Very dubious store. I ordered various items and only received one of 2 packages. I have written and called many emails. No one ever answered the phone, I was stuck in the queue forever ... No response to many emails. I would never order anything there.

Had an amazing experience with the company. I love their pottery, they are truly unique pieces. But I also cannot express enough how happy I am with the customer support, and specifically help I received from Chanell Baldew. Even though the company was not obliged to help with my case as it was my fault, they were kind enough to address my issue. Super happy and will definitely buy more from them.

We had a nice and lovely shopping experience at poslpotten and the customer-care ( Chanell ) took very much care after one item arrived broken. THANK YOU

DON’T BUY HERE ! I bought a sandglass and it came broken. They told me I get the money refunded within 2 days. Now it’s 4 weeks later and I still didn’t get the money back !!!!

One of the most eclectic ceramic art brands out there. Unfortunately, they have unreasonably raised their prices.

Here they sell only the most amazingly cool items for home decoration. Really huge pieces and also small things that make nice presents. But darn: it's so expensive!
