Poki Cafe

Came here on a vacation and visited with a friend of mine who was desperate for spam masubi. So, we stopped by and ended up with some of her craving~ and some delicious boba drinks! LOVED the handsome staff and the fast service! :) Def recommend this place to anybody nearby!!

Great spot for some fresh Poke. I got the “hot mess” I definitely recommend it if you like spicy food. Great service as well.

Great customer/friendly service. Delicious quality food and very fresh. Also love the selections of Tea. If looking for a quick Pokè spot to eat, this is the place. A little small but worth it. Will return soon.

This is the only place that I can be sure I'll get good poke! They cut the fish in perfect little cubes, the rice is cooked to perfection, and the boba drinks are addicting af. The baristas are very cute too tehe

I normally don't eat raw fish but this place have great options of cook protein. I have octupus salad as option. I love it and will definetely have it again. I think poke is all about fresh ingredients and this place serve the purpose. They also have yummy mocha smoothie and boba drinks.

Poki Cafe is my favorite poki and boba shop in Corona. They combine fresh fish with solid side options for a really flavorful and customizable poki experience. I'm also a big fan of their poki burrito option made with pink soy paper. It's a great choice when you want to be able to enjoy all the flavors of poki on the go. Prices are perhaps a little high here though I think they're comparable to other poki spots in the area and the freshness for me has never disappointed. Poki Cafe is also a favorite family stop for boba. Good stuff all the way around!

My daughter is really into poke bowls, and she's pretty picky with her salmon. I am too! This place is small and casual, located close to the lakes, across from Reunion Kitchen. The staff was friendly and quick to make the bowl once it was our turn. What matters the most to us is the freshness and cut of the fish, the freshness of the ingredients, and flavor of their sauces. We have yet to explore other menu items they have and will definitely go back there for more!

I visited this poke shop yesterday for a boba drink. I noticed this male employee, same one I saw last time I came here, responding passively aggressive to his coworkers. It was very busy in there and I understand it can get stressful but still never an excuse to treat your coworkers in that manner. I've worked in food before and working with people who don't know how to regulate their emotions is the absolute worst. To put into context, this is the same guy I saw last time I came here and I could hear him cussing and screaming in the back. He sounded extremely mad and upset, extremely unprofessional to behave that way in a work environment. The young lady who was helping me that day looked a little concerned but she kept her composure and helped me finish my order. Overall, this is a great place but I can't look past this staff behavior especially now that I've seen it happen on two separate occasions. I'll definitely be back for the food but I hope the management addresses this ridiculous behavior.

My favorite place for lunch! I love how it's so clean and staff is always friendly & quick especially when I am running late for my meetings. This place actually made me love Poki bowels prior to this I couldn't eat raw fish. Definitely recommend this place!

I might have a slight obsession with poke and I *might've* been here 3 times this month I absolutely love it and will continue to come here regularly. My go-to Salmon + shrimp poke bowl with all the yummy fixings.

Nice little spot to get your Poke fix. The girls working there are nice. They took my kids orders and made the bowls promptly. All 3 bowls looked and tasted amazing. The spam Musubi's are always good choice and my daughter enjoyed her Green Tea with boba. Overall, a great option for Poke, spam Musubis and a refreshing drink.

We just moved to the area and I'm on a quest to find the best Asian food. So happy to now have my go-to poke spot. -Fish is fresh -very friendly staff and service -establishment is clean and cute. Love the decor Poke bowl options: 1 protein- $12.95 2 protein- $15.45 3 protein- $17.45 I love that their chili owl is actually spicy, plenty of sauces. I'm so happy they have onigiri too!!! I always crave it and not many spots offer for a good price. I will be back!

Love coming here! I am a huge Poke fan and have tasted all over. I am so glad this place is close to home and has a great tasting variety! I love the stamp card as well. It's about $15 per plate but that's pretty normal these days.

Honestly the best poke I've ever had. 10/10, excellent service, very kind owners, and to top it off they actually season their food CORRECTLY! Definitely coming back!

