"Pokito is just as much a bar as it is a restaurant. It’s a quirky little spot that feels trendy, but not at all pretentious. It’s also extremely casual, as evidenced by the pulley system they use to get the food from the basement kitchen to the bar (which is where you’ll also place your order). For cocktails, you’ll drink something that would fit in way better on a beach than under the Williamsburg bridge (which is essentially where this place is located), and to eat there’s a small but extremely solid menu of Latin-Asian mashups. Our favorite things here are the Coco Bowl (with crispy coconut rice and plantains) and the Green Bowl with added katsu chicken. This is the rare spot that works equally well for kicking off your Saturday night as it does for a Tuesday when you just need something fast, quick, and kind of healthy. photo credit: Alex Staniloff" - Katherine Lewin

"Latin-Asian fusion bar Pokito is owned by Japanese American painter Jisho Roche Adachi and partner Natasha Otrakji. They opened it in 2015 with the hope of creating an inclusive, collaborative space that highlights the dialogue between hospitality, design, and visual arts, as well as the owners’ various cultural backgrounds. Cocktails such as the Yuz + Me and Lolita are made with Asian-inspired ingredients like yuzu liqueur and butterfly pea flower-infused vodka, and the non-alcoholic section features a yerba mate soda, popular in Latin America." - izzy chen, with warm welcome, neha talreja, bryan kim

Cute, kitschy bar with eclectic decor from Japanese face masks on the wall to random Bollywood art hanging in the back, and the coolest bathroom. Stopped by early Friday night like typical happy hour time, just a handful of tables inside but there was plenty of space, plus some tables outside. Approachable and friendly bar staff. Happy hour drinks are a steal I think $8-12, and really other good seasonal drinks too that were $15-16. Amazing playlist, early 2000s hip hop, some of my favorite Ashanti songs (maybe a niche reference). Stopped by as a quick pit stop before a movie, definitely wished we stayed longer.

Five stars for drinks (I cannot recommend Lolita enough!). Five stars for service (Miles was arguably the most charismatic and spirited bartender I have ever had, serving every drink with a sunshine smile and divine craftsmanship). Five stars for the atmosphere (the space is small, but it has infinite whimsy). I loved the Wednesday night crowd, the non-alcoholic offerings, and the playlist, too! Pokito is definitely my new favorite bar of all time!

Enjoyed our night out at Pokito. We had two martinis, a seltzer water, and the smoki negroni. The drinks were excellent and the service was kind. A little loud inside, but really enjoyed the attention to detail along the walls and interior. The light was cool and it was an enjoyable vibe. Would definitely be back!

I’ve been wanting to come here for a while and finally got the chance. Cute but small place (luckily there’s outdoor seating) but the drinks are the star of the show. Lot of options to choose from but you can’t go wrong with anything. Pull up for happy hour because it does get busy in the nights. Looking forward to stopping by again!

Cute little bar with friendly staff. Can get a little crowded but is that very surprising in this neighborhood? The Yuz + Me frozen drink (mezcal + yuzu) was my favorite thing I tried. Happy hour Friday 5-8pm was great for a small selection of specialty cocktails. Lolita drink is super sweet and lavendery - a bit too much for my liking but still decent. My least favorite drink was the Rick Ross.

Very cool and fun bar with good cocktails and wine. Love the decor a lot! Nice bartender too. I think it will be my new go-to bar in the neighborhood!

Google
A great place for a happy hour drink! It’s from 4 to 8pm during the week with their house drinks. Very friendly bartenders and some indoor and outdoor seating. You may need to wait for a table but it’s delicious and a quirky vibe

Great atmosphere, friendly and welcoming bartenders and amazing drinks! You have to try the Lolita. Not only beautiful to look at as a drink but tasty too !

Yelp
If you're looking for a perfect neighborhood bar to unwind after work or celebrate a special occasion, Pokito in Williamsburg is the spot to hit. The vibrant pink interior immediately sets a fun, lively mood, making it a great place to kick back with friends. Their happy hour is nothing short of awesome, offering a fantastic selection of cocktails that are both fun and well-balanced--all at great prices. During my birthday celebration with a group of six, we indulged in a variety of their creative drinks, and each one was a hit. The standout of our visit was definitely the staff, especially our bartender Miles. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience, even surprising me with a shot on the house to celebrate my birthday. It's this level of personal touch that makes Pokito feel like a true neighborhood gem. With its colorful atmosphere, attentive service, and delicious cocktails, Pokito has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Brooklyn. Whether you're stopping by for happy hour or just want to enjoy a few drinks with friends, this bar checks all the boxes. I can't recommend it enough!

