Came across Pollard while Googling local, small coffee roasters, and I'm so happy I did! Definitely one of our favorite coffees, been getting Pollard for a while now and it has never disappointed 😄 We always get compliments back when we gift Pollard coffee and their customer service is awesome! Have fun with the custom blend option, it's a nice feature, especially when giving as a gift ☕

Pollard Coffee is a coffee roasterie that is located on Vashon Island. On my last trip to the island we bought a bag of it from the boutique, Giraffe which is located right downtown Vashon. We got to the bag and I was very excited to give it a try. The blend we got is exclusive I believe just for this store alone so you are going to be getting something unique for the coffee blend for sure. Like all the high quality products at this store the coffee was suburb. I believe the blend is African and Indonesian blend which made for a good flavor profile. I really do love African coffee for it's robust and abundant flavor and the Indonesian aspect added a nice complexity to it. I'd love to try more coffee blends from Pollard as this particular one proved to be an excellent start!
