I had ordered a set of filters and pre-ordered a few things for my x100vi. The filters could have been shipped immediately, as they were in stock, while the accessories would not have been shipped out until the 6th of January. I had placed the order maybe a week before Christmas, and was initially fine with waiting until the 6th. It is now several days past the 6th, and one of the items will not be restocked until the 28th of January and none of my items have been shipped out. I had reached out simply asking if they could ship out the 3/4 items that were ready, as I felt, and articulated in the email, that it was a little ridiculous to wait for about 5+ weeks for things that were ready to ship out. I got an email with no apologies from the business, and that I would just have to wait until everything was ready. Or I could just cancel my pre-ordered item. Customer service usually would offer other alternative solutions than just, "just cancel your order if you don't want to wait for 5+ weeks to recieve your items". If they had offered to ship it separately, but I handle the cost of shipping, I would have gladly done so. It makes no sense, with regards to their internal system in logging orders, that they cannot divide that singular order into two.
Will not be purchasing anything from them again, and will be actively dissuading my friends from choosing to purchase from polarpro. This experience left me very annoyed and leaves me feeling that I cannot reasonably expect polarpro to help me out if I am in need of help. Based off other reviews, this is not the first time they have done this and just tells me that they do not care about satisfying their customers. Very, "holier than though attitude" ... Take your business elsewhere
