Great sausage, but very rude staff: especially Angela. If you hate your job so much, go work somewhere else!

The currant sausage is delicious. We have switched to that for our breakfast sausage. Thank you!

My store started carrying this brand and my first try was chorizo. Me and my father both agree it's the best ever. Then tried there Italian and my Italian mother said it reminded her of her mother. Since then I've tried them all they consistently the best.

Hatch Chile Cheese is hands down the best sausage Ive ever had. I always buy the highest quality meats, and always have my Stadium Mustard from Cleveland Ohio shipped to Denver for my sausages and dogs. But with Polidori, it's best just to eat by itself. Its so juicy and savory, with high quality meat and seasoning, along with just the perfect amount of cheese to create the best sausage bite Ive ever tasted. Which reminds me, time to cook dinner ;) Thanks Polidori!!!

I've lived in CO all my life and had never had Polidori sausage until a month ago. It is so tasty and meaty (not fatty) that the texture is dense and it's delicious. I have purchased from their website twice this month and have tried almost all of their sausage products and ALL of them are fantastic. I can't believe I've missed out on their sausages for all of these years! They're located right here in CO!

Cool place... Delicious sausages including the unknown variety that is also offered! But... Worked there briefly? Perhaps the worst management that I have ever experienced!!! Mainly due to the fact highly lack of experience!!! This establishment takes "Micro management to the extreme! Never ever have had management breathing down your neck 24/7 before! Was an experience that I'll never forget and regret! Ownership was excellent only flaw was that they were blind at their weakest link in all they're overall operation was Jeremiah! Many employees left due to his bias opinions and all his personal hangups that he brings to the daily business? He knows the business but not his very own employees? That's purely his own ignorance that'll never ever be personally acknowledge at his own recognizance! Also.... When my employment was finished? Was notified that they'll send my locker belongings through "Federal Express" received my belongings that we're doused in hot sauce! Why??? No personal vendetta!!!! Hmmm...

My family loves Polidori, esp. the mild Italian. We eat it probably once a week and never get tired of it. Great as a sandwich or with pasta. The brats and breakfast sausage are both stellar as well. Yum!

Yelp
Excellent flavor! The spicey/hot not too hot. Very authentic and delicious! Used it in sauce but in future will use it with peppers for Italian roll. First time tried on recomendación and it will now be my go to.

Yelp
I'm sure there's more than one dead Polidori groaning about the lousy dry Italian sausage their descendants are pedaling to Kroger, Spinelli's Market, restaurants around Denver and beyond. Thankfully, some of the local restauranteurs order their customized sausage from Polidori with a higher fat content to help deliver some flavor (and texture). While their sausage matriarch, Anna Polidori, is likely none too happy with the recipe tampering, I'll bet you a wheel of Parmigiano-Reggiano she is beaming with pride over the marketing and business-sense of this Polidori generation. I admire them and truly I hope they are making a fortune. In my humble estimation there are far better local options for Italian sausage. Try em for yourself, you'll see.

Yelp
I absolutely love polidori meats! They're flavorful and a great value. They sell to the public on Wednesdays I believe, and it's always a great place to load up in bulk. We buy all our Sausage and Chorizo from here and I wouldn't have it any other way.