Yelp
Finally came back to this little gem from my last visit when they just opened. The drinks are still on point and luckily they have the parking space wasting set up, so we were able to snag a table. Unfortunately it's a smokers haven outside so breathing was hard. And the music sounds much better indoors. Very happy we found seats after going to put our order in. Overall I hope this sticks around for years to come because it's a quaint little joint with consistent drinks.

Yelp
Such an eclectic place!! Once you walk in, it's almost like a funhouse. There are both table, bar and what reminds me of a sauna like tile stairs that you can sit and enjoy your drinks! They also have a bunch of random stuff plastered throughout the place with big kites on the ceiling! They have a standard bar and the bartender even treated us to a free birthday shot! Since it's a more intimate spot with not a lot of seating, we got a chance to really talk with the bartender while remaining attentive to the other customers. They do offer some classic drinks while maintaining a Japanese theme and I believe some food options too but we did not get any of those on our visit here. Come check them out if you're in the area!!!

Yelp
Came here on an impromptu date night for happy hour on a random Thursday evening before going to dinner. We came pretty early so the spot was all to ourselves. It's so much fun walking in with the colored lights and neon sign with funky eclectic decor, a whole vibe. Happy hour was awesome (M-F 5-8pm and Sunday 2-11pm) we tried the Rick Ross and the Lolita for only $8 each, a steal! Our bartender really made the experience even awesomer, we just had such a down to earth convo with her and hung out while it was nice and quiet. The Rick Ross is infused in house with spicy tequila which really gives it that nice k i c k. I always order the spicy drinks and this time I decided I wouldn't so I went with the Lolita. A d r e a m. It had me at butterfly pea flower and lavender. WHAT A COMBO! I usually don't order lighter floraly drinks but wow this was just amazing and exploding with flavor. We wanted to keep hanging and totally would've but it was time to find our dinner spot and get some delicious pizza. We for sure will be back here for happy hour again. Love the eclectic drinks and vibes in here and the stairs seatings on the wall is so much fun. If you come early you might find it a little empty but trust me, this place gets packed. Since it's small and cozy you might want to come with time so you don't have to wait/miss out.

Yelp
I was in the area and since I'm not in Williamsburg often I decided to make the most of it and pick a place to have a cocktail before I headed home. I came on a Monday around 6:30 during their happy hour and there were two people there. It's a small bar, but has a cute vibe to it. I couldn't tell if one of the patrons worked there and was off and the other was a patron; but needless to say I sat at the bar took off my coat and sat for what felt like 10 minutes and the bartender barely acknowledged me. If it weren't for the fact that the bar was empty, I would have just left. Can't imagine what service looks like if it is busy. She gave me a half smile and finally came around. When I asked her what she recommended between the Rick Ross and the other happy hour special, I did appreciate that she gave me a perspective on both. I had opened a bar tab, in case I loved my first drink and felt comfortable sitting there. I got the Rick Ross, it went down easy, but it's a short glass with a lot of ice. I decided to close out my tab since I felt the vibe of the bar was off. I might try it again if I was in the area and with someone and hopefully a different bartender.

Yelp
Such a fun unique place with drinks served by knowledgeable staff! Pokito has some serious chill vibes. With neon lights creating a glowing ambiance in this dimly lit bar. This place can get packed, which isn't too much of a hinderance on a night out of drinking and chatting with your friends. The bartenders are very nice, talkative and can recommend some great drinks based on what you've already ordered. A popable snack that is also unique to Pokito is sichuan lime and tajin peanuts. It really hits the spot when drinking, unless spicy isn't for you. The interior is small with a number of tables lining the walls, a stadium bench area that I'm not sure is actually seating, and an outdoor area that expands seating and if you need some fresh air. Highly recommended!

Jackie K.

Yelp
Small place with not much seating. Young crowd. Cute decorations. The staff was nice. The drink was good and strong. Interesting cocktail options. The bathroom is really interesting. Would come back if I was in the neighborhood

Julia H.

