**WE WERE TOLD THE POOL AREA IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT** This was as of 5/26/24. We have had great experiences the time we’ve been here. Staff is very friendly and waitstaff is nice and accommodating! Both sides of the pool are open. We ordered food and drinks, which arrived fairly quick! The days we were at the pool we had reserved a day bed before hand, so we were able to relax in shade and comfort. it was very enjoyable.

We spent part of 2 different days at the pool at Paris. First day we got lounge chairs which are no cost but were not close to the pool. We were near the Eiffel Tower and they were doing construction so we heard hammering and drilling the whole time. We did not see any servers so walked to the bar for drinks which was quick. Drinks as expected were VERY expensive. 1 beer is 12.99 and a mixed drink is 34.00 though double and always good. We rented a cabana the 2nd day which I thought was a fair price but the cushions were very dirty which I would not have expected for the price. We set 2 chairs up in front of it since there were 4 of us and they made us move them for a fire code though there was plenty walkroom. Was a bit disappointing. Water was a good temp, pool and area was clean, towel service was good. Overall we had a great time at the pool but some key things that could have made this a 5 star visit.

Visited on October 2023. Nice pool. Lots of seating options from deck chairs to day beds to cabanas. But most of them are pricey compared to what you can get at some of the other Vegas hotels. The pool itself is large but usually they close off half the section. There are only two waitresses on duty so it can usually be a while before they show up with your drinks. You can also have food from the onsite restaurants delivered to you here (for a fee of course)

Very average pool. It's quieter and there are plenty of chairs. Not sure that I would spend on a cabana here when other properties have better pools. It's good if you're staying at Paris. Not the kind of thing I'd travel to see.

They close to early and half ofthe pool is closed which makes no sense. I felt crammed on one half and why do that. And you can't bring any drinks with you. All you drinks must be bought at the bar. The only positive is the water was refreshing and the pool has some nice views of the tower.

We rent a cabana due the heat, chair availability and we found a such of good value. Attendant was good suggesting, food is very limited on the paper menu but you can order online through your caesars rewards so they will bring the food to you and that’s what we ordered and did not like the presentation and they missed condiments I noted. This where I am taking off one star, water at the pool was very dirty, hair, bandits and a lot of leaves. Overall we had a good time and definitely was refreshing due the high heat. Drinks were good size and beers were cold enough.

So, let's start by saying the pool is nice. Great for summer relaxing in the sun. An oasis in the desert. Ultimately I am disappointed though. Hence the 2 star rating. The pool is only half open due to a shortage in lifeguards? Unacceptable. We paid for a Luxe Daybed (which had bird dropping on it upon arrival) and found out it was on the closed side of the pool later on. If you don't have enough staff, that should be embarrassing. The drinks have been awesome! Yet you have only one cocktail waitress running around? Again, embarrassing. She is working hard so hard and it is apparent, but she needs help! We need more frequent service. (More orders = more revenue, considering high drink prices?) Where is the music? Anything! I can't hear any jams from my Luxe Day Bed. Finally, your pool hours are disappointing. 10-5. You have a "To-Go" menu available for the pool which is cool but half the restaraunts available don't offer service until 4:30 PM which allows no time to enjoy the meal. I would have liked to enjoy the pool a little earlier and then deeper into the afternoon. Ultimately, a great pool deck just a disappointing experience. Step up your game Paris.

Great hotel and pool. Staff ( security ) check in bags upon entering for safety reasons. ( Precious ) was amazing ( April 9th 2024 ). If you go there at exactly 9am for sure you can get a free tanning bed if not it will be all taken after later in the day. Servers ( Autumn ) cheerful, friendly services and placing the drinks menu on most of the areas for easy access. Great services. Great view of the Paris Tower and its other amenities ( Cosmopolitan Hotel, PH ( Planet Hollywood ) etc. of course the hotel Paris. Too bad the Paris Lookout Tower was closed for renovations ( during my vacation April 9th - 12 2024 ) unsure when it going to reopen. Did find out the Paris Restaurant is open for dining. ( no review due ) not dine it due to other selections for dining.

