I recently ordered a PolarPro Helix filter along with two adapter rings. While the product itself was beautifully made, I was not satisfied and decided to return it. I received a refund for the filter, but not for the two adapter rings (valued at around $100). I’ve reached out to PolarPro customer service four times now with no response. It’s disappointing because their products are clearly high-quality, but their customer service is seriously lacking. I’ll continue to pursue the refund I’m owed — money doesn’t grow on trees.

Review: PolarPro ND Filter - Exceptional Product and Customer Service I recently bought a ND filter set from PolarPro. The filter's quality is top-notch, offering clear optics with little to no color cast. What really stood out was the excellent customer service from Oliver. He was incredibly helpful and worked through a minor issue with my order. I highly recommend PolarPro not only for their quality products but for their outstanding customer service.

This review is for their customer service. I had ordered a set of filters and pre-ordered a few things for my x100vi. The filters could have been shipped immediately, as they were in stock, while the accessories would not have been shipped out until the 6th of January. I had placed the order maybe a week before Christmas, and was initially fine with waiting until the 6th. It is now several days past the 6th, and one of the items will not be restocked until the 28th of January and none of my items have been shipped out. I had reached out simply asking if they could ship out the 3/4 items that were ready, as I felt, and articulated in the email, that it was a little ridiculous to wait for about 5+ weeks for things that were ready to ship out. I got an email with no apologies from the business, and that I would just have to wait until everything was ready. Or I could just cancel my pre-ordered item. Customer service usually would offer other alternative solutions than just, "just cancel your order if you don't want to wait for 5+ weeks to recieve your items". If they had offered to ship it separately, but I handle the cost of shipping, I would have gladly done so. It makes no sense, with regards to their internal system in logging orders, that they cannot divide that singular order into two. Will not be purchasing anything from them again, and will be actively dissuading my friends from choosing to purchase from polarpro. This experience left me very annoyed and leaves me feeling that I cannot reasonably expect polarpro to help me out if I am in need of help. Based off other reviews, this is not the first time they have done this and just tells me that they do not care about satisfying their customers. Very, "holier than though attitude" ... Take your business elsewhere

I bought the LiteChaser Pro 14 and I’am very unhappy with it. I don’t know how but none of my Moment and Moment compatible lenses fit in there so it’s $180 for the trash. Not useful and I can’t recommend it. Even a $30 Wolffilms Case can carry all my Lenses.

Yeah today i just recieve the filter and i was very excited, the Filter is good, but i bought the Peter Mckinnon filter combo pack 2-5 stops and 6-9 stops, and they send me two same 2-5 stops filter, and where is my 6-9 stops xD, and another 2-5 stops have issue the rubber inside the filter are came out, please make sure that you send to customer items are correct and no problem, please double check and make sure before you send the items. So i need to paid my self to the international delivery fees DHL 40USD dollar to send back the others 2-5 stops filter to polarpro. It costs me alot with deliver fees and Custom Tax Fees 70USD ! Totall 110USD

**Very Bad Delivery Commitment and Customer Service** I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with PolarPro, which has severely tarnished my perception of the company. While PolarPro offers good products, albeit at a higher price compared to regular market values, their commitment to delivery and customer service is shockingly poor. On 26-05-2024, I pre-ordered the AVATA 2 filters directly from their website. The site explicitly stated that pre-orders would be shipped on 27th June 2024. I was confident in their promise and planned my photography projects accordingly. However, when the shipment date arrived, I noticed that my order status had not changed, and there was no indication that my filters were on their way. Concerned, I reached out to PolarPro’s customer support through their website. The response I received was cold and flat, merely stating that they would start shipping the filters on July 15, 2024, without any apology or explanation for the delay. This lack of communication and transparency was incredibly frustrating. Customers deserve to be informed proactively, especially when there are changes to delivery timelines. Hoping for a more detailed explanation, I contacted their support team again. Unfortunately, I received the same indifferent response. It was evident that there was no regard for the inconvenience caused to customers or any effort to make amends. It was as if my concerns and the delay in shipment were of no importance to them. What makes this situation even more disappointing is the fact that PolarPro failed to notify customers of the delay in advance. It should be standard practice to inform customers of any changes to their orders promptly. Instead, I was left in the dark and had to chase after them for information. PolarPro’s lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable, especially for a company that charges premium prices for its products. Their failure to honor their commitment to delivery dates and their indifferent customer service has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I hope this review serves as a warning to other potential customers about the poor after-sales service and lack of reliability that PolarPro exhibits. They need to significantly improve their customer service and communication practices if they want to retain their customers and uphold their reputation in the market. Buyers, beware of such bad after-sales services and consider this before making any purchases from PolarPro.

Thank you guys! I got the both the signature II edition f stop filters. Also got the bluemorphic and goldmorphic lenses. 4 lenses total. I emailed back and forth with Oliver about my order questions. Oliver was on it. Fast. Got responses within few hours. They shipped it out on the day they got my order. Quality of the lenses are absolutely superb, sturdy, and well made. I love the caps that each lenses came with. Thank you for your products. I appreciate it.