Yelp
No exaggeration when I say that I've had my eye on this cocktail bar for about a year! I really have no excuse for not having gone sooner, but I knew it was quite small and I was always wary of it being crowded. I also only recently have been able to appreciate cocktails so that also likely contributes. I went on Halloween night which was a fun vibe. Since it's small it was decently full, but was able to get drinks pretty quickly. I ordered the midori sour and it was delicious. There are a few tables indoors, as well as seating out in the front. I don't know if it's normally as loud as it was inside, but if it is, I can see this being a good place to start a night out!

Jillian B.

Yelp
WHAT A GEM!! Found this cute spot for happy hour with my partner before meeting some friends for dinner. The decor drew us in, the cocktails made us stay! First of all, they have a great happy hour that lasts every day until 8 - a rarity! But even prices outside the happy hour are pretty reasonable. We got a few rounds of the Lolita and Rick Ross, both of which were delicious. We also had to try the sake, which the bartender recommended hot. I've never had my sake hot before, but really enjoyed it!! It's a small space, so make sure to come early to get a spot!

Ruby S.

Yelp
When you grow up in NYC, most restaurants and bars stop impressing you because there are a dozen per corner. I was pleasantly surprised and loved the casual vibes and colorful nature of Pokito. They've got a good happy hour ($8 cocktails, $4 beer), and I recommend the Rick Ross. Amazing cinnamon and spice balance. Service is quick, though can take a hot minute as it gets crowded and unfortunately, there was only one bartender. Overall, very community based feels, considering it's in a neighborhood that has long been missing community when it became gentrified. 10/10.

Sacheen V.

Yelp
This place is super small. In the seating area there are hard benches and small little wooden chairs. Not comfy at all. A lot of their customers were sitting outdoors. Walked in, the bartender was not pleasant nor was she attentive. Took her all of 6 minutes to show me some type of acknowledgment. I get it she was a little busy but a smile would've been nice. No food at this place. Ordered a drink that was just mediocre for $15 and walked out. The vibes were not giving what I was needing. Took some video of the place but no pics.

Scott S.

Yelp
Went here for Happy hour. Great deal on drinks and we enjoyed the eclectic vibes. I had their vodka based drink which was very good and my friend had a hot sake he enjoyed. I will definitely be returning

Melissa M.

Yelp
Quirky bar right off of Bedford. Fun to stop in for a drink and hangout with a date or a couple of friends.

Sophia C.

Yelp
Immaculate vibes all around & cheap (and yummy!) cocktails. My friend and I had 2 rounds of cocktails each and it was about $30 total including tip for each of us, which is amazing pricing anywhere, but especially New York City. We loved the interior and the service as well. It is a bit on the smaller side but luckily, my friend and I came before the late night rush so were able to grab seats indoors. They have an outdoor seating area as well. Would come again, I think this is one of my new favorite spots!

Ryan F.

Yelp
Had a few drinks at Pokito on Friday evening. A culture-clashing bar, with a very solid cocktail list. Quality: I had some doubts walking in, but the drinks were excellent. I had sips of the Rick Ross, Lolita, Matcha Mama, and XO Martini. Each was interesting and had small touches to make them stand out. I think the Lolita was the highlight of the evening, but I don't regret any of the selections. Quantity: Standard pours, but they use all the same glasses so some drinks can seem small. Value: $12-$14 for House Cocktails. Ambiance: Pokito is a bright and chic cocktail bar in Williamsburg. It is a small space, but it is filled with odd decor giving it a strange vibe. They have an outdoor street structure, then a tiny indoor space. The bar is on the left and they have about six little tables squeezed in the rest of the space. They also have a staircase to nowhere where people were sitting. The music was all over the place and the art and colors were erratic as well. Crowd: Packed at the end of happy hour. Service: Eccentric bartenders, but they all seemed to be having a good time. Parking: Decent street parking nearby.

Yelp
Cute and funky cocktail bar in Williamsburg that won't break your bank account. Pokito is a great spot to check out either with a date or friends. Top things you should know: 1. Ample outdoor seating with indoors. There's also a window that you can order from if you decide to drink/eat outside. 2. Very reasonable happy hour for their craft cocktails. 3. Funky vibes and decor inside. 4. Cocktails are pretty good and better than most of the more expensive places close by. 5. Friendly staff. Pokito is worth checking out if you want to go off the beaten path a little bit.

Linan C.

Yelp
This place has happy hour almost everyday?!?? I stopped by for a bit for happy hour and it was amazing!!! There happy hour drinks were generous and they were strong! They don't just give you diluted drinks because of happy hour. So if you get a chance to drop by for happy hour, I really encourage you to do so!! There only downside is they don't really sell food. They only sell peanuts and cucumber sandwiches. Otherwise, 5 stars isn't even enough!

