Last night I spent 18 minutes going through the drive thru at this location. To the best of my recollection, this is the longest it has ever taken to go through a drive thru in 40 years of fast food.
When I got to the window, my order was not ready and I was asked to pull up and wait another 5 minutes for the order to be brought out to me. When I complained about the time it took to go through the drive thru, the employee suggested I complain to the home office. When I got home, the 2 chicken quesadilla wraps I had paid for were not in the take out bag nor were the 3 cilantro sauces I had asked for. My wife went back and got the chicken quesadilla wraps that were not included but there was no refund or any effort made to make up for this mistake which wasted about 25 minutes of our lives to go back and come home again. Pretty sad! They don’t understand the concept of customer service!
I love their food and plantains but enough is enough!
