Not for nothing, but the food is really good here they cook it just the way you ask them the server Erica is really attentive and really nice and was on point with my order the manager Steve stopped by to make sure everything was good and he made sure it was. I appreciate you guys can’t wait to come back. I love this place!!

Nice store when you are stress and do not want t I stay home. Windows shopping touch and feel everything and then go back home to bed.

We stopped by Pompano City Center, which is an outdoor shopping center with some big-name department stores as well as a few big-box and many specialty stores. There are also quite a few chain restaurants. We stopped to shop at several of the stores. It gad a nice vibe to it, not too big but big enough. There is lots of free parking close to the stores. There are no expensive stores, more like affordable quality stores. Some of the big-name stores are Macy's, JC Penny's, Burlington, TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Bath & Body Works, Lowe's, and Big Lots. Some of the chain restaurants are Chili's, Wendy's, Saito's Japanese Steakhouse, IHOP, Cold Stone Creamery, Five Guys, Wingstop, and many more. It was a nice drive from Miami Beach to Pompano Beach to do a little shopping and sightseeing. We plan to return again soon.

We went to the Lowes, And we realize they have free air for your tires. So got some air for the tires before we went on the road. Great air pressure, But no gauge.

Lowes has the best service and prices. They have the best selection. The stores are beautiful. So much better than Home Depot.

For an outdoor mall, this one is pretty nice. Some of the buildings have 2 and 3 floors so don’t miss the cool stuff up top! I’m surprised by the number of empty storefronts but this mall does have plenty of “Anchors” (Macy’s, Sears, JC Penny’s, and oddly enough—Lowe’s.) as well as several other well-known places, (Bath and Body Works, GNC, Chuck E. Cheese’s, and Big Lots) plus a nice selection of food choices. Go up to the 3rd floor of building G, there’s a nice view from the outdoor walkway!

The disrespect for our flag is beyond belief. The management needs to be aware and take action. If you can’t fly the flags with respect, take down the flag pole!

This place has real potential, main setup looks great, but most of the shops are just okay. Would love to see more dining options, especially something like a healthy fast-casual spot. And honestly, it could use more greenery, some areas feel a bit too gray and concrete-heavy for that Florida vibe.

I met Sabrina at TJ Maxx while looking at hair products. She told me she is an experienced hairdresser previously worked in NYC and even owned her own salon in So. Florida. I went to six appointments at the JC Penney Salon in Citi Centre. Slowly, but surely, she destroyed my long, very thick beautiful locks. I now have chemical burns throughout my scalp. My hair may never grow back in these areas. On the last appointment, all of that hair was probably in the shampoo bowl. She ran from the shampoo bowl and told me to go to her styling chair. She wouldn't let me look in the shampoo bowl. To this day, I regret the decision that I made not to stand up for myself and check things out! She mixed hair color and shampoo together - without rinsing the color out. She did this on a number of occasions. I kept wondering why my hair was suddenly thinning and drying out. I went to my doctor who gave me some injections to promote hair growth. A few weeks after my last appointment with her, I touched the top of my head. To my horror, I found out that I am now mostly bald on the top of my head! There are 'ribbons' of damage all throughout my hair. I am distraught! I called her and let her know and she rudely suggested that I go to another hair stylist. I sent pictures to her and her manager. The manager said she would products to me for my hair. I never received them. When I called her, she said that her supervisor told her not to send the products. She said I can come in for a treatment. I can't believe how unprofessional this salon is. I asked for dark brown hair and chunky highlights. She kept lightening my hair. I told her I didn't want red hair. Although I did like the highlights for a short time, it is not what I wanted. I don't know why I trusted her. She kept telling me that we were going for "perfection". I want to know if there are others that have had this bad experience with this hairdresser. I met one of her clients and she has very little hair and all of it is in tiny pin curls on top of her head. I bet she did this same processing to this client as well. She is lazy. I told her to put the color on both sides when applying it. She did this, but then added the shampoo to the color and sometimes to the color and the bleach at the shampoo bowl. Slowly, but surely, she was damaging my hair. It may not ever grow back! She said that my hair was hers while at the salon and then she will give me 'my hair back.'. Well, I may have less than half of my hair left after going to her for six times. I thought after spending all of that money and all of that time, I would look amazing! The little hair I have left is very thin and fragile with split ends everywhere! I can't swim in the ocean or a pool as water in general is very drying, especially salt and chlorinated water. It's summertime! I cannot believe this! I told her I wanted long hair. Also, on the last appointment, she cut my hair. It was just cut a couple of weeks ago by her! She cut it because she saw all of the damage that she did. She saw all of my hair in the shampoo bowl. I can prove it! Just look at my scalp in the pictures and all the red/pink splotches everywhere! The color of my hair is awful! It's different colors everywhere. When I looked it up online, I found out that 'soap capping' the hair is very dangerous. Adding soap to color and/or bleach is very drying and damaging. She did this 3, maybe 4 times to me! I should have known better. I will never get chemical processing on my hair again, NEVER! I cannot anyway! I can't use a brush, a blow dryer, hot rollers, nothing. I cannot use anything on my hair now because of the condition it is in. I wrote a long letter to JC Penney and added pictures of what my hair looks like after Sabrina destroyed my hair and hair follilles throughout my head. She asked me why I took so long to let her know. I told her that most of the damage is on the top and back of my head and only after the color kept fading and the tiny hairs were growing out, that's when I noticed. I was also traveling to other states visiting people who are not well in my family. So I was focused on driving from Virginia to and through multiple states and taking care of other things. I wasn't focused on my hair. It looks awful and I have to do what I can to save it. I hope that I can.