Charlee S.

Yelp
Cheaper then average for better then average cocktails . Decor is good, space is good but can get loud, location I find is convenient when coming to and from other things in wburg.

Rosa C.

Yelp
If you're considering for cocktails, you can pass. But vibes are fun and I love that they have outdoor seating. Too bad we didn't try the sake on draft, which would've probably been more exciting. And their beer selection was apparently solid! I think the Latin/Japanese fusion is a fun idea, but the fusion execution on the cocktails just didn't deliver, though I will say I appreciated the low double digit prices. Outdoor seating is first come first served, and you order at the bar.

Leemor Y.

Yelp
I'm a fan of this small yet vibrant bar. Came here for a date night and grabbed the last outdoor table. They have 4-5 covered/separated outdoor seating and a few spots outside of that. They just opened up some indoor seating as well if you are comfortable with that. We arrived at 5:45 pm just before happy hour ended. My partner got hot sake and I got the Rick Ross. We also ordered a couple cheese tamales. The drinks arrived, the hot sake was *hot* which was great since it was a cold winter night. The Rick Ross came in a cute glass bottle that you pour over a cup of ice. I was a little skeptic at first but had my first sip and it was an instant hit - a little spicy with a bit of sweetness. Really recommend. The tamales were also great, came with a perfect kick of spice and some cheese to balance it out. The only drink I wasn't a big fan of was the coco Rosa - tasted overly sweet with an odd texture. Ah well can't win them all. Overall, great place for a date night or drinks with a couple friends.

Caroline D.

Yelp
This dive is a hidden gem! I came here the other day with friends for happy hour & we all really enjoyed the vibe. It's definitely on the cozier/more intimate side of things, but all of the funky decor makes the space feel more lively. Drinks wise, we had the Rick Ross and Paloma - which were both great. Will definitely be back!

Gab G.

Yelp
COVID report: Pokito has heated outdoor seating. Food purchase is required (we got chips for like $2; not a big deal). My boyfriend and I visited in early January and had a nice time here! We got spiked cider and the Cokito special (the latter was my favorite). Definitely want to return once it's warm out again to try more seasonal cocktails.

Erin L.

Yelp
Thanks for a fun time! My heads up is that this bar's drinks were more on the sugar/salt side rather than hard liquor side However, it was ideal for the girls in our group who wanted the sweet taste over hard, bitter alcohols The drinks themselves were cute! Liked the presentation It's a small bar but pretty ideal if you just want to sit and relax for a bit before heading to other places

Joey M.

Yelp
This establishment is an absolute tragedy. They refused to seat us because my friend and I did not decide to get vaccinated (told us we could only order to go). I have nothing against anyone who is vaccinated, yet being discriminated against us because we are healthy individuals who chose not to get a shot is wrong. We didn't cry about it, we simply decided to go and give our business to another place - but this is a well deserved 1 star review. Regardless of if you're vaccinated or not, deciding to support a business who discriminates against ANY type of person like this is your call.

Amira A.

Yelp
I love that this spot is for vaccinated individuals only though there is a black market for fake vaccine cards *eye roll*. Their spot is so dang tiny though that we had to sit outside (no issue from me) but it was freaking freezing that night lol. We took a few of their drinks to go but I did have the hibiscus margarita and the Lolita while there. My advice is to try the Lolita. I didn't see any other drinks outside of the bottled ones when I came but I do look forward to trying the other cocktails moving forward.

Jen B.

Yelp
the lolita drink is SOOO good!! the other ones aren't my thing but that's just due to flavors they're all crafted very well.. so cute inside and the service was very good. good for maybe groups of three no more the space is pretty small

Jon S.

Yelp
cheap, dingy, tiny bar with terrible drinks and service. probably one of the grossest spots you can find in williamsburg. avoid at all costs.

Carolina S.