Yelp
It was actually pretty busy at the pool. Not too crowded but busy. Our cocktail server stayed attentive throughout the day. I would recommend you get there early to reserve a chair or book one of the beds ahead of time. They seemed to go fast. We had a DJ playing on the Saturday we were there.

Yelp
One of my favorite things to do when I am in Vegas in to lounge at the pool all day after a night on the town. The pool here at Paris isn't as big as some of the other hotels, but you get a nice view of the hotel's Eiffel Tower replica. The pool hours at Pool Á Paris are 10am-5pm daily. You can reserve a cabana or a daybed online and they have a bar to the side that serves cocktails and frozen drinks. You can also order food from one of the Paris restaurants and have it delivered to you. Overall I had a nice time here even though it was super crowded.

Yelp
Had a great experience renting a cabana with friends. Our server was very nice and attentive. I like that the whole pool is shallow enough to stand in. Things to know before you go: People line up before the pool opens. Outside food and drinks aren't allowed. But, you can order from the hotel's app and have food delivered from the restaurants at the resort. The villas accommodate more people and have more space, but they are further away from the pool. When the temperatures are high, be mindful of location of your chairs, cabanas, etc. You want to maximize your time in the shade when possible!

Yelp
If you're going to Vegas with kids, be aware this pool get deeps very quickly. I believe it's 5 ft in the center. And unlike their sister hotel (Bally's Blu pool) the Soleil pool doesn't have any benches in the water. Thankfully we had our kids' float vests. Other than the depth of the pool we had a great time hanging out here taking in the beautiful views and would definitely come again.

Yelp
Used to be Soliel Pool. Crowd has definitely changed! Became very laid back with more families with kids. Drink prices also went up a lot! Still was a good time.

Yelp
I loved my stay at Paris but the pool area is especially unimpressive and was honestly the least favorite part of my entire stay. There is minimal greenery - it's all concrete and it's in shade for most of the morning. There is only one pool so you have no choice but to share it with the more rambunctious pool goers and families. We just want a quiet, relaxing pool and while I definitely wouldn't call it a 'party' pool, it didn't meet our needs either. We didn't have any problems getting a chair and it didn't feel busy on the pool deck but the pool itself was more crowded than we like. Granted, this may not be typical as people may be favoring the pool to avoid wearing masks, but it was our experience. We had a tough time even finding a corner/wall to lean on that wasn't in someone else's immediate space, and we were there on a weekday. As far as getting in to the pool and mask use... we got in line about 15-20 minutes before opening on a Monday in mid-September and had no problems getting in; we were second in line. Security announced mask rules before rope drop. Everyone then proceeded to enter the pool area and not wear their masks at their seats as instructed. Mask use was NOT strictly enforced the morning we were there. Pool staff were basically offering up lip service. Anyone who wasn't wearing one was EVENTUALLY (often 30-60 minutes later) asked to put one on, and as long as that person didn't argue, security would move on with their loop and not look back. Most people never even put one on and if they did it would be down/off within minutes. The pool itself was warmer than I was anticipating based on how long it's in shade. The waitresses here were prompt and friendly. My frozen strawberry lemonade drinks weren't the best or the strongest I've ever had but they were alright and worth re-ordering. I would grab lunch elsewhere but sometimes the time gets away from you - just don't expect much from the food if you go that route. If the pool isn't a focus of your trip, it's fine for a couple of hours. But if the pool is a priority for you and you plan on spending multiple days at the pool, I would suggest staying elsewhere altogether or paying for pool entry at other properties (not allowed w/ current COVID measures).

Yelp
Definitely not the biggest pool in Vegas but still relaxing. Most of the guests and people that lounge here aren't the type you'd expect to see at Vegas pools. Not like Marquee or Drai, it is more laid back. The crowd is less flashy and rowdy. Drinks are reasonably priced. Servers are friendly not snobby. There's tons of lounge chairs available and the best part is that they're free! The views are unique. I'll be back for sure but not any time soon.

