All I can say is… WOW! We just participated in “Pierogi Night,” where you can pick up freshly cooked pierogies and other foods. The taste is so incredible! You can tell all of the ingredients are fresh and high quality, and the portions are very substantial. A good value for the price. They also sell frozen foods and deli meats, which I will definitely be hitting them up for in the future! Everyone has been very nice throughout all of our interactions. Please note that they are to go only! So glad they’ve come to Escondido!

I really love this cute shop hidden away in Escondito (got lost first time I went, but was well worth it). The staff is absolutely lovely, the products are fabulous and super nostalgic for anyone with a Babcia, pierogi night is always an extra special treat and my family loved ordering Wigilia dinner when they came to visit for Christmas! We are so lucky to have this gem of a store and the family running it here - most highly recommend. I absolutely love this place ❤️

This is the third year in a row we have ordered pierogi from Polka Polish Goodies and it is excellent every time! Everything is fresh, authentic and delicious. Their customer service is also great and accommodating. I always receive quick replies when I needed to make a change. One year she even created a custom gift basket at our request without much direction and it was beyond our expectations!! Highly recommend if you want some of the best pierogi and sauerkraut. And that garlic sauce is magic!

Did not know it was an order-ahead and carry-.out place, and today's orders were all in, but the pretty Polish girl graciously offered to make me a meal of hot smoked kielbasa with cheese and dill pierogis with garlic-sour cream sauce, and a room-temp portion of sauerkraut, for $19.00. All so very delicious! My own Michigan Polish/Maliszewski family (I am fourth generation, back in Lincoln Park, and still cook Polish for my family when I visit there) did not garnish savory farmer's cheese pierogis with caramelized onions and scallions dipped in garlic-sour cream sauce or ever add fresh dill to the filling --but it is a delicious touch! ) In Michigan, we boiled them slightly in salted water till they floated to the top, drained the water off, then lightly browned them in butter and served them alongside a dollop of cold sour cream. I am very impressed at the quality of the food here, the lightness of the dumpling dough, and definitely had a delicious dinner in my car, a first for me in the 36 years I've lived in CA. (I brought my polka-dancing shoes along as well, but no band was playing in the parking lot outside!- does anyone know of a place for polka dancers like me near San Diego?). Rita Maliszewska-Farkas

Love this place. They have really awesome products. The fresh kielbasa is absolutely the best. Went to the pierogi day today and everything was very good and reminded me of the home cooking I grew up with. So glad I find a place to get authentic polish food.

The best Polish food you will find in California! I had the pierogies catered for my wedding at Park Hyatt Aviara in Carlsbad. Patrycja was who I connected with and she was so helpful and so responsive to emails. The pierogies were so good and made my Polish family very happy. They were some of the best food of the night. I cannot thank her enough for her service and timeliness. I had 120 guests that were very happy and couldn't stop raving about them. I look forward to trying their other food. Thank you so much to Polka Polish Goodies for helping me add some of my culture to my big day.

I love this shop! I could find all polish goodies that I thought off and they fulfilled all my cravings for it! You should definitely go deeper by using their Pierogi Night event offer, where they serve hot meals for reasonable price! All surrounded by super nice owner/s!

Great quality food,everything super fresh and delicious!!! Also service top notch and very convenient location to shop. Highly recommended to Polish food lovers!!! From great and many choices of polish sausages to very good quality other foods!!!