Yelp
Yesterday the rain began to pour as I got off the J train Marcy Ave. stop, even though I should have popped into any restaurant or bar to stay dry, I decided on the 13 minute walk to Pokito. Pokito is an super, adorable cocktail spot in south Williamsburg, pretty close to another fave "pies-n-thighs". I had first heard of the spot because of Alberto Pazzi's solo art show. He paints in different tones of hot pink with think lined illustrations. I noticed there was still one piece hanging but the bartender told me everything else sold at the show. I came in drenched and the bartender was nice enough to get me some napkins to dry off. It happened to be Sunday which meant HAPPY HOUR ALL NIGHT! Hurrah! The cocktails were separated on the menu by liquor. I ordered the "Rick Ross" a Thai chili infused tequila, pear, lemon, cinnamon and a Tajin rimmed glass. For happy hour this beauty is only $8. Every cocktail is literally handcrafted per order and every detail is precise. I enjoyed sitting at the bar and soaking up the drinks being made, the lively, friendly clientele and the knick knacks. My drink was delicious. Really hit the spot after getting drenched. The decor here is modern with some Asian elements and ultra hip. There's very cool paper mask around the restaurant but I even spotted the Rat Fink custom mask. The bar itself had a adorable bok choy vase. There's little creep fruit hanging in the bathroom with an eighties animal scene light that makes the sound of a river running wild. The seating here is intimate. Groups of 1-4 is ideal. There is one spot that has steps from the wall, that is available for lounging. Trè chic! I might have to venture out at try their house made Mamajuana next time! Or the 22 Oz kiwi concoctions, "good seed" with tequila or "bad seed" with gin! Thanks for a lovely spot to dry off on a Sunday Pokito! I'll see you soon! Also, looooooved the tunes. Two words...Kate... Bush!! Later note: The bartender here is Avery! And he's the BEST!

Roger P.

Yelp
Looking for some cocktails to take home, we decided to try Pokito on our way back from Domino Park. I don't think I would've tried if it weren't for the Lolita drink. Lavender cocktail? Say no more, I'm there! Unfortunately, they only sold it in one size for about $13. It's not that much and I would've bought a bigger size if available. The drink itself was slightly strong and the lavender taste really stood out. If I'm ever in the area, I'll be back to try their other drinks!

Brian F.

Yelp
I came here during their happy hour (5pm-8pm daily). They also have daily deals (minus Friday and Saturday). I found this place on a recent article about top tiki bars in the country when Pokito made the list. They only have three cocktails on their happy hour menu which is pretty limited. For my first drink I ordered the Rick Ross ($8) which was really good and spicy due to the Thai chili infused tequila and the tajin rim. For my second drink I ordered the muy bueno ($8) and asked for less ginger in it. I'm glad I did because it was a good level and not overpowering. I thought it was intriguing that they offered cbd drinks. I would be interested in trying them but I think with all the amazing bars in New York this place might not be at the top of my "must come back to" list. Regardless, this was a tiny place with a cool vibe.

Caitlin D.

Yelp
This place is adorable! Love the inside and outside area and the drinks were very good too. The bartender was a bit rude and didn't serve my friend and I for a while. We waited at the bar making eye contact with the bartender while they proceeded to serve everyone around us, even people who walked up after us. I did enjoy the vibes of the place and the drinks so I would go back, the bartender's attitude just turned me off a little

Chey O.

Yelp
What a cool little spot (as the name insinuates). I recently stopped in here for their happy hour which was pretty solid. This place is for sure no frills -- they had the basics on their happy hour menu, like beer, wine, and specialty cocktails. However, they chose really awesome drinks for that, such as Brooklyn Cider House's raw cider and hot or cold sake as their happy hour wine. Their cocktail menu didn't really wow me, but this definitely felt like a spot to come back to when you're looking for a lowkey bar vibe.

Nikki S.

Yelp
Cute spot with unique and delicious drinks, but it can get pretty crowded. Still worth it, though!

Jordan B.

Yelp
I've only been to Pokito a couple times, most recently for outdoor drinks, and it's always been solid. It's small on the inside (whenever that becomes available again) and the outdoor seating has about 5 or 6 small tables, so it's great for catching up with a friend or two. This was actually the first bar/restaurant I had been to since lockdown in March and while I was nervous at first, the staff kept it quick, polite, and socially distant. My friends and I grabbed a drink on the Sunday of Labor Day, while waiting to look for an apartment in the area. You have to wear a mask unless you're seated at a table, which are appropriately spread out so you don't feel weird. Most drinks are in the $10-$15 range and we got the frozen hibiscus margarita, which you can choose small/medium/or large sizes. A genius idea. Why don't more bars do that? The margarita was very very sweet, but great on a warm summer day. They also have some canned cocktails which sounded delish. The drinks took probably 4 minutes from the time we ordered to get to our table. They also have some snack food you can order but placed some little candies on our table if we wanted them. Special shoutout to the staff who were masked up the entire time, even though we were outside. You made us feel safe and welcome!

