**Very Bad Delivery Commitment and Customer Service**
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with PolarPro, which has severely tarnished my perception of the company. While PolarPro offers good products, albeit at a higher price compared to regular market values, their commitment to delivery and customer service is shockingly poor.
On 26-05-2024, I pre-ordered the AVATA 2 filters directly from their website. The site explicitly stated that pre-orders would be shipped on 27th June 2024. I was confident in their promise and planned my photography projects accordingly. However, when the shipment date arrived, I noticed that my order status had not changed, and there was no indication that my filters were on their way.
Concerned, I reached out to PolarPro’s customer support through their website. The response I received was cold and flat, merely stating that they would start shipping the filters on July 15, 2024, without any apology or explanation for the delay. This lack of communication and transparency was incredibly frustrating. Customers deserve to be informed proactively, especially when there are changes to delivery timelines.
Hoping for a more detailed explanation, I contacted their support team again. Unfortunately, I received the same indifferent response. It was evident that there was no regard for the inconvenience caused to customers or any effort to make amends. It was as if my concerns and the delay in shipment were of no importance to them.
What makes this situation even more disappointing is the fact that PolarPro failed to notify customers of the delay in advance. It should be standard practice to inform customers of any changes to their orders promptly. Instead, I was left in the dark and had to chase after them for information.
PolarPro’s lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable, especially for a company that charges premium prices for its products. Their failure to honor their commitment to delivery dates and their indifferent customer service has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
I hope this review serves as a warning to other potential customers about the poor after-sales service and lack of reliability that PolarPro exhibits. They need to significantly improve their customer service and communication practices if they want to retain their customers and uphold their reputation in the market. Buyers, beware of such bad after-sales services and consider this before making any purchases from PolarPro.
