Rude Customers Are Forcing Food Business Owners to Reevaluate Plans | Eater Boston

"Reopened for the season with COVID-19 safety protocols — including a requirement that customers preorder an hour in advance — but the reopening was short-lived after angry patrons ignored the rules and verbally abused staff; the owner closed the shop again to consider the best way forward, and a 17-year-old employee quit after enduring language the owner described as something 'you wouldn’t even [use] in a men’s locker room.'" - Rachel Leah Blumenthal

First time visiting this cute little parlor and I might say definitely places to check out if you’re in the area. Being a big fan of Coca-Cola myself I love the interior decoration. They make fresh waffle cones to your order so when you’re handed your ice cream cone, the cone is warm. YUMM. I met the owner Mark very very nice gentleman. The ice cream is to die for I ended up getting their mama bear sized order, which is a fairly large amount of ice cream Would definitely recommend trying out the Mashpee mud and Black raspberry chip 😋

I have been here many times, but on my latest visit I ordered one of their boutique sundaes, the Coconut Bliss. Absolutely outstanding! Plus pretty easy on the eyes, as you can see!

Outstanding! Fresh made waffle cones, while you wait! And a spectacular variety of ice cream or frozen yogurt to accommodate almost any taste. We are so glad to find the polar cave, even on a cool April evening.

The ice cream is delicious with the warm homemade waffle cones. The prices are affordable for families to go out for ice cream The owner is one of the most pleasant and friendly host. He is always smiling. This is my favorite place to get ice cream

Our favorite ice cream place in America. I've had ice cream all over the country. This place is my personal favorite since living here for a year. It starts when you walk in and you get a whiff of the staff making fresh waffle cones and bowls. They have it decked out with Coca-Cola memorabilia, and it totally fits the vibe. We eat here at least once a week, and during the summer- sometimes 2 or 3. This time I finally got pictures of our tiramisu sundae and four-c's sundae. It's a great family business, and you won't be disappointed if you get their amazing ice cream pies to-go either.

I am going keep it simple: best ice cream on the cape. Buy the waffle cone because it is made fresh on the spot! So good! Ps. My wife is obsessed with their death by chocolate

Best ice cream on the Cape! Fresh waffle cones made to order in front of you. Lots of great flavors and toppings. They stay open to serve everyone. A must try for any ice cream lover!
