bowl. Food: 9/10 I did the make your own bowl where picked my usually proteins and veggies. Dennis made some recommendations that were spot on and were delicious. This was my first time at this place fyi. Fresh ingredients, love the customization and filling. Service: 10/10 Staff was friendly and attentive. Honorable mention to Dennis. Ambiance: Clean, modern, & plenty of seating. It was very chill.

We walked in and were immediately given a friendly greeting from a fantastic worker named Laney. She answered a few questions we had about how the food and ordering system here worked. After we were given a run through of what to expect, she was fantastic with how she guided us through the build your own process. After finishing making our bowls, we sat down and the flavors were perfect. The amount of sauce to fish to topping to base ratio were balanced so perfectly. I could not emphasize how great the food is, but level of service is impeccable! I cannot wait to come back!

I'm so conflicted about this place. I like all of the options and the ease of ordering. But our fish was not fresh tasting at all. I ended up picking it off because it was so fishy. I may try it again, but hate to waste my money if the food doesn't taste fresh.

And one that deserves more attention! For poke-lovers and poke-newbies, it's a great try if you haven't stopped by yet. For newbies, think Chipotle and Subway but with poke ingredients. They have a preset menu to get you started, but the friendly staff suggests you build your own so you have full control on your first dive into their poke world. They don't mind taking the time to walk you through the process - which is a must for all! For poke-lovers, you'll enjoy the variety and tasty choices they provide. All of the ingredients looked fresh and consistently kept up with. Definitely a great first impression, as we dined around 7pm - so to see that the ingredients still looked and tasted fresh that late in the day was a more than pleasant experience. The ambiance is very clean. Fresh food, clean surroundings, minimalist decor... it's a nice vibe. I definitely recommend Pokeworks! All in all, an incredible first dine in and I will certainly return.

Yaaaaaassss!!!! 10 out of 10!!! This place just hits different. I've been craving something different with plenty of protein & veggies and flavor. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The spicy tuna poke bowl is my new favorite "go-to". I've been craving sashimi and sushi but try to stay away from rice so this place was my kind of yum !! They have cauliflower rice! OMGee ! I'm hooked. Also they keep the place spotless. It's very relaxing and not the typical fast flood place with a side of chaos Bonus: se habla español so you can bring your abuela to try something new! They have lots of low-glycemic options. Super friendly too! They also have boba!!! Win-win!!

Such a warm and welcoming environment and he walked through all the steps with us to create our own poke bowl. They have TOO MANY options for toppings which I absolutely loved, you could literally get every single topping if you wanted to!! Very fresh and tasty options! One of the largest variety of toppings that ive seen in a poke restaurant. I've ordered both through delivery apps and in store and both experiences were great. The in person customer service is very friendly and thorough. I will absolutely be back.

Pokeworks has all the advantages of being a franchise without coming off overly commercialized or cheap. Unlike most other poke places, they have quite a few base items to choose from other than just rice or salad. I chose to do the "poke burrito", which is basically a giant sushi roll...and it was fantastic! My Wife got a bowl with Ramen noodles as the base and thoroughly enjoyed hers as well. Another advantage of this being a franchise is the fact that the interior was modern, and nicely put together. On top of that, Denis, the owner/operator Has a contagious enthusiasm for his product, as well as a super friendly and welcoming demeanor. He is so enjoyable to talk to! If you are a fan of poke or sushi, you have to visit Pokeworks in Arlington, so we can keep them around!

Fantastic. I live about 25+ miles away ... but came here today during lunch to give the closest Pokeworks to my house a try. Have been to other locations in several states and have enjoyed them overall. Arrived about 12ish, greeted immediately and friendly by Daniel (or Dennis ... I'm sorry!), who as he wrapped up another online order, then took my order. He walked me through the options, selections, etc. and away it went. Got a 1/2&1/2 Brown Rice/Spring Mix base ,with 3 scoops of protein (2x Tuna and 1x Spicy Tuna), then added ... pineapple, cucumber, avocado, crab salad, onions ... and on finishing off with some onion and garlic crisps and sesame seeds. All very fresh, the restaurant was spotless and the food was fantastic. I'll be back. Welcome to Arlington!

I absolutely love this restaurant. I order from here almost weekly (my bank account hates me, lol). There are so many options that I never get the same thing. I haven't actually eaten in the restaurant, but plan too soon.

came here twice with my brother and friends and made our own bowls. regular size bowl is about $13.5 with 2 protein options and you can get 3 proteins for a couple bucks more. the fish is fresh what i like about pokeworks is that they have so many options on bases (rice/noodles/veggies/etc), toppings, sauces, and other additions - mostly without any extra fees. you can customize your bowl how you want and add as much as you want without extra costs (minus adding a few things like avocado). that's honestly what makes Pokeworks better than other options around. everyone at pokeworks is so friendly and patient in explaining how the ordering process works. Lexi helped me both times I went and she's amazing. Denis, the owner, greets you as you come in, asks you how you're doing, and is overall a charismatic and friendly human. he's learned my name and my friends and had many real conversations with us. the staff here is amazing and genuine and is the biggest factor to me returning. 10/10 service made my brother and i return with friends the very next day.

