Pondok Santi Estate Luxury Beachside Resort

We recently stayed at Pondok Santi in Gili T...what a beautiful experience from the time we arrived to the time we left. The estate is beautiful, spacious and serene. The rooms were welcoming and spacious...little piece of heaven. The staff are warm, kind and incredibly professional. They made us feel welcomed and we were all well taken care of. Going out of there way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The beach views are stunning, with turtles visiting the site, which made for wonderful snorkeling. The food was delicious, whether eating breakfast, lunch or supper. All in all I can honestly say this is the best resort on the island and would absolutely stay here again. We as a family loved every minute and were sad to say goodbye.

Me and my friend stayed here whilst in Gili T and we had the most amazing 4 nights! From start to finish we were treated like queens and as we arrived we got a welcome drink and snacks. It was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The service we received from the staff was exceptional, we were so impressed with how friendly and kind they were. You will feel well looked after if you stay here more than anywhere we have ever been before. I would like to thank Yoda especially for being so kind and helpful to us during our stay and Maria in the reception for being so friendly and kind to they were both amazing!! The food was absolutely delicious especially the pizza and the smoothies were amazing! We had breakfast included and it was the best breakfast we have ever experienced at a hotel with the view of the blue sea we even saw turtles swimming when we were eating. The beach and pool area are both so relaxing. When you are relaxing near the pool it is so quiet and peaceful and you can hear the birds chirping when you relax. Every second of our stay was perfect and we definitely be returning and our friends and family will be booking to stay here to. The service made our whole experience a 100/10! Thankyou so much

Absolutely loved our experience at this restaurant in Gili Trawangan! The cocktails were absolutely amazing – perfectly balanced, refreshing, and beautifully presented. The food was just as impressive, with every dish full of flavour and cooked to perfection. I have to say, I had the best Caesar salad I’ve ever tasted – fresh, crisp, and loaded with flavour. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. A must-visit spot if you’re on the island – we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Gili!

We had the most beautiful stay here. The location, grounds and rooms are fantastic. But the service from all staff members is the real crown jewel of this resort. Hafiz welcomed us on arrival and continued to check in during our stay, his friendly personality is infectious and it is impossible to not feel comfortable and confident around him. Yoda was another exceptional staff member, we spoke to him every day and he gave great advice on things to do around the island. Especially where to see turtles, which we also saw during breakfast on the beach. Satya was the best barman all his cocktails were well balanced and delicious. All round great team and highly recommend this stay was worth every dollar. Thank you 🙏🏻

What an amazing place to stay. The staff were so kind, helpful and friendly especially Maria and pancha on reception. We had a delicious welcome drink and snacks. They let us use their bikes for free. The room was very clean and luxurious with lots of special touches which were very thoughtful (like a bag to go shopping with, more snacks etc). The pool is beautiful to relax and and gorgeous gardens to walk around. We all had a full body massage too which was fabulous. We couldn't recommend this more highly for the most relaxing and friendly place I have ever stayed. Oh and also the food was delicious! Recommend the pizzas and frozen chilli berry margaritas! Thank you for such a wonderful two nights.

Celebrating our wedding here was a dream come true, and I can confidently say that we will continue to return, as it has become one of our most cherished destinations in Bali. From the moment you step onto the beachfront estate, you are greeted by sun-kissed shores and the inviting embrace of crystal-clear waters that shimmer like jewels under the glorious sunshine. The beaches, with their powdery white sand, create a serene canvas, perfect for those seeking solitude. Picture yourself lounging on the beach, the gentle sound of waves lapping at the shore, while you sip on a refreshing coconut or cocktail. It’s pure bliss! The grounds are meticulously manicured, and they abound with the sounds of birds and squirrels in the trees, adding a delightful symphony to the tranquil atmosphere. This natural beauty enhances the overall experience, making every moment feel like a retreat into paradise. Our wedding day at Pondok Santi was nothing short of magical. The ceremony took place on the beach, with the stunning backdrop of the mirror turquoise ocean and the pending sunset. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, from the beautifully arranged floral decorations to the intimate seating for our closest 50 friends and family. As we exchanged vows, the gentle breeze and the sound of the waves created a serene atmosphere, making the moment feel even more special. The snorkeling right out front is nothing short of a paradise. Just a few steps from the beach, you can dive into a vibrant underwater world filled with playful marine life, including abundant numbers of turtles frequent the local waters. The experience is breathtaking—both literally and figuratively! Pondok Santi truly caters to many types of travelers, whether you’re visiting solo, with friends, or on a romantic getaway. The atmosphere is imbued with a laid-back charm that resonates deeply, especially for us traveling from around the world. It stands as a sanctuary of peace and joy in a world that often feels chaotic. Here, laughter echoes, friendships blossom, and memories are etched into your heart forever. The culinary offerings at Pondok Santi are equally remarkable. The restaurant serves exceptional food, from the freshest seafood to pizzas that deserve a solid 10/10. Each meal is a delightful experience, enhancing the overall charm of this beautiful estate. After our wedding, we celebrated with a private function with a live band on the estate, where the staff prepared a feast that left us in awe. The combination of delicious food, the sound of the waves, and the twinkling stars and fairy lights above created an unforgettable evening. What truly sets Pondok Santi apart, however, is its world-class staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness that made us feel like part of the family. Their attentiveness and genuine care for our experience were evident in every interaction, making our stay all the more memorable. The rooms are made up twice daily to an exceptional standard and the grounds are manivured to perfection, which just adds to the pleasure of this place. I wholeheartedly recommend Pondok Santi to anyone seeking an unforgettable escape. Trust me; once you experience its allure, you’ll find yourself longing to return, just like we do. This estate isn’t just a destination; it’s a lifelong love affair!

A haven of tranquility on a party island. Great accommodation and restaurants,particularly breakfast on the beach. Best bit about the place- the staff. Relaxed and helpful. Ideally located for the main area but far enough away for a couple of “oldies”. Highly recommended with no faults. One or two tips-|Get a private boat to drop you off/pick up in front of hotel|Bring beach shoes for swimming in front of hotel as tide goes out a long way- swim in morning best.

If we return to Gili T we wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again. Originally booked a palm view room however it was still a little noisy for us and not quite what we expected so we arranged an upgrade to a garden villa which was amazing and we had the best night sleep, followed by a relaxing breakfast each morning on the privacy on our terrace overlooking the gorgeous gardens. The food at the hotel was yummy and we pretty much ate all our meals at the hotel for fear of being disappointed elsewhere on the island. Staff are so friendly and I loved how the room was always timed to be cleaned while you were out having breakfast or as soon as you seemed to leave for a short period of time. The beach is has quite a lot of coral so take sea shoes and sea a bit rough while we stayed so we used the lovely pool and swim up bar instead. On the last day we had a boat transfer to collect us direct from the hotel beach however, the captain couldn’t find it and the staff went above and beyond to make sure they got to us and helped with luggage etc. Thank you Pondok santi for an amazing stay.
