Literally my favorite place. It just opened and when I tell you it scratches my brain in the most perfect way a cute restaurant/cafe should.. it does. So cute, so atmospheric, food is literally THE BEST and drinks are very well crafted! I wanna gatekeeper my roast beef sandwich but it is the best and I can’t wait to try all their food xxx good job

I've been coming here for years. I love their back patio. It's a great spot to get work done. I just learned about cold brew Fridays. They have a featured flavor each week. Today was tiramisu. It came with a DELICIOUS tiny tiramisu that was free. Coffee and a treat for $7? Yes please! They also take blackbird pay. Their pastries are really good. I know I'll be here many more times over the summer :)

I needed a space to work while waiting to pick up my children and I’m so grateful that i found this quaint cafe! I had a salad which was delicious and was able to work peacefully with soft jazz music in the background. I’ll certainly be back!

Large vintage coffee shop. Everyone on laptops kind of place. Coffee was decent nothing special can place is more for the ambiance. Customer service seemed ok.

the coffee is good, but they are on the slow side and they REALLY need a better system to track orders. they shout out orders instead of taking names, which is not ideal when it's busy and everyone's ordering the same oat latte. i understand being busy, but the last two times i've visited i waited at least 25-30 minutes which isn't really an acceptable wait for a single coffee or a quick breakfast.

I’ve always loved this cafe, the coffee, the food and the atmosphere. It used to be one of my favorite spots. But recently, one staff member made my visits very uncomfortable. There’s a barista (an Asian girl) who always treats me as if I’m unwelcomed. She always look unhappy and never makes eye contact with me, and speaks in a way that feels irritated when I have normal requests.. It’s not even just once or twice but every time I come in. At first I tried to ignore it and not take it personally. But over time it’s become really upsetting, and intentional because it has happened too many times. Well I’m just a regular customer, always polite, and I can’t understand why I’m being treated this way lol. Even the drinks she makes for me are consistently more watery than when others prepare them. I don’t feel comfortable coming here anymore, it’s sad.

What a great little cafe : I had a BLT on a ciabatta roll that was crispy salty w great tomatoes and mayo , nice ambiance , great coffee. I’d like to eat out in the backyard when the weather gets nice , as I love the neighborhood

Slightly disappointed by this place. In part because they had the front and the backdoor open and the cafe is narrow, which makes it feel like you’re sitting in a windtunnel. This makes the place feel kind of transient like an airport lounge, just too cold and windy to sit down and relax into brunch. Even with the door closed, the vibe felt a bit off. The coffee and matcha were okay but not great, milk was not frothed super well and matcha served in a take away cup for some reason — Polly’s has the potential but did not deliver, at least not this Saturday

The barista was super nice and the atmosphere was great for writing a final paper for my class!

Kinda cute with lots of spacing some outdoor tables which is delightful. There could be more lighting inside. There are outlets but u have to bring own charger. Prices r normal if not a big high for the area Would still come back though!

The vibes were lovely, the staff were friendly and supportive, and the breakfast surprisingly satisfying. I'll say that the Espresso wasn't amazing, in my book, but that wouldn't stop me from coming back!

Pro-tips: There's like only one or two workers so be ready to wait for your order. The sandwiches are definitely on the small side. Highlights: Everything we got was delicious. I loved both of the sandwiches and thought the ingredients and the flavors were great. I love that. Their lunch menu is all day. The worker was very nice as well. Lowlights: I was pretty shocked to see the size of the sandwich, it's really small almost like a kids size sandwich. They ran out of so many things when we went like no eggs or certain types of bread so that was a little disappointing.

I was in the area and saw that this place has great reviews and I absolutely see why! I had the prosciutto and burrata sandwich and a flat white. Amazing sandwich, it comes with a small side salad and balsamic dressing. Super fresh burrata and the sandwich was nice and crispy. The flat white was delicious! The cafe seems small but they have an outdoor space with plenty of seating and some tables inside. There were a lot of people working out of here so It seems like it's always busy but the service was very quick. Highly recommend checking them out!

So glad this lovely cafe exists! Can't say I've had a bad thing from this place. I love the giant croissants (goat cheese and herb is EVERYTHING), but definitely get it warmed up, especially if you order the plain and it's nearing the end of the day. The sandwiches are a good portion and come with a side of leafy greens. Vibes are nice for meeting friend for coffee or getting some work done solo. I haven't been to an event they've hosted, but it's on my list!

The sandwich was good and the service folks were kind but this comes with a caveat. This is a cafe with just one of everything so when they get even marginally busy, food with take quite a long time. I waited 30 mins for a breakfast sandwich. I'll stick with four stars instead of 3 because I'm not trying to torpedo a small Business but consider this as a caution to pack your patience if you order food and there's more than 3 people ahead of you. I was quite hungry when I walked in there and didn't order a drink so I would also advise ordering coffee or tea so you don't notice how long it took for your food.

This is such a cute cafe! My running group went to the location at President and Rogers (241 Rogers Ave) and they were so accommodating of such a large group (someone let them know beforehand). So many of us bought coffees and beverages but they also provided banana bread to all of us for free - so generous and kind of the staff to do for us. We loved coming here and would be happy to return!

The barista was so kind! I tried the rosemary latte and was not a fan so they gave me some coffee instead the outdoors space is beautiful!!!!

Love Polly's! Delicious food, beautiful backyard, amazing owner. A great place to stop for breakfast or lunch. The ice teas are refreshing.

The service and ambiance was absolutely outstanding. I loved the quaint and earthy vibe that I experienced while eating a fresh sandwich with a lovely dark roast.

