If you want authentic Peruvian food flavor, you found it. This is an amazing fast food place that is easy on your wallet, but not on you taste buds. The portions are good and it is 5 stars for all those reasons. They are open 7 days a week from 10:30am till 10pm. Everything we order was delicious and enough said. Enjoy it!

Went around 12:30 p.m. I got the Roast Beef sandwich thing with shoestring fries inside of it, With the side Salad and a Passion fruit nectar. My food took about 8 to 10 Minutes. Everything on my play was devoured in a matter of 5 minutes. The sandwich was wonderful the service was wonderful check the place out it's wonderful.

Finally had a chance to try the food here after driving by for 2 years. Food was ok I was expecting something alot different. Whole chicken, fried plantains and cilantro lime rice with shrimp ceviche. $30 for 2 people mistake. Ceviche was jumbo shrimp with lime juice poured over the shrimp for $12 should have been 1/2 the price. If this was Peruvian Food then I'll pass and just go back to pollo loco.

Heard about this Peruvian restaurant Pollo Inka Express. Came in hardly anyone here but restaurant clean. Ordered fish ceviche, came out quickly and was delious. Had to order another plate lol! Imma have to add this slot to my list!

Yes! The beat Peruvian in Vegas! It is odd because you walk up to a counter like fast food and the food is served on trays like fast food, but the food. I mean, it's amazing. Perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful. The service was top notch and I'll be back every week. Easier than cooking at home!

I Want More!! The Saltados stir fry was a bit unusual but so delicious. It has seasoned chicken, red onions, tomatoes, green onions,and.... fries..., yes fries...all with a hint of cilantro. There's a pale green sauce on the side that makes it even better. (More cilantro)

Good job. Express lives up to their name. Clean, smell delicious and well maintained. People at counter are always friendly, even though English is not their mother tongue. Glad they added ceviche to their menu. It's served with cancha and two types of potatoes. Even plenty of leche de tigre. I like the fish one better than the shrimp even though I'm pretty sure both are frozen. Will be back, thanks!!!

Very good Peruvian food here at very good prices. They have a drive thru so it's really convenient. The Pollo Saltado is one of the best I've had. It also comes with a small aguadito soup!
