This is one of my go-to spots when my schedule is full and running errands around town. Their chicken tostada is my favorite thing on the menu. The seasoning is amazing, and the portions are generous for the price. I also love their salsas. they add so much flavor to the meal. service is fast, and it’s perfect for takeout.

This place is amazing!!! The food is always fresh, the service is excellent and the price is so reasonable in this inflated economy we live in. So don’t hesitate to check them out I most definitely recommend!!!!

I guess this place is under new management cause this place is not the same, food was a good portion but service and wait time was out of there and I was the only one inline till about 10 15 mins later. I asked for extra green sauce and how many and she looked at me like dame really and was like I can only give u 2. I will not be going back I even had to wait for like 5 mins till some one came to the window.

This place is such a hidden gem! I had always had friends and family eat here, but I never tried it! I am so glad I finally did! The food is amazing!!!!!!!! I have become a regular there so much so to where these guys know my order Without me saying a word. It just goes to show that they genuinely care about their customers! Definitely a great place to stop and get food that is amazing with great prices!

I have been coming here for years since my first born. My kids love it easy and convenient if you are a busy mom ❤️ definitely recommended.

This restaurant has carry out only. The portions are HUGE. When you order a burrito, you get a HUGE burrito that is the size of 2 burritos and you also get a side of rice, a side of beans and all the side sauces. The food was piping hot and was very good. We could not finish our food.

Whenever we're craving some good simple tacos, we order from here. Their tortillas are clearly hand made and are delicious. Tonight we ordered the carne asada platter with their delicious rice and beans. For the first time, I noticed how much care they take to ensure that the food doesn't spill because all of the sauces and sides were wrapped in cling film.

It's not often I give a rating like this, especially when first time trying a place. I am amazed at the service considering all the high ratings I saw for this place. I assume it was people who did not order delivery. I would have given it 1 star if it were not for the quick response I received from their corporate office, and since the Favor delivery person is also to blame. I ordered a bunch of food for delivery on a quiet Thursday afternoon. My wife wanted to try this place, since our go to chicken delivery place had closed after 5 years of great food and service. I am listing in detail what we ordered for delivery, as I don't know how someone, either the order preparer or delivery person, or both, could not review the order and see how many things were MISSING! And yet, I was charged for the full order. We ordered the following and below is what we got: 1 x Whole Grilled Chicken (1 x $24.99) = $24.99 1 x Charro Beans Large received 1 x Corn Tortillas 10 pcs NOT received 1 x Flour Tortillas 10 pcs received 1 x Onion w/ Habanero Small received 1 x Cabbage w/ Jalapeños Small received 1 x Salsa Habanero Small NOT received 1 x Pico de Gallo Small NOT recieved We received the chicken, beans, and flour tortillas. No salsa, pico, or Corn tortillas. Plus they gave us rice. We did not order rice! When they say small for the Onion w/Habanero and Cabbage w/Jalapenos, they mean small. Not even a side. Chicken was ok. The grilled skin and flavor was good, but the meat dry, and the size, it looked like chicken on a diet of bread and water. 1 x Chicken Soup 1 x Chicken (1 x $10.49) = $10.49 1 x Corn Tortillas 5 pcs received 1 x Charro Beans Medium received 1 x Cabbage w/ Jalapeños Small NOT received My wife ordered the soup. She is a connoisseur of this type of soup, and the only thing she said made it bearable was the two large pieces of chicken in there. They could have at lease de-boned the chicken. After 10 seconds of music it automatically hung up. How classy. I called and texted the Favor driver and no response. I could not even call Favor as the order was through the restaurant, but they used Favor. I finally submitted a complainT online and someone called me and apologized continually. They wanted to reimburse me for just the items missing, but as you can see there was more than just that. I would expect a place like this to comp the entire order, but had to convince them to give me $40 credit, and even then I had to get the credit in their app. So, I guess I have to go back to this place. I will order next time dine in at the counter, and see if they can recover from this.

I have been to the Berkman location twice. Yesterday we purchased a family dinner. It was delicious! Included were pastor and asada (you can choose 1 or 2 meats) rice and beans both had good flavor chips were crunchy and perfectly seasoned salsas ( we liked the red but loved the green) Limes LOTS of corn tortillas ( wrapped in sets of 5) Onion- grilled and chopped Cilantro In a huge easy to transport box! Staff was so nice and helpful. Great news one of the nice ladies told me the Pflugerville location will open in two months! I almost forgot- the churros are ! Last time I also had barbacoa which was delicious!