Yelp
Pool for the Paris casino and hotel. Very cool backdrop with the Eiffel Tower. But fir a Vegas pool it is rather bland. 3ft all the way through so for adults it not really a swimming pool it's a giant wait pool.

Yelp
Lack of service, lack of attention to detail, and filthy. Was excited to treat my brother to a cabana for his 30th birthday. Especially a cabana at what was once my favorite hotel on the strip. Upon our arrival at 10am the staff wasn't very friendly and attempted to detour us from checking in. They mentioned they closed early the day before due to wind and did not refund any rentals. We decided to still take our chances. We were then dropped off to our cabana. The chairs were tattered, torn, and covered in dirt, grime, and plant material. I started to clean off the chairs so we had a place to sit. About 30 mins later the waitress came over to get our drink orders. With our Groupon we got 4 drinks, and a fruit plate. She took the orders for the first 3, brought them back pretty quickly which was pretty nice. When we were settling in I noticed the chaise lounge, table and chairs were in a similar condition to the lounge chairs in the front. The whole thing hadn't been cleaned in some time. There were old leaves and over grown plants coming into the cabana. I tried to find the waitress to ask if we could move and she was no where to be found. I also couldn't find the check in staff as well. About 12:30 the check in staff came by to drop off the sub par fruit plate. I asked to be moved and they told me the others were taken. I asked if we could order more drinks, she said she'd find the waitress. The waitress never came back. Around 2pm we decided that it was time to go. We brought our last drink ticket to the bar and found our waitress was hanging out inside. So frustrating!

Yelp
It looks really pretty, and would love to go, but they do not answer their reservation line. I called the front desk, and they tried two "internal" numbers, and no one answered those either. The front desk agent told me I should just go down there in person...I don't live in Vegas. If the reservation line is any indication of their service, I think I'll keep looking around.

Yelp
Due to Covid they are limiting the amount of people in the pool so you do have to wait. Luckily they have you scan and register with the number of people in your party and text you when you can come in. We only waited 10-15 minutes and were allowed in. It was a hot day but we had a great view and the water was nice and cool. The hotel is doing the best they can with all the stuff going on.

Yelp
This pool has the most horrible layout, there are so many giant concrete planters obstructing the entire view of the pool, there are less than 10 shade cabanas, the bar is all the way by the pool bathrooms & looks beat down like a corner snack shack. $32 for a large cocktail and $24 for small cocktail, very little food options. There is absolutely no shade at this pool, unless the sun is going down and this is already closing time. For a pool to have no absolutely shade in Vegas heat and sunny weather is ridiculous. The cement is a light cream color so the sun beating down makes the entire area look brighter than it is outside, not good for the eyes, especially sensitive ones. There is NO music playing, there is NO atmosphere. The pool is always half close by a rope, so even though is gets pack like sardines, they WILL NOT open the other half of the pool, which mean no swimming just standing around, very annoying when kids are jumping around splashing. I will never go back to this pool, even if I was staying in Paris, Ballys would be my pool option as they share the same parking. This pool needs an entire makeover, poorly executed.

Yelp
The Soleil Pool has a great view of the Eiffel Tower but that's all it has going for it. It's really just one large pool with a bunch of beach chairs surrounding it. Show your room key & receive towels at the entrance. There's a bar at the back where you can buy drinks since they don't allow outside drinks/food. Since we had a room facing the pool, we could hear the music all day long. They start at about 10 or 11AM & go till the sun disappears. There's lots of arches with greenery which provide shade from the 100+ degree weather. Sometimes it can get annoying if you're tanning cause it'll block the sun... It's not horrendous but it's not over the top oozing with glam or edge like most of Vegas. If you wanna relax, come here. If you wanna party, this ain't it.

Yelp
I really enjoyed our cabana day at the pool! We shared it with two other couples, great friends that we don't get to see all the time. It was so nice spending the day visiting, enjoying the weather and atmosphere without that crazy, vegas energy for a while. The service was great, and we really had our area to ourselves. We spent a small fortune but will happily do it again. I think this pool is great for those not looking for a party, but a fun and relaxing day.