I've been to Polly's a few times now to sit for a few hours and get some work done. The coffee was good, and although I didn't order any food, there's a solid selection of sandwiches and quiches, all for under $10. There are a ton of pastry options as well. The tables at the front of the store are a little close together, but there's more seating in the back as well as counter seating along one wall, so the closeness shouldn't be an issue most of the time. There are plenty of outlets, but they seemed to be concentrated in just a few places. Internet has been reliable every time I've been here. Happy to have such a pleasant place nearby!

What a charming, welcome addition to the neighborhood! Polly's has an amazing backyard patio with plenty of picnic table and individual table seating, as well as an interior as cute as a button. There's outlets for laptops, and the warm natural lighting makes it a cozy place to read, chat with a friend, or just sip their fantastic Dona turmeric chai while toe-tappin' to the 50s tunes coming over the soundsystem. - Variety of milks available (including oat, almond, and dairy) - Yummy sandwich + salad combos at a fair price point -- try the BLT! - And, for folks who are new to the neighborhood, Polly's is super close to lots of gems--ideally located to grab drinks for a stroll around Prospect Park, sit for lunch after a visit to the Brooklyn Museum, or soak in the backyard sun with some reads from the Public Library. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I'm looking forward to visiting regularly!

Cute little cafe selling fresh coffee and sandwiches. Its rare for me to say as someone who is a coffee enthusiast, but the sandwiches/pastries here may even out shine the delicious coffee. Good space to get some work done and has pleasant outdoor seating

Love this place! Delicious coffee and the ambiance in the cafe is so cozy and cute and lovely. It's not packed all the time like the other cafes around here which makes it such a nice little place to hang out and not feel claustrophobic lol. Baristas are always super nice too.

It took me two days to eat this nutella donut and the coffee was great. They also seemed to have a lot of teas and hot tea lattes that i'd love to try in...hmmm...october?! oh, fall. please come back to us. meanwhile, the summer drink of my choice-- iced oat milk latte-- was great. The service (possibly the owner) was nice and it's cute in there. There were no seats at 10am on a Thursday so i sat in the garden. That would be my only con-- it's a good place to bring your laptop so get there early? how another cute coffee shop could exist/survive in this 5 block radius is beyond me but after going there i want to go back!! so also, i get it. plus there's more yummy things to try.

Cute place. Nice back yard. Layout was good. There were two people working when I arrived. One was pleasant and responsive. One was, well, must have had a bad day. I don't pay inflated food or tea prices for a negative attitude. Unfortunately, this was the one I interacted with. When our drinks were ready, she made it to the back door to yell our drinks were ready. 10 more steps and she could have deliver our drinks. Sandwich was decent, although bakery goods seemed dry. If ms negative is there next time I go by, I'll keep on walking. If she's not, I may stop in.

I have been to Pollys by chance. I needed to grab some lunch just in between two meetings. And that was the absolute right decision to get into this cute spot. I had a foccachia with orange and goat cheese. Millie worked that day and toasted it for me. She is very sympathetic and made the food come as quick as possible. The place is tiny, it has two spots right at the window and more outside. Apart from food they have bowls and thing like that.

The food and service are always great ! Lovely neighborhood spot. Unfortunately not the best place if you need to work as their wifi seems to never be working. The first two times I sat out front and out back and figured that might be it, but this time I realized it doesn't work that well inside either. If I could work from here I'd be in here much more often.

I'm obsessed with this place. Not only is it ADORABLE inside with a cute patio outside, but the BLT sandwich is one of the best I've ever had. Not to mention the coffee they give you is massive! Terry the owner is lovely and so are all of her employees, like Tyler. I come here for hours and get work done and enjoy the beautiful ambiance and delicious treats. I love living so close to Polly's!

This is a very nice cozy place. And the owner is very nice. Other than that I did not like that she just put the jam laid in the box with two had pieces of hard butter. That I didn't like. I wish she put them in little small containers or something instead of this.

Love the vibes here! Everyone is so friendly and the owner knows all of the regulars names. Great coffee too and lots of space outside in the back. Will miss this place!

Had a very enjoyable brunch there with friends and enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere very much. Walked out and the back in to get cupcakes to take home. They were absolutely delicious and now ordering some for my daughter's shower. And they're vegan!!!

This is our favorite spot in the neighborhood for coffee and as a couple, half from Australia, we are snooty about our cuppa. Terry the owner is warm and friendly and the other baristas also know how to serve a good coffee. The pastries are some of the best selection in the hood, and when the weather gets nice we love the backyard. It's chill enough to take our busy toddler even.

The perfect neighborhood spot! They have great seating & a beautiful back patio. I love stopping here to grab a latte or sandwich -- the BLT is chefs kiss. My roommates and I are now regulars and we can't recommend it enough!

Polly's is great! I've been a few times now and the coffee is consistently top-notch. The pastries and sandwiches are also delicious and the apple danish has become a staple for me. The space is also great--they might have the best backyard in Brooklyn. It's a cute, neighborhood spot with really good vibes. I'm biased because I live nearby, but I make a point of taking friends who are visiting from out-of-town to Polly's--it's quintessential Brooklyn.

What a great spot! Super nice staff, fast internet, good coffee. Great ambiance. I can't recommend it enough. I went here with my partner and had a nice cup of coffee in the back yard. Has both indoor and outdoor space. My partner had the carrot cake and said it was really good as well. Highly recommend!

The BLT was delicious! There's plenty of seating space on the back patio, and it's very peaceful. The people working there were very friendly. We will be back!
