One of the best ice creams places I have visited. From outside to inside and the flavors! Anyone in the area should come to have ice cream here!

First time visiting this cute little parlor and I might say definitely places to check out if you’re in the area. Being a big fan of Coca-Cola myself I love the interior decoration. They make fresh waffle cones to your order so when you’re handed your ice cream cone, the cone is warm. YUMM. I met the owner Mark very very nice gentleman. The ice cream is to die for I ended up getting their mama bear sized order, which is a fairly large amount of ice cream Would definitely recommend trying out the Mashpee mud and Black raspberry chip 😋

I have been here many times, but on my latest visit I ordered one of their boutique sundaes, the Coconut Bliss. Absolutely outstanding! Plus pretty easy on the eyes, as you can see!

I love the owner, and their ice cream flavors. Just the lack of staff or organization of the way they run the place. The owner has a great heart and a hard-working man. He's always helping out the community with something. I just wish it was a little more organized to sell their product. But I'll still keep going there. It is worth the wait. 🤤♥️👍

Outstanding! Fresh made waffle cones, while you wait! And a spectacular variety of ice cream or frozen yogurt to accommodate almost any taste. We are so glad to find the polar cave, even on a cool April evening.

The ice cream is delicious with the warm homemade waffle cones. The prices are affordable for families to go out for ice cream The owner is one of the most pleasant and friendly host. He is always smiling. This is my favorite place to get ice cream

Not only does this place have delightful ice cream in a variety of flavors, they have THREE options for gluten free cones, including a homemade waffle bowl (no more feeling left out when others in your party order a warm waffle!). They also wash hands and use a fresh scoop - taking allergies very seriously. I nearly jumped across the counter in excitement.

The best ice cream place on the cape! Always say yes to the waffle, cone they make it fresh and made to order. There is a wide variety of flavors, you're bound to find a flavor or sundae that appeals to your tastebuds. The line is also long and looks intimidating, but it goes by fast and is worth the wait!

Always love polar cave. The staff is so nice and efficient even with extremely long lines. The cones are amazing, and every flavor I've had is so creative and delicious. This is one of my favorite ice cream spots on the cape- the long wait is worth it!

Heard great things about the parlor and always saw there was a long line (figured it must be good if people will wait) so I decided to go this weekend. I got a scoop of cake batter and s'mores. The cake batter was decent, but the s'mores however, was EXCELLENT. The flavor, the marshmallow swirls and chocolate bites was just so delicious, especially on a hot, summer evening. The staff was super friendly and kept the line moving. Overall, I definitely had a very positive experience and would absolutely come back.

The place is so warm and welcoming. I love the ice cream and the cones the owner made for us -- so fresh, it couldn't be better! A perfect spot! The decoration with Coca-Cola items is super cool; I've never seen anything like it.

We had to check out all the hype! They did not disappoint. We did wait in line for over 35 minutes this seems to be the norm since this place is so popular. They are known for their freshly made waffle cones so I had to give it a try. Not going to lie, not as sweet as I would have liked it to be, so not my cup of tea, but it was still enjoyable. My family tried a few different flavors; strawberry, strawberry cheesecake, oreo peanut butter, and oreo. All yummy! The staff was so friendly and patient with us as we read the walls full of menus. They had fun decor, consisting of collectibles filling the entire inside. Outside they had fun large cones you could stick your heads in. Overall it was good. Next time I would order ahead to avoid the long line.

Had a very bad experience tonight. Ordered a fluffernutter Sundae and received it with birthday cake ice cream flavor which did not go well at all with a fluffernutter. I had ordered it with cake batter flavor, which is very different from birthday cake flavor with the blue stuff (frosting?) that i dont like. But that was the flavor of the day so i figured it was an honest mistake as perhaps many people were ordering that today. But Then towards the bottom of the Sundae was a special surprise for me - a human hair. Thats when i decided to write this review. This was my first and last time there.

Amazing! Death by chocolate and the homemade waffle bowl is 1000%! Our kids still talk about it.

