Pollo Feliz

I used to love this place but today I placed an order through Uber eats of a Mexican bowl which has rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream and grilled chicken breast but, when I got my order it was missing the beans and only had like 5 pieces of chicken bits.

I saw this place and thought Oh my goodness a chicken restaurant in the area that I was in might be quite unique and I have to say that it was I was hoping to get to get the chicken fried to test the different variations however it was actually grilled and still very delicious I got a side salad beans baked potato which uniquely enough had melted cheese at the top not usually the topping a baked potato would have the Jamaica juice was divine and I love the fries which I didn't know came with the meal my order was hot and prompt the service was nice that atmosphere was clean with music and I ate my meal and enjoyed myself.

I came in with my two elderly parents over 75 and as our first time we wanted to see the menu and we dint seem to like the menu as much and for their prices it loooked very plain and simple. my elderly dad wanted to use the bathroom. Yet she was rude the fact nowhere in the restaurant it says no Public restroom she waited until he used it and when we were about to leave she said we had to buy something after he already used it . Just shows the type of service they provide . it’s no wonder their restaurant is empty. Never again stepping a foot in this place . PUT A DAM SIGN AT THE DOOR ! & tell tell the people before they use the bathroom not AFTER !!!

Not worth it I wish I would have kept going the portions are very small they gave enough chicken for a baby for some no seasoning food

I love love love this place! Every time I treat myself after a long day at work or a particularly great grade, I come here and get the chicken burrito. The burritos here are HUGE and packed with yummy goodness! I usually order the chicken burrito and specify I want the one with the avocado and pico de gallo because otherwise you’ll get the plain one with just meat and cheese. The ladies in the front are nice and the food comes out piping hot. I really hope this place never runs out of business or I’ll throw a fit lol. Definitely recommend! The salsa here is also particularly delicious! Great flavor with a perfect spice level.

Great chicken deal the seasoning and the fries are amazing but if you have kids ask for the fries on the side if getting the chicken family deal it can be slightly spicy… I recommend even the hot wings are yummy

My friend loves chicken so I invite her in the little village order in front then they bring to the table Use to be a salad bar no more...... The music is annoying The chicken was warm not hot they serve whit 2 sides sm sides really small And cold frozen fries

This place serves some very delicious chicken. Pollo Feliz is a Mexican franchise with only a few stores in the US. Their pollo asado is out of this world. They offer different specials that could be quite confusing though. I ordered their half chicken which came with four pieces, tortillas, rice, beans, and salsa. The chicken was perfectly grilled, with tons of flavor. The tortillas were hand made and the rice and beans were also good. The salsa came with a lot of flavor and complimented the chicken perfectly. You also get grilled onions and a grilled jalapeño pepper to enjoy with your pollo. Customer service was great and whenever I'm in the mood for some chicken, I wouldn't mind returning to dine in and enjoy a full chicken instead of their half chicken.

The only reason I go there is cause one of the sides is a baked potato. If I go here before noon I'm getting last nites chicken. Well a few weeks ago a guy who looked like a boss said they don't have baked potato and now today when I went the waitress said no baked potato. Why would I want a side of rice if I can have a baked potato? One more time I'll go here and if no baked potato no me

do urself a favor and bookmark this place now!! i promise u won't regret it ! i was so excited to take him to taste a little bit of Mexico in the US !! so, this Chicken place is at every corner of streets in Mexico, similar to the way mcdonald's is around anywhere we go. it's not just grilled chicken, it's Pollo Asado.. it's smokey, it's juicy, it's tender, and it goes so beautifully well in between a tortilla topped with the salsa they give you. the place is in Little Village, there's mexican music playing outside, friendly people everywhere, and we paid about $20 for a great meal and a good experience too! reminded me of Mexico..

Great food, service was great. To bad they don't have one in Vegas. Highly recommend

Perfect meal anytime of day. Always full of flavor and perfect portions of rice , beans, chicken, pico de Gallo, sour cream, and guacamole I recommend the chicken bowl.

