"Small, but mighty, this poke bowl was bright, refreshing, balanced, and flavorful. Poki Time didn’t skimp on the tuna and while it didn’t look like much at first, it was deceptively filling. This was a welcome, healthier alternative to all of the fried chicken and pizza on offer." - Jess Lander

For a first time poke experience, it definitely was a great one. I'd be a regular, if I didn't live over an hour away. But for a poke newbie, it is definitely a must. Parking can be tricky if you are driving however

We regularly go to this Poki Time restaurant on Irving Street and also the one on Lombard Street. The standard $11 bowl gives you 2 scoops of fish, but these scoops are much larger than other poke restaurants so the $11 bowl is a satisfying meal. Fish seems to be good quality. We like that their wasabi sauce is made from wasabi and soy sauce, not that creamy stuff that other restaurants use and we hate. They don't have as many toppings and mix-in veggies as some other poke restaurants, which is fine with me. I eat poke for the fish, not the veggies.

I enjoyed this place. The food was fresh and no more expensive than anywhere else in town. They have a ton of options and I'm pretty sure I chose all of them. The spice isn't too spicy unless you're a baby. 😂🤪

As an avid poke lover, I take great delight in announcing here as my favorite poke place so far! Most impressive amongst everything was how generous their portions of fish and guac were.

Massive portions and delicious, tasty and healthy food. A regular size fed 2 of us and we were stuffed! Would recommend!

Even as a vegetarian I really enjoyed the bowl without the fish, somehow they made it work :)

Absolutely delicious poke bowls here! Theres a large fish to everything else ratio and the sauces are well balanced. Most toppings are free and come in heaping spoonfuls. The rice is wonderfully cooked and the fish is very fresh! The staff were friendly and very quick! Good luck finding parking around the area though :S
