None of the sauce I asked for. Chicken was barely warm. I didn't get the empanada I ordered, and the fries look and taste like they were cooked last year.

Went yesterday. Food was good. Employees were nice. But they kept forgetting things. I had to keep getting up multiple times to ask for: silverware, drinks, napkins, missing bread roll, sauces. It ruined the experience. One of the girls working told me my meal doesn’t come with a roll. I had to walk back up to the menu to show her it did. Also I asked for a cup of water, but they charged me for a bottle water. They seemed too distracted for me to ask for a refund.

Visited Pollo Campero on Pleasant Hill Rd, Lawrenceville, near Duluth. The place is clean with good service. Fried chicken has nice flavor, but the grilled was underwhelming. Chicken pieces are smaller and bonier than expected. Coleslaw is too sweet, lacking vinegar tang. Mac and cheese is just okay, but the fried plantains are a highlight. Tortillas on the side add a flavorful touch. Love the Latina spin, though it feels very Americanized. A step above KFC and Popeyes, but the chicken didn’t fully live up to the hype.

The fried chicken was so tasty! Great flavor and nice texture. I liked the dipping sauce too. The flan was good, but very sweet. I’ll definitely return!

Came to eat dinner here for the first time beginning of the year. Got fried thigh & drum sticks with rolls, rice and beans, with sweet tea. Their recipe is very much like KFC. Atmosphere is Latin flare with authentic ceramic plates. Good stuff. 10 minute Walking distance from my neighborhood.

This place is pricey! I've been wanting to try this restaurant since I've seen it in Miami many years ago. We got the roasted chicken. Not only was it barely seasoned, but it was barely done. We also got the fried chicken sandwich, which was much better. The rice was barely seasoned too. Sorry, but I would not come back, purely because the food is too expensive for the lack of flavor. Oh, and the chicken nuggets are 6pcs for $11!!!!!!

Excellent fast food restaurant the fried and Grilled Chicken were exceptionally fresh and tasty. The only complaint would be that the pricing is on the high side. And eight piece chicken meal (one chicken) at $33.40 is excessive high. You could get 4 whole deli chickens at publix for the same price.

We did not know what to expect when we went to this restaurant. It was a random selection. It’s basically going to chicken heaven. The salad bowl is scrumptious, so much flavor. The chicken sandwich with fries you can’t go wrong. It’s juicy. My only reservation is that the AC seemed like it was not working well enough so it was very warm at the restaurant. Also, they have Horchata And different unique flavor drinks all delicious but the service was fantastic and the lady was a sweetheart.