Only the BEST ice cream parlor on the Cape! You MUST go to this place! Cute displays on the walls. Friendly staff and owner. You will NOT be disappointed.

The line grows so long because the ice cream is excellent and the delicious cones are made to order! The owner is one of the finest people around!

I will never understand the hype for this place. The ice cream is fine and the waffle cones are good, but I can't get over how poor the system is to get ice cream and cones. The owner claims he has long lines because his ice cream is so good, but really it's because his staff is slow, he has no premade cones, and nobody is in a rush to get people in and out. I get the appeal is the fresh waffle cones, but maybe make it so that people have an option to get a fresh one or one that they make before the shift starts. I would be fine getting a premade waffle cone versus waiting an hour for the fresh one that melts the ice cream. I have so much more I could say but I don't want to bash the business too hard on here. Let's just say, there's more than meets the eye.

This is a very yummy place!! Welcoming and it offers plenty of parking. Definitely a must visit if you are craving delicious cold, delicious ice cream.

We're back for yet another season and the first thing on our list is a visit to Polar Cave. The ice cream is still amazing and the made on the spot waffle bowls are the best, DO NOT MISS THIS PART! We are always greeted with a cheery smile and happy people eager to quickly serve the crowd of adoring Polar Cave fans. Inside the building doesn't disappoint, many memories of coke from years past and cute polar bears everywhere. I love this gem on the cape.

Ice cream is the best, I love their flavors and personally the cotton candy and vanilla is my fav. It's a cool place with a nice family running it. Overall the service is great and they always have a smile.

Lots of selections- hard to choose! The people working there are so nice. Made to order waffle cones are delicious. Be prepared to wait on line! Worth the wait! Inside is very cute. Tiny, but cute!

Amazing flavors with best homemade waffle Cones. Had mashpee mud and heavenly hash. Could have had seconds. Good outdoor seating as well for large groups

An exciting little ice cream shop, with atmosphere! An incredible amount of flavors as well as combinations. Look at the menu online so you get an idea of what you'd like to order, because it's a little overwhelming when you get there. I had the pistachio which was loaded with nuts and delish. My hubby had the frozen yoghurt which he really liked a lot.

Super cool spot where they make the waffle cones fresh-to-order. Flavors are amazing, and everyone is so nice here. I really love it when the owner is making the waffle cones himself.

What a fantastic place!! We are brand new to the area but have already stopped by the Polar Cave ice cream parlour twice and can't wait to go again! The flavors are all soooo good (we've tried coffee, death by chocolates maple walnut, peppermint stick, coffee Oreo, and raspberry sorbet so far), the staff are super-friendly, the fresh waffle cones are delicious and warm, and the Vintage coca-cola decor is a hoot! Enjoyed the 90's soundtrack of my adolescence, too. :) Currently saving up room in my belly to try one of their decadent ice cream sundaes!!

Long lines move fast at this only picnic tables ice cream parlor. The choices are incredible with the rich homemade ice cream using fresh fruits, good nuts & chocolate with homemade hot fudge or marshmallow.. The two clinchers are the smiling English man owner that makes waffle cones & baskets to order and the insanely sensible prices. Great collection of Coca-Cola memorabilia and other kitsch compliments the warm service.

I found the hot fudge sunday to be quite tasteless. Ice cream was also way to hard . Couldn't scoop it with plastic spoons.

We love the Polar Cave Ice Cream Parlour!!! It's a must visit when we vacation on the Cape!! We've been coming here for several years and it's always amazing!! It's absolutely adorable inside, smells incredible and the staff are so pleasant! They're also allergy friendly which is incredibly important for our severe nut allergies. There's a long line for a reason!!!

Don't get the hype. My least favorite place on the Cape to get ice cream. Jimmy's, Smitten, and Four Seas are a million times better, and no wait! Seriously, the ice cream at Polar Cave is sub-par a best.