I love poke and I'm really critical of where I go because bad poke doesn't end at the bowl. I always do my research ahead of time and inspect the fish before I order. Poke Cafe was recommended to me as one of the best poke spots in Corona. I was told it's good, but watch out for the extra charges. Let me start with what I loved. I loved my bowl. The salmon was delicious and great quality. I ordered a large bowl which came with 3 scoops. Scoops were decently sized. I ordered sesame oil, soy sauce, and spicy mayo. They have ALOT of sauce options that looked good and I plan on branching out on my next visit. They also have some cool toppings I've never seen at a poke place (tempura crunch, crispy garlic chips to name a few). Overall all the fish looked yummy--I'll try more next time. The people there were friendly, and it was easy to order my bowl. As for why this review is 4 stars instead of 5, it's due to their pricing, ambience, and parking. Parking close by may be difficult, but that's kind of the nature of things at Dos Lagos. As for ambience, this is not a poke spot that you will want to eat at. It's tiny and it seems they are expecting everyone to get food to go. Pricing, my large bowl came out to just under $18. That's slight above par for large bowl prices lately but I didn't get everything I usually get because of extra charges. I was surprised that the large bowl doesn't come with more protein, but it honestly was enough. They limit your sides to 4 for a large bowl (i.e crab salad, seaweed salad, edamame, cucumber). I definitely would have been happier with more cucumber and seaweed salad. I also thought it was weird that masago was $1 extra (I didn't get any). Luckily, they are generous with the sauces and toppings. Overall, I will be back to Poke Cafe to order outside my usual order. This place requires some strategic thinking with how you order, but it will be delicious! So far, this is the best poke I've had in Corona (I've been to 2 others in Corona).

Ordered the regular poke bowl and onigiri. The poke bowl was packed and filled with fresh items. My only issue was that I couldn't taste any of the sauces and wish I asked for extra on the side. Other than that it was good food and will order again. The hamachi and spicy crab combination was really good.

Good food. Orders a few poke bowls and a Musubi. The bowls were good and we enjoyed them. The Musubi's here could really use to help. They are not rolled well and fall apart. They should really consider using a Musubi maker, which will lead to a much better eating experience for the consumer. I've made hundreds of musubis and this is not the proper way to make them. If this can be fixed, this would be fantastic! Otherwise, if you go here, stay away from the musubis.

Best Poke in Southern California! I have been going here for years and this place is delicious every time. The workers and owners are extremely nice and always have the best customer service.

Solid poke place in a cute plaza. Portion was reasonable for the price and the fish tasted fresh. They also sell a lot of other items like sushi burritos and spam musubi, so there's something for everyone. My only complaint is that they go hard on the sauce lol. I got the house sauce and my bowl was doused in it. I appreciate the generosity but next time ill opt to just get my sauces on the side!

4.1 stars - Cute poke eatery with interesting variety in a cute shopping center. Food - very fresh fish with fusion variety. The bowls are good, but you can also get poke nachos, poke burritos, or musubi, or hand rolls. The portions are about the same as other poke joints. And you have to pay more for things that usually are free, like some masago, or a to-go side of sauce, or unlimited veggie toppings. But it is really good quality poke. Service - efficient and nice. Customer service was fair and speedy. There was a small line for lunch and it went rather quickly. Ambiance - adorable, clean little eatery. There are about three tables on the inside, a few picnic style benches outside. Located in Dos Lagos so it's a beautiful place to go shopping or walk around the duck pond. Advice - the sushi rice tastes similar to the white rice but costs $1 more. Just get regular white rice.

Wow! It's been so hard to find a good poke place post covid but this is the place for me!! Service/wait: - the usual poke ordering system, just know this place doesnt mix your fish. Sauce goes on top of everything - friendly service, quick, attentive Poke bowl: - large portions - fresh fish - a variety of sauce!! Love the thai sweet, spicy mayo, and eel together - many sides and toppings, including tamago! - very worth the value on the amount of fish and toppings they give.

Food is incredible and so fresh. I definitely recommend the Poki salad. I have had it now 3x.

Best Poki bowls hands down! Fish is always fresh. I love the albacore! They have fun poki burritos too. I've tried everything on the menu here and have not been disappointed. Love that they have my favorite shrimp chips to buy at checkout as well. Huge bonus, the place is always clean. Everyone is always helpful and pleasant when we are there. Our go to for Poki!

This place is normally amazing IF you don't get a new person. Every time they have a new person, and is often, the portions are tiny and the bowls end up tasting bland. Today we got a new kid and we kept having to ask for extra of everything. It got to a point where we almost asked to wait for one of the regular employees but didn't (big mistake on our end). When we got to the sauces this guy was basically adding drops. My bowl tasted bland, I might as well be eating cardboard.

Good size portion of the spring mix in the medium sized bowl. The staff was very friendly and overall the poke bowl was good.

Great Poki spot. I love the onigiri, great portions, fresh quality food. Servers are super friendly and helpful. Only grabbed the food to go as the spot is small and not a lot of seating. But is a great spot for a poki fix.

I only got a Thai tea but the food looks very delicious and will most definitely be coming back .The service is very speedy and friendly.

Very good poke spot. I like the ordering system here. They have you use a dry erase marker and a checklist style menu. Makes it easy for our family of 5 to order without feeling rushed. Everyone working here is nice and chill. There is only enough seating for 6 people so hopefully they open it back up to full capacity soon. The poke is very fresh and every ingredient tasted good but the sauce was a little bland. I'll have to try a different sauce next time.