This mall has gone through a lot of changes over the years. It's had a lot of ups and downs. Times when in the past, we wouldn't even consider coming here to now -- an open-air profile that has been updated and refreshed where you can go to the stores and restaurants right into their main doors. We are here a lot for the Lowe's store as well as occasionally the Macy's. And also for Big Lots on the north side. The restaurants have come and gone, but there are a few we like and patronize -- the fish and shrimp one and the middle eastern one to cite a couple. And the Burlington and TJ Maxx stores that were recently added are also a draw. It is our town mall, so we are happy it's now on the up side. They even have a number of outbuildings with businesses and restaurants and signs saying more are coming soon. Here's to supporting local businesses!

The only bathroom for the mall was locked. Someone had pooped in front of the door outside it. I am so disgusted. I to tj Maxx after that and their bathroom was so dirty and smelled so bad ,I had to leave and cover my nose. I thought public places should have clean bathrooms .

This review is solely based on the mall security team and how well they are handling the crowds throughout the vaccination process. Broward County has set up the parking lot to be a drive thru vaccination site. County and city officials along with volunteers are working along with the mall security department to keep this site secure and organized. I received both of my vaccinations here and I was pleasantly surprised at just how smooth the process was. Everyone worked together to get us in and out as quickly as possible. Security did an excellent job getting us in the correct lanes and making the lot easy to navigate. After the fifteen minute waiting period, they were there to guide us out in a safe manner. This location is conveniently located in the old Macy's parking lot. Located on the SW corner of Federal Highway and Copans Road.

We went here to go to the DMV. It is a medium size mall. Lots of parking areas. The DMV is on the 2nd floor above JCPenny. After getting out and looking around for the DMV, we decided it was better to get back in the car and drive to the rear of the mall to be closer to the DMV. There are 2 ways to get there. Climb a long flight of stairs or take the elevator. The DMV is just ahead of you on the right. Expect long lines and cranky people, both patrons and employees. It was quite an unpleasant experience. I would never ever go back there.

I didn't take any pictures this time. However it was better than expected. It's kind of hard to find the right entrances to some of the stores due to the construction. Other than that I visited Hallmark (amazing selection and service), JC Penny, Ross and Big Lots. I made purchases everywhere I went just killing time and looking for deals. JCP was the real surprise (don't usually go there). I got three really cute pieces of clothing - beach wear. It's hard to find a sales associate in some places but the deals are there for those who persist.

It is nice to come to a mall, not mall from time to time. I came around the holidays to escape from the mall madness. It was actually pretty quiet here, perhaps too quiet. I came in a weekday at around 10:00 am. My first stop was Ross, the Big Lots, JC Penny, Macy's, GameStop amd for lunch Some Panera. I love the fact they have department stores as well as smaller shops as well. The main pedestrian area was dead, which I guess I liked. There was a carrousel, but it was not operating. In fact, on that side there are several empty shops. It is a good place to shop if you want to avoid mall crowds. Although, I am not sure how busy it is on weekends, on weekdays is nearly empty.

The Citi Centre has a lot of random stores. We came here with a purpose of checking our the Verydrone store. On our visit which was on a Saturday, we could see a small farmers market going on if you could call it that. Different vendors had tables set up selling items such as fruits/veggies, cupcakes, cotton candy, lemonade, pickles, organic things, and face painting with balloon art. We loved the Verydrone store, the kids checked out Game Stop, and I hit up Bath and Body Works. We saw a Chucky Cheese when we were upstairs, but we didn't go in. We also noticed when we were going to the drone store that a Saito's is being built on the second story which is good to know! We love Saito's! I didn't notice any other stores we would go there for, but the ones we did were good. The parking is a bit chaotic and limited. We had trouble finding a spot. If you have kids, hold their hands for sure.

Never have I ever realized this place even existed until yesterday. Shame on me for not seeing it for as many times as I've driven by, but maybe that means I'm a good driver and pay attention to the road? Probably not... Pompano Citi Centre is a somewhat charming outdoor mall which to me, the biggest attraction is the carousel which is somwhat in the center of the entire outdoor shopping area. Surrounding it is a two story complex, but while there are a bunch of different shopping choices, none of them really set your world on fire. They've got your standards like JC Penney, Sears, a little further down is a PetSmart, Big Lots and Macy's. In the plaza itself there is a Gamestop, Bath & Body Works, a Hallmark, 9Round (Second floor) and a few other places. It didn't take me long to kind of hit up everything I wanted to see which is good for my wallet, but on a random day it's an okay place to shop to kill a little bit of time. If you wanna be outside while you shop and don't need anything specific then I think you'd be more than happy here especially if you're a department store shopper since those are your best bets here. Another plus is that it's not busy- maybe no one else knows about this place either. Maybe I shouldn't write a review about it and keep it to myself? I liked it. Didn't love it, but definitely see myself coming back when I'm in the area.