Good food, good service can never go wrong with their chicke. They even have Apple Pay which is good when you don't have money in hand. Fast customer service too.

This company provides excellent service at an affordable price. The pina Agua Fresca was my favorite! The staff are professional, friendly, and loads of fun! You will not be disappointed.

Extremely disappointed!!! ordered way ahead of time ONLINE and had to wait so long outside in the cold! sayali was the cashier and they couldn't tell me the name of the manager!

Service is terrible, I made an online order and had to wait more than 30 minutes in the sun. They do not have any where covered to wait. The food is pretty good actually, I will not recommend this place to no one unless you want wait more then 40 minutes for a simple 1 entree order.

Stopped on my way to a Father's Day party and I was greeted and tended to immediately! Talk about customer service!!! The friendly and smiling staff were beyond welcoming, ordered my food and it was ready fast and piping hot! This was my first time eating here but I'm definitely coming back! Food was delicious and full of flavor and the chicken was so juicy and tender! Thank you Pollo Regio I'm definitely coming back !

Pollo Regio has become one of my favs to order Postmates from for 3 reasons: Their food is ALWAYS on point. I order the loaded potato, the torta and the half chicken -- all very delicious The portions are great and they have reasonable prices They never mess up my order!

Poor service the manager was rude to me I simply asked if they had a rice bowl and he told me this ain't el pollo Rico and to go to el pollo Rico ... AND I DID I WILL NOT COME HERE ANYMORE!!!!!

I prefer pollo regio over rico. The chicken just has a better char and to me a tad more juicier. 1/2 a chicken is great for two persons especially if your partner prefers one type of meat over the other. Also they cut up the chicken for you so it saves a step when you get your meal home. The 1/2 chicken come with a grill onion, 5 tortillas, red and green salsa, charro beans, and rice. The corn tortillas are the typical mass produced ones so I normally swap them for flour which to me is more suited for grilled meats. The green salsa is my favorite with a mild enough kick. I finish off my meal by mixing the rice and beans; the beans are flavorful with bits of pork hock and bean liqueur. They also have carne asada by the pound if you want something different. I normally get this delivered as well so they up charge a few dollars for that. There are more local places that do chicken cheaper and some are just outrageous; this is a good place in the middle. As the cheaper places will run out of chicken.

Friendly service and excellent food in a clean establishment. Highly recommend in New Braunfels!

I admit I was never a roasted chicken fan. My idea for buying a rotisserie chicken is so that I can make soup. So the best roasted chicken I ever had was at Wolfgang Pucks. WAS being the key. Until now! Hands down, one of the best chicken dishes ever. Maybe the very best. MONSTER portion. I think you could feed a family 3-4 quite easily. Granted, the half onion was a first, but I just through chunks of the onion in with the chicken on a solid tortilla shell. I didn't count, but there might have been 8 shells? The menudo. Salty fatty deliciousness. If they had these on the east coast, I'd be a regular for sure. Here's the only warning for the food prudes. This location is somewhat sketchy. Not unsafe or dangerous. I mean the building that houses this place is a dive. Doesn't bother me, but might scare off the OCD germaphobes. Run run run. Just amazing.

Spontaneously decided to try a new takeout place for dinner and hubby picked this one. Busy shop but very fast service. We came by about two hours before closing. Ordered the whole chicken entree, they didn't have anymore rice, disappointed :( Chicken was alright, the flavors were mostly on the skin and the meat was honestly pretty dry. But the salsa verde was EVERYTHING. I loved it! Maybe we got unlucky with the chicken this time, will probably give it another try some time in the future.

The food here is good, but absolutely overpriced for what it is. A whole chicken for $26? Tacos al pastor for $15?? I would recommend going to Pollo Rico instead next door and getting comparable food for half the price. I like pollo al carbon as much as the next guy, but the exorbitant prices make this place a hard pass.

I have noticed they have started putting less and less chicken and fajita meat in our tacos. I am done with this business.

The area is sketchy! It's not a place where You can sit to have a bite. The chicken was small and in my opinion it wasn't anything special. The rice was dry and the beans were flavorless. I don't think it's worth the drive.

