Pondok Santi Estate Luxury Beachside Resort

The grounds, rooms, and service are excellent; understated and elegant luxury. While near the fun of the busier part of Gili T easy walking distance) you can also get the feeling of being quiet and somewhat secluded. We had a great time as a family of 4, and the hotel is also perfect for couples and groups of friends. Staff are extremely professional and friendly - a key asset of the hotel! Food in the maim restaurant was also noteworthy, worth visiting even if not staying at the hotel. Thanks for everything

Pondok Santi is the kind of place that takes your breath away the moment you arrive. The staff are beyond amazing, warm, attentive and genuinely caring, they make you feel instantly at home. It never feels forced; you can tell they truly enjoy looking after their guests. The estate itself is stunning, with peaceful gardens, swaying palm trees and the most beautiful stretch of beach. Our villa was spacious and private, exactly as we hoped for, but even better in real life. What really stood out was the personal touch, everyone seemed to know us by name. The food was so good that we ended up having breakfast, lunch and dinner here every single day. Fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented, we loved every meal. It felt more like staying with friends who really care than at a resort. Pondok Santi is not just a place to stay, it’s a place to remember and return to.

The resort is simply wonderful — from the natural beauty to the comfort of the villas. The grounds are spacious, with lush and well-maintained gardens that create a unique sense of tranquility. The villas are fantastic, spacious, and provide all the peace and quiet one could wish for during a perfect holiday.||A special highlight goes to the entire team: we were warmly welcomed by Yoda, who made us feel at home from the very first moment. Throughout our stay, the staff — especially those at the restaurant — were always attentive, helpful, and extremely kind.||The experience was made even more memorable with the boat trip for snorkeling, which was absolutely fabulous, ending with an unforgettable sunset. All of this was provided by our friend Kholid — a moment that will stay with us forever.||A resort where the beauty of the surroundings combines with the kindness of the people, making the stay truly memorable. Without a doubt, a place we highly recommend and look forward to returning to!

Our five-day family stay at Pondok Santi Estate was a real highlight of our vacation. We felt welcome right from the moment we arrived—the team was incredibly attentive and anticipated our every need. We felt that they really went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful time.||It was especially great how warm and open everyone was with our children. They immediately felt at home and quickly found their favorite spots on the grounds. We were also spoiled with culinary delights – the food was simply fantastic. Every special request was fulfilled without any problems. Special thanks go to Ari in the restaurant, who made every meal something special with his friendly manner and attentiveness.||The Pondok Santi Estate is a little oasis for us on Gili Trawangan. After exploring the island, we agree: we couldn't have found a more beautiful place. Even the arrival and departure organized by the hotel went smoothly, so we didn't have to worry about a thing.||For us, it was an all-around successful stay – and we would come back anytime.

Me and my friend stayed here whilst in Gili T and we had the most amazing 4 nights! From start to finish we were treated like queens and as we arrived we got a welcome drink and snacks. It was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The service we received from the staff was exceptional, we were so impressed with how friendly and kind they were. You will feel well looked after if you stay here more than anywhere we have ever been before. I would like to thank Yoda especially for being so kind and helpful to us during our stay and Maria in the reception for being so friendly and kind to they were both amazing!! The food was absolutely delicious especially the pizza and the smoothies were amazing! We had breakfast included and it was the best breakfast we have ever experienced at a hotel with the view of the blue sea we even saw turtles swimming when we were eating. The beach and pool area are both so relaxing. When you are relaxing near the pool it is so quiet and peaceful and you can hear the birds chirping when you relax. Every second of our stay was perfect and we definitely be returning and our friends and family will be booking to stay here to. The service made our whole experience a 100/10! Thankyou so much

This hotel was a dream!! The cabins are spacious, cozy and very clean and we loved the outdoors shower! The facilities are fantastic and its location is perfect: in a quieter area but close to the main restaurants/shopping area. They had snorkeling equipment and bikes, which you can take for free. The restaurant is superb! It is definitely an amazing hotel!|Nerea

We recently stayed at Pondok Santi in Gili T...what a beautiful experience from the time we arrived to the time we left. The estate is beautiful, spacious and serene. The rooms were welcoming and spacious...little piece of heaven. The staff are warm, kind and incredibly professional. They made us feel welcomed and we were all well taken care of. Going out of there way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The beach views are stunning, with turtles visiting the site, which made for wonderful snorkeling. The food was delicious, whether eating breakfast, lunch or supper. All in all I can honestly say this is the best resort on the island and would absolutely stay here again. We as a family loved every minute and were sad to say goodbye.

We had a fantastic stay at Pondok Santi! This is really a five star resort. Small and cozy resort with amazing staff! The only negative we have to say is on us, we regret that we didn’t book longer stay! If you going to Indonesia Pondok Santi should be the main reason. Strongly recommend to take a tour with Princess Margaux and do some snorkling and watch the sunset.