I hear about once a week. Dennis, the owner, is there during the day. You must meat him. He's the sweetest. He has trained a staff who welcome you immediately, they take pride in serving. The ingredients are fresh and the food is yummy. It's healthy and so good, it feels like it's a cheat day, but it's not!!!! Enjoy!

Another Poke spot opens close to home! My husband and I ordered takeout for our first order. It works like most Poke places, first you pick from rice, salad, or kale noodles (must try). You then select protein, add ons, then sauce. Pokeworks doesn't give you a limit of add ons which is nice plus they have several sauces to choose from. Overall the poke was fresh and delicious. They also give you a nice helping of everything. Prices are relatively expensive but what isn't now days. Friendly staff and clean restaurant is why I gave it 5 stars. Oh they also have wraps. I forgot as usual to take a picture.

Do you already have a poke spot? Drop it buddy. Throw it away. Try this place. I mean the food is good yeah, but the service is 10/10. I recommend anyone to come here. If you want to try something new, try this. Really cool. Guy came from Barcelona with a dream. Tell 'em stop dreaming cause he's definitely makin it happen. All in all this place 10/10.

I have short term memory loss so forgive me but I think the gentleman who greeted me was Dennis and he was super friendly and inviting! He helped me through the entire process since it was my first time there. Super experience! The Poke bowl he made for me was was delicious and fresh! Ordered white rice, with Spicy Ahi, Ahi tuna, and Salmon. All the other ingredients blended together great, cucumbers, dried seaweed and seaweed salad, noni, corn, edamame, cilantros, sesame seeds, crispy onions, and Pokeworks Sauce. Sooo yummy! This is a must stop. It is beyond tasty, the portions are good, they have a lot of options, and the staff was great. If you like sushi, you'll like this. If you are not a fan of sushi and like it cooked, you'll like this. Price wise, they are spot on to other places. Plus the spam garlic musubi is to die for. The interior is very clean, and bright. Well worth a stop!

Tried this place out today. I normally go to Ahi Poke Bowl on the other side of 20. I decided to try something different. I was impressed with all of the options, especially the different bases you could choose from. I got a salad with spicy tuna and lobster. Added several toppings and the classic sauce. It was really good. I'll definitely be back.

Great food. Everything tastes fresh and they have excellent customer service. The restaurant is clean including the bathrooms.

I totally forgot to take a picture of the bowl. It was one of the best I've ever had. Just walking in the door you can tell how fresh the ingredients are. It smells and looks very clean. The staff were super friendly and walked you through all the options. We will definitely return.

We used to drive all the way up to Southlake for pokeworks, but now that there's one closer to home we'll be visiting much more often! The fish is fresh, as well as the add-ons. The employees work quickly and efficiently. Our favorite is the nachos as a base.

My daughter and I visited here today it was a 10/10. My daughter ordered the sushi burrito which was and I had the kale noodle bowl. It was my first time and I absolutely adored it! Shout out to Dennis the owner and his great customer service we will definitely be back.

Great tasting food but always have gotten my online order late. I thought the point of ordering ahead was done to avoid the wait but not at this place. Priority is giving to the customers who are physically at the restaurant. Again great tasting food but have had my online order late multiple times.

Fresh tuna, many options, and a friendly staff. Had lunch here yesterday with my wife and brought my son back today. We are all picky, and for the whole family to rate five stars doesn't happen often. Glad to see a healthy option near me and this is my new go to.

It is surprising that this place has such high reviews. I placed an order through DoorDash and honestly was very disappointed. I got a regular bowl and 3/4 of the bowl was just rice, then the ahi tuna did not look fresh and was extremely rubbery which was super disappointing, and the lobster was just okay. Picked a lot of toppings but the bowl itself just looked empty and untasteful. If you are looking for really good poke I recommend driving about 8 minutes down the street to Ahi Poke Bowl.

Amazing! First things first the gentle men that helped us order and talked us through the ordering process was just so sweet and gracious. Dennis I believe his name was, was kind to my children, checked on us when he didn't have to. Second the food was great. Fresh and filling, think salata but better. You can have a salad, a bowl or a "sushi burrito" as my kids called it. So many toppings to pick from the sauces were so flavorful and all of us left full without feeling heavy or food coma ish . Perfect for a light lunch or protein packed dinner. I highly recommend this place and I will most definitely will be retuning very soon.

The rest of our family enjoyed their bowls as well. So many choices of toppings. We will definitely be back!

We came in and were greeted by Dennis and Aimeth and Aimeth kindly took us through the whole process as this was our first time here. She took her time and explained everything and made us feel so welcomed! Not only was the service good but the food was amazing as well. We will be back soon!

What an EXCELLENT end to a shaky start!! I ordered lunch on a Saturday for work and the Door Dash driver messed everything up. I never received my food. I spoke with the Arlington manager,Dennis, and he was most apologetic. He said to come in and he would make it right. They refunded my charges immediately. I went over after work and the food was excellent!! The manager was VERY Professional and prepared my food himself and gave me a discount. The food was fresh and very tasty. I thoroughly enjoyed the Poke and Dessert! When I finished my meal Dennis came over and thanked me for giving him a chance to replace my missed lunch. His handling of the situation was totally unexpected in today's world. I would definitely recommend this location if you're in the area looking for excellent food and service. I look forward to eating there again and have even recommended the restaurant to my son who lives out of state, since they have a location near him. It's refreshing to see such concern for customers!! Thank you
