It’s better in person than via delivery. They do seem to have issues when ordering online where 50% of the time something is wrong and 50% of the time it’s the best thing you’ve ever eaten. Overall, it’s a strong choice if you are looking for puertorrican food.

I order from this place on uber eats ,got the pastel dinner with white rice . The pastel was small ,the white rice was the main course ,to be honest,got alot of white rice and small portion of beans ,small portion of pastel not worth getting unless u love a lot of white rice,then it's fine.Disappointing but the flavors are good.

Horrible, have ordered a few times, on two occasions wrong food and they replaced what I ordered with some empanadas that were greasy as you can imagine. They lost a good customer

Togo only, ordered through Doordash, and was a quick experience. Must use the check-in tablet and wait for notification text to pickup from either the lockers or desk. Delicious Puerto Rican food, reminds me of being on the island. Pasteles and Alcapurria was decent size for the cost (comes with 1, but had 1.5 meat) and delicious!! Ordered the Pollo Guisado with Arroz Blanco and Habichuelas, which the portion also did not disappoint. I’m sure other items on the menu will be delicious, so can’t wait to visit Chicago again and try the other items on the menu!

Doordashed twice from Ponce this week because it was so good!!! We even got the bottled house hot sauces and they were delicious. Got everything from the Pollo Frito to Chuleta Can Can 😊 Excited to eat at the restaurant sometime instead of just delivery!

Orderd sopa se salchichon today at 6pm and tasted more water than the actual flavor. Very disappointed

Overall giving this place a 4/5! It's hard to find good Puerto Rican food so was really happy to see one and the menu looked good!! The pork was really flavorful and the rice was wonderful too. Really large portions which I can't be mad about lol. Loveeeee the tostones, some of the best I ever had and the creama dip was the icing on the cake. I had to take off 1 star because unfortunately my Habichuelas were missing....like there was rarely any beans in the bowl :( which makes me sad because I loveeeee them so much. Note - i ordered from Uber eats and did not visit the restaurant in person.

Our friends ordered for delivery last night and OMG! IT WAS SO SO GOOD! I typically have my doubts about ghost kitchens. But this one didn't disappoint. My fave was the steak jibarito. The steak was perfect! We also ordered a pollo guisado. I loved the rice (arroz con gandules) that came with it. And of course we ordered tostones and maduros too. There were a couple other things that were ordered but I can't recall at the moment. We will be ordering again. And again.

Food was awesome. My people know exactly what to do enhancing flavor with the right amount of spices

This is a family favorite of one of my Puerto Rican friends and I see why! Fresh, hot, flavorful food with warm and hospitable customer service. Will definitely be back!

Jibarito and lechón asado is legit tasty. Large portions for the price. Take out only so plan ahead!