We left the Nelson field by 9:30 to go grab some dinner... pulled up 2 minutes after .. I ask for two chickens and the lady backed away from the window and look at the clock "9:35" and dead ass look me on the face and said we don't have any more chickens... if she knew they didn't had anymore she should of have said it when I order it..

Oh my gosh this place is so delicious I tasted the chicken the beans are out of this world the rice is good everything is delicious very homemade and tasty I love it I love it.

Reviews are far and few between, but I do drive by everyday to and from work, and the place is always packed, and the smells rolling out the top of the building are amazing...A friend at work said I have to try it...we are really into sit down style places, not walk up windows...but I will say, service was great and very fast. We wanted to try both the Carne and the Chicken...so needless to say it fed us for 2 days. Both were really good...Chicken had great seasoning, portion was a little small, these are small birds..but the flavor really makes up for it, and with the beans, rice and tortillas its more then filling...The Carne was good, and a bit tuff, but the pieces were small enough it was decent...and yes I would get it again...The rice, for a walk up window, was really good. The Charros seriously were some of the best I have every had. And that Green Sauce...OMG...Best I have ever tried!!...I saved to use on Breakfast Tacos the next day...Amazing!!..Our next try will be Pollo Rico, as its right by the house...Both are convent to stop at, so we will see..

Finally made it here for lunch and I'll be a regular for sure. This here is finger licking good chicken being pushed out of a window attached to a gas station. I got the half chicken meal. I killed the rice and beans before anything though! They put so much love in them. The beans have ground meat, chiccharone, and bacon. It's loaded with flavor! The rice was perfectly seasoned, they should show these other Mexican places how to do it! Ok back to the chicken. It's a well seasoned Mexican rotisserie style chicken. So juicy! It falls off the bones with ease. It came with all the fixings you need to really chow down too! Tortillas, limes, grilled onion, etc. I can not wait to get back!

I have tried chicken recipes in some of the finest restaurants in NYC, SF. I have tried chicken recipes in most fast food restaurants and regional restaurants across the nation. I ordered the full Mesquite Chicken. This hands down is the best chicken I have ever had. Best food to have while watching Breaking Bad!

Tasty chicken! Have visited this walk-up window for years and never been disappointed. Get the whole chicken meal. Great sides. Carne asada plate is also delicious. It's enough food for 2 meals. Comes with a nice pico de gallo. Too good!

Thoroughly enjoyed my food. The flavor of the half chicken was great along with the rice and beans. The flautas were great with the salsas... Even with the line the turn around time from order to receiving our food was great. Will definitely be back and soon!

It seems like Austin has a bunch of these, everywhere. Even though this one is not even close to my house, I always choose this one, why? one word Carne Asada, well it's two words but you get what I'm saying, they really do give a good portion for the money, that with some of that grilled onion and that heavenly green sauce that's been made by archangel Michael himself, its delicious. Yeah its next to a gas station and it's literally a hole in the wall, so you have to take it to go, but overall it's a good place.

Believe the hype! I've had my eye on this place since we moved to the neighborhood about six months ago. I didn't get to the store for groceries today so I decided to pick up a quick dinner here. Now I wish I'd gone much sooner! I ordered the #1 chicken dinner which was a good amount for two of us. A whole cut up chicken (well roasted and flavorful), a roasted onion (tasty!), a generous stack of corn tortillas, a side of rice, a side of beans cooked with diced bacon and vegetables, two types of salsa and a few lime wedges. It was all good; I'd be tempted to get an extra side of the beans next time. Service was quick, too. It's literally a window on the side of a convenience store building; I placed my order, the guy walked away for about 90 seconds, and returned with my dinner packed and ready to go. So I'll consider this both good and bad: A great dinner, but now I'll be tempted knowing I have an easy fallback just around the corner when I'm feeling too lazy to shop or cook.

Food was great but I didn't know it was a walk up window ONLY. salsa was really good too. More meat than one person should eat, but I did! I'll go back even though no where to sit.

This is one of my favorite stands. I love dropping by to grab a couple a rotisserie chickens with all the fixings to accompany the meal. Take the meal to a picnic table at the park and enjoy it all. It's not your typical fast fried food. It's fast and authentic. The green sauce is what I love to top off on my food. It's finger licking good!