Mark makes his famous Waffle Cones and Bowls and has so many delicious flavors, it is hard to make a decision. My family and I always have such a wonderful experience everytime we visit, even in the midst of the Covid Pandemic! Polar Cave offers convenient service taking online preorders to make the ice cream experience go smooth and easy. If you preorder ahead they will fill your order in a designated time slot and deliver it to your car. They continue to make the new normal better each day by introducing new flavors such as black raspberry oreo which was a game changer for me and providing classics such as mashpee mud and klondike crunch. A favorite in my house we are regular customers and if calories were no object would eat every day. Even their low sugar flavors are amazing. I recommend the coffee and raspberry versions.

This place has the best tasting ice cream and the service is amazing. They run the line very efficiently which is probably why they do so well. Love the old style inside the building.

Ed and Bobbi G. We have been Polar Cavers since the beginning. We watched (and contributed to Shelby's College Fund) as it grew and grew and... Mark is one of the nicest people we have ever met. When our little grandchildren come to visit the first thing they want when they get out of the car is "ola cab". Poppi says, hey me and Nonni too let's go! Polar Cave after lunch and before bedtime bath. My older grands (who now drive) grew up on Polar Cave and always bring a few pints home. I am selfish enough to wish it was less popular but Mark, and his lovely family have done a wonderful job and deserve every kudo for their hard work and generous contributions to our community. He is a humble man and would never look for attention but he is just an all out lovely person bringing a smile to every face. The line will never be too long for us Mark!

We went here for the sugar free and fat free coffee ice cream. It is amazing, and the staff is super friendly. My husband and I highly recommend visiting this ice cream shop.

Waited in line over 30 minutes for the less than average offerings of this cramped hot and cluttered restaurant. The waffles cones are great but with 3 machines going at a time, it gets very hot and confusing in there. Small portions of less than average ice cream, I likeHood's new creamery style much better. Maybe it's just because we have many delicious options in central Ma, I really don't think this is even special The staff was unfriendly and even confused me by bringing my 2 dishes about 4 minutes apart. Don't have any idea how this dusty cocoa cola museum get on the best list of anyone!

Ordered online, got there a little earlier than the order pick up time, let them know we were there, got our order almost immediately! Went home and enjoyed our waffle cones sitting in the backyard. I do feel bad for all the folks that can't figure out the ordering online. This was our second shot at it since we didn't know the first time and the wait was too long. Wish there was a way they could accommodate some elderly folks, not everyone owns a smartphone. Loved my waffle cone!!

Probably the best ice cream experience on Cape Cod. Home made ice cream and freshly made waffle cones and bowls There is usually a line but it moves fast. You will be rewarded for waiting, the wait staff and owner are very friendly. The interior is decorated with collector grade coca cola bottles, and polar bears. There is ample seating outside on the colorfully painted picnic tables.

Be careful what you wish for, it might come in a cup form from this place. Some items may be larger than they appear on the menu. You may only need to order one thing to share with your party.

I was craving ice cream so I stopped by on our way back to East Falmouth. It's a cute little ice cream shop. You can easily park in their lot. There was a pretty amazing Coca Cola collection. If you visit, you'll know what I am talking about. The staff was super friendly. I had a Mashpee Mud-flavored ice cream on a waffle cone. Mashpee Mud consists of coffee ice cream with fudge, dark chocolate chips, Oreos, and almonds. It was delicious! There was a nice balance with all the toppings and ice cream. Nothing overpowered the other. I generally don't eat coffee ice cream, and I enjoyed this cone a lot. The waffle cone was made fresh, so it was warm when they handed it to you. There was a good scoop of ice cream too. It is worth your money. 10/10 You have to visit if you're in Cape Cod!

Ice cream is the best the service is excellent plan ahead they are so good and busy there will be a line if you don't plan early. You can call ahead and order to pick up ambiance is summer fun!

The Polar Cave is a ritual place for our family to visit whenever we're at the Cape. Numerous flavors of ice cream, friendly service and a great atmosphere. We highly recommend this place!!