We came here back in 2019, and it was almost as good as the ones in MX. However, now that's it's 2022 it's a disaster. It's not clean properly anymore and the staff (girl with thin ass eyebrows and mean pink hair) should not be working there if they are miserable. They used to have a bar with all their salsas, lemons, etc. now you gotta pay for everything. I asked for 1/4 of a lime and the girl with the pink hair told me I'd have to pay for it. Literally ridiculous. I've never given someone a dirtier look in my life. I will not be coming back here again and that's a shame. Horrible low quality food overall. Nasty service from everyone. Not clean. -10/10

First of all The food is overpriced AF. $41 for a 12 piece chicken is outrageous! The chicken isn't even that good. My brother said his chicken was "dry, and not well seasoned". Secondly The service was decent. We got our food fast not much wait time. The lady who took our order seemed very friendly. Lastly the ambiance was something that's for sure. Outside the restaurant was a BIG speaker blasting Mexican music at full blast and every time someone opened the door the music would assault my ears. Lost off flies around the restaurant which concerns me since the grill is just out in the open. Something that caught me off guard was that a little girl came up to my table and tried to sell me some snacks. Of course I bought one cuz I respect the hustle.Overall "Pollo Feliz" is a restaurant I would not come back to if I was low on cash since it is a bit pricey. But if I got the cash I might consider coming here again. (Spent a total of 51.81)

I ordered from here today and I can say it has been the worst delivery experience. I received my food cold, the tortillas they sent along with it were spoiled and I received watered down beans. I will not be ordering from here again.

Stopped in here for just tacos. Had the steak and tried the chicken. Amazing! There is an open "salad" bar that has different veggies and hot sauces. I will be back sometime. Just very far away from here.

From the outside the place looks big and it seems like it had good food but when I entered, the kitchen was in plain sight which was a bit weird. We ordered 1 roasted chicken with rice, beans, fries and guacamole and they were quick in having it ready. When I got home and opened the food, the food was not what I was expecting. They only added a spoon of the guacamole they had. The chicken was okay a bit uncooked though. They only gave me literally about 10 fries. And the cup of beans contained more water than beans. Also they only added about 4 tortillas. I was expecting more from this place with the reviews they had.

Yum! A great spot for chicken! I work in the area and have eaten here twice in the last couple of months and will be back! Get the chicken. Its what they're known for and they do it right. The skin is nice and crispy and charred from the grill and the meat is super moist and very flavorful. Get the meal and it will come with FRESH! tortilla (so good!) and two sides. I really like the charro beans, they're also made fresh and have great spices. I also like the salsa and salad bar to enjoy while you wait for your food. There are about six different salsas to choose from and they're all very good on top of your chicken or tacos. Pollo Feliz also has a couple of lunch specials people seem to enjoy. Two people ordered a bowl and were raving about it while I was waiting in line. It looks and sounds good from the menu, so maybe I'll try that next? So to sum it up, great food, great prices, fine atmosphere. Give it a shot, I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Pollo Feliz has some delicious pollo asado. I ordered the whole chicken with rice, beans and tortillas. To my surprise they were hand made tortillas which is always a plus and the beans were so flavorful. This was my first time visiting and I will definitely come back.

I first had pollo feliz years ago when I was in Mexico so I was ecstatic when I moved to Chicago and I saw they opened one here as well. The chicken is good although if you're looking for traditional Mexican plates you're better off going to one of the surrounding restaurants. Why I chose to come today is because the food is good, prices are right and they have a play area for kids which is a God send. More places would get my business if they catered to convenience and the need to entertain my little one.

Went there last week it was so good, play place for kids, cheap but delicious food! They have really good chicken! I'm such a picky eater but everything was good, they have all the condiments near the drinks to refill yourself on chile, lettuce, utensils, and etc

Pretty good, I got the 6 chicken flautas with a side of guacamole and coffee for $6.78. You can also help yourself to the salad bar