I visited TMobile in Pompano Citi Center on June 1 @ 10:05A. I was confused, as Yelp reports this location closed, but I was assisted with my cell phone needs! Jose offered to help & it seemed other associates saw I was "service" & were reluctant. Jose switched my TMobile cell phone to a prepaid plan. As a direct result, I will be saving about $15 a month. Jose was efficient, friendly, & swift in his aid! I work in the service industry & appreciate fine assistance. Got there right as they opened, go to the back of the mall entrance and go upstairs, it's by appointment only but they still let me in thank God! Great quick service and very friendly staff

The relatively new Pompano Citi Centre is certainly a good replacement its predecessor, the decrepit Pompano Beach Mall with its largest draw being the Senior Citizen's Silver Sneakers, which could be seen using for their indoor walking exercise program. It's a completely different design, being a concentration of individual business joined together by a series of outdoor corridors and walkways. However, it's clearly a financial struggler with its only big name anchors being an older left over Macy's (formerly Burdines) joined together with a newer Sears, Big Lots, J. C. Penny and Lowe's. Since its opening nearly all of the second floor businesses are closed up, vacant along with a good number of its ground floor establishments. It's nice enough, handy for certain things, but as a shopping experiences lacking in good vibe, pizzazz or anything one could consider unique, different, out of the ordinary or interesting. As a Yelper with my primary interests being in food and restaurants, it does have a couple of more local like operations being Amato's Italian and bordering J. Mark's. Other than those, the majority of others are either chain, chainy like operations or rather unworthy of any special note.

Why don't you get some higher end stores here??? Why do you raise rents on the businesses that you did have? Get a Victorias Secret....when is the Saitos opening? All the stores here are horrible...

While this isn't a bad looking place as you go by, I just found it to be lackluster and a bit odd. The anchor stores, Penny's, Macy's and Sears are not as good as they are in other malls. They are smaller, and just have a lower middle class feel to them. I even noticed an odd smell when we were in a couple of them that was reminiscent of a warehouse. These department stores, especially Macy's usually smell like a blend of new clothing and ladies fragrances. It also seemed strange to have one end flanked by Lowe's and a Big Lots somewhere in the middle. Overall, it was just a strange place. While it is easier to get in and out of than some malls (two days before Christmas there was loads of parking), I probably wouldn't shop there again, except in an act of desperation.

I grew up in Pompano Beach. This was my go to mall growing up. They had all the cool stores, casual corner, 579, burdens, Pet circus to name a few( I even worked at Pet circus). Before food court ever existed they had restaurants and the restaurant here was called the purple pickle it was the coolest place I've ever seen with stained glass and all wood. Let's rewind two before pompano Fashion Square was pompano Fashion Square it was originally a bean field thus the moniker of Pompano Beach High School the bean pickers. I had no idea about that I was on the phone with my attorney and she told me the story because her grandmothers maid used to pick beans here. And now fast forward the mall has become an outdoor mall they do still have some of the original interior but you really have to look hard to find that. The stores have all changed they even have a big Lots which is crazy it became some kind of big huge outdoor Mall as opposed to the cozy comfortable original mall with the fountains in the middle of the walkways and the stone benches I used to sit on. I came here today because I am going to the Hallmark store because I have a birthday party to attend tonight. I could only give it 3 stars only because I remember the way used to be and how great it was now it just seems so cold. Sure they have a lot of stores but not like the old stores. Will I continue to come here sure I will I pay my verizon bill they also have a store for that here and I like chilis and I like Panera Bread and of course the Hallmark store as well as my most favorite cupcake shop batter and co. who did my birthday cake this year for me. I'm not big on change but I go with the flow.

After the destruction of the old Pompano Beach Mall the reconstruction into a new outdoor mall complex has not benefited the mall at all. The idea is creative, but the application is not. Its a nice place to go for a quick bite to eat with friends when you're bored with Rotelli's for dinner and Coldstone's for a ice cream after then hit a show or two. But no more no less, just a quick in and out hangout. It would not be like your usual mall where you would spend an hour or two shopping at, more like an hour or less. Nonetheless a quick place to go if you and your friends are lacking things to do and the beach is getting boring.

It will be interesting to see how time treats this place. It has a good outdoor vibe and is nice to walk around. Most of the anchor stores will be gone in the coming years due to E-commerce. It seems there are plenty of vacancies at Citi Centre, particularly on the second floor. It seems like a safe place to walk around though, but I would not care to walk around it alone at night. The desolation caused by the lack of businesses on the second floor certainly affects the vibe. Maybe in the future this could be a place like Kentlands, MD, with places to live along with places to shop all within walking distance.