First time visiting this poke spot and it did not disappoint! Portions were big, seafood was fresh, and the octopus salad was a hit. I also ordered a spam musubi and it was delicious! Easy ordering from their Yelp page, I will definitely come back!

If you're searching for a good poke bowl, keep looking. This is NOT your place. After reading all the 4- Star YELP reviews, I anxiously headed over there for a poke bowl. Big mistake, this place is DISGUSTING. I paid over $18 for MUSH. I should have known the minute I walked in. The place seemed dark, uninviting, and no other customers were to be seen. The guy behind the counter barely greeted me. I paid over $18 for a small 3- protein bowl. As I watched my bowl being prepared, I couldn't believe the guy put one thin layer of lettuce in the bowl (no more than 7-8 pieces). I even said, "Are you sure that's enough?" No response. I then asked to exchange one of the proteins with another scoop of crab, which is already included and costs less. He wasn't having it. I should have walked out then. The communication was almost non-existent. I ended up throwing 3/4 of my bowl away. I really tried to like it, but it was flavorless, on the warm side, salty, and worst of all, the ingredients were NOT fresh. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. The owner obviously doesn't care about quality ingredients. I feel SO ripped off, and if the owner reads this review, I challenge and welcome you to compensate me for my unacceptable experience. I will be waiting to hear from you???

Ordered online and arrived the moment it was made. Super yummy and refreshing with the great amounts of fish. I got the musubi with tamago and it's super flavorful! Will come again to try all the other stuff

Best Poke Place. I am from San Gabriel, Came to Corona to pick up our dogs from the dog sitter and decided to eat something healthy. Came across this place and gave it a try. SOOOOOOO happy I found this place. Not only is the amount they scoop very generous, the freshness is clearly visible and tasted delicious! If you're up for some healthy food and poke, this is it.

The Tofu bow was amazing, the tarp boba was great too The service was even better. My drink came out quickly as well.

We've been coming here for quite a while, very clean and cozy atmosphere. Super friendly staff! The fish is always fresh and portions are hearty! Teas and boba are also very good! Awesome place! Eat here a few times a month and it never disappoints!

I had a Sweet Mess & it was so gooood! They have Hot Mess on the board and I asked for it all not spicy. Keep the Cheetos on top. Added watchma call it sauce from the next one down add pineapple. Awesome service! Walked it over to a bench near by with the amazing water view & wow!!! Didn't know a sweet mess could be so delicious!!

Second time at this place because I was craving some poki and it doesn't disappoint. I ordered their poki bowl with three scoops of protein with a purchase of honey dew boba to wash it all down The bowl had plenty of the three proteins that I chose which were salmon, shrimp, and tuna. I received a good sized hefty bowl to make even the most hungry man full. With every bite of this delicious bowl I felt like I was biting into a piece of heaven! I would recommend this place if you want to try out a good sushi bowl. They also have tofu options if you don't want any of the dishes.

About 2-3yrs ago, I came here and I vowed that I would never come back here again. At that time i think I ordered a large poke bowl, and they gave me about 3 cubes of rubbery salmon on top of crusty old rice, and charged me a lot of money for it. But I decided to give this place a second chance today, and maaan, they redeemed themselves big time this was Darth Vader restoring balance to the force level of redemption. This time around the fish was fresh, the vegetables fresh, rice perfect, and the portion size huge. One of the best poke places in corona, if not the best. Definitely would come back again

Stopped by because we were craving something fresh on a warm day. This restaurant is located in the Dos Lagos area. Service was quick and easy. Our poke bowls were fresh and we also ordered a slushee which was also very good. Restaurant is small, there is about 4 tables inside and no restroom.

This place probably has the best poki in the area. But I ordered a taro milk tea and more than half was just ice. NEVER again. So disappointed.

Decided to try out this place on our way home from the animal shelter... glad we did! Everything was fresh and delicious and the drink came in the cutest cups!

This was my first time trying out Poki Cafe. I heard about this place from my friend because it is her go to poke spot. When we walked in we were instantly greeted by one of the employees. The inside is cute and small. Due to covid they have the restaurant shut down for indoor dining so you order your poke bowl on a organized laminated menu with dry erase markers and give it to the employee when your finished. You pay at the counter and our order was completed shortly afterwards and we were on our way. I ordered their large poke bowl that comes with your bowls base, 3 scoops of protein, up to 5 sauces, mix ins & sides. My order consisted of white rice, salmon, Yuzu ponzu (zesty citrus soy) sauce, Sweet Eel (thicker teriyaki than sauce), Spicy mayo sauce, Cucumber slices, Crab meat, Pineapple, Edamame, & Avocado topped with furikaki (seewead sesame mix). I was happy with their hefty portion sizes in addition to, everything tasting so delicious and fresh. The only thing that could use some room for improvement was the 3 slices for avocado for +$1.00 extra surcharge. Other than that, I would highly reccomend this place if your craving poke!