Ruhi B.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite bars in Brooklyn! The location is small but the decorations are super fun and funky - they immediately put me in a great mood. There's a decent chunk of outside seating and they have really great COVID-19 precautions. If you're dining outside, you can order via a window and can scan the menu through your phone. The drinks are absolutely amazing. My favorite drinks are the Paloma and Rick Ross - both are fantastic for spicy cocktails and aren't super sweet. They have a great amount of flavor and if you're into frozen drinks, the Yuz + Me is super yum, but a little more sweet than the Paloma and Rick Ross. This place gets super busy so definitely take advantage during off hours or on Sunday (when they have an amazing happy hour all day deal). They also have a really great hot sauce (which I definietely suggest taking home, if you're into spicy homemade hot sauce - it's absolutely delicious). I finished the bottle in 2 days.

Bri H.

Yelp
Pokito is a cool place for unique drinks! It's cool that they let you choose the size of the drinks, I haven't seen that before. Def come with friends and try everything because there are some interesting combinations on the menu.

Amos Y.

Yelp
Great eclectic funky bar vibes - HH is from 5-8 with some nice pre made cocktails. The el rancho is like a marg, when we got there it was packed but still seating comes available

Carly C.

Yelp
OH WOW IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY! The staff- HOT SEXY AND IMPECCABLE... NEED I SAY SO ATTENTIVE. Kallan serviced me and me friends and they are SO SWEET. I've never been as welcomed as a queer person in a space that that isn't just a gay bar. This is a very inclusive and fashionable spot, if you're new to town or lived her for years i guarantee you'll be welcomed. Outside of that the aesthetic of the spot is so swanky and gives class at every corner. SHOUT TO TO TASH-created a masterpiece and we love a female owned business

Bil M.

Yelp
I can't say enough about this cool neighborhood bar. Great environment, always cool people, mixed creative crowd, great music and delicious to-go/dine-in drinks!

Courtney S.

Yelp
Usually come here for a drink when I'm waiting for my friends to meet up with me to go to a party we frequent. They have different specials depending on which day of the week it is and Sundays it's happy hour all day.

Pablo L.

Yelp
I didn't know it was possible to overdose on Lime until i stepped foot in this place. It should be called "MONTON" because there was so much lime in each drink that if i ate a penny right now it would dissolve off the sheer acidity alone! oh my god just use anything other than lime!!! PLEASE!! IF THERE WAS EVER TO BE A LIME SHORTAGE IN THIS COUNTRY I WOULD ONE HUNDRED BLAME "POKITO" WHY SO MUCH LIME?!?!?!? WHY?!!??

Earth To J.

Yelp
super cute bar, definitely gonna visit again! went on a random sunday&it was happy hour

Sarika M.

Yelp
Got a few drinks from here and they were quite good and not overly pricey. This is a nice casual spot but nonetheless, the decor inside is very nice. I would definitely be back.

Kim S.

Yelp
Love the vibes here. Short haired girl, I think her was Cid, was so sweet and accommodating. Would highly recommend! I came by today and Matt was bartending, uncanny Jackson Avery look alike. Great service.

Kaili A.

Yelp
Love this place. Amazing drinks. If you come in, ask for Max. He's amazing, has the best recommendations and makes a mean cocktail. It's a small bar but the vibes are absolutely immaculate and very cute aesthetic.

Simal S.

Yelp
It is a very chill and vibrant bar in Williamsburg. It is the perfect spot to meet with friends and grab drinks as you vibe to the great house music they play. Give it a try for a slow but fun night :)

Peter D.

Yelp
My heart wanted the fried chicken katsu sandwich. My fat gut also wanted the fried chicken katsu sandwich. My head looked at my fat gut and told me to get an herb bowl with shrimp. For once, I listened to my head, which I think was a bad move. Not because the herb bowl with shrimp wasn't delicious (it was fresh and tasty and a solid summer choice), but because you should always get the fried chicken katsu sandwich. There isn't much I don't like about Pokito. The dudes that run it, the pulley system that brings your food up from the kitchen, the fact that they've turned this tiny space into something awesome...this place is cool. I'm coming back for cocktails, and the fried chicken katsu sandwich.

All day happy hour on Sunday's. Cute small spot with a unique selection of drinks. I got the hibiscus limeade which is your choice of liquor- I went with tequila.
