Atlanta Restaurant Slush Restaurant and Bar Opens For Tapas and Frozen Cocktails on Edgewood Avenue in Sweet Auburn | Eater Atlanta

"During the pandemic, chef Mike LaSage ran the restaurant as a takeout and delivery operation called SOS Pop-Up Kitchen after the original spots in the complex ran out of resources and funding to stay open." - Beth McKibben

What a cute place! The coffee was great, the food was very unique and fresh, and the decor was adorable. With that said, this probably isn't a place to drag your husband to. The ambiance is pretty feminine, and the food is served in smaller portions. But a place for the ladies to get together and chat?? Absolutely!

quiche and mocha were delicious! the soup had a really nice flavor but was not very hot, that’s okay, gonna warm it up for later consumption 🤩 cheddar thyme biscuit that came with the soup was tasty. everyone here is super kind, service was great.

We had caramel lattes, a tasty gluten-free orange scone, the butternut squash soup, and quiche. So tasty, and Pop is so charming and cozy. What a wonderful addition to Old Colorado City. We’ll be back soon!

Nestle into this amazing cute establishment. Everytime I walk through the doors, I am greeted with warmth from the staff. It feels like a second home. The clientele is just as great as the staff and I look forward to collaboration. The decor is amazing and it's so nice and clean. The renovations to make this historic building fully accessible and up to ADA standards is completely amazing and I am so blessed every time I visit.

My kiddos and I love this spot! It is absolutely charming inside. The staff is warm and welcoming and our drinks and baked goods are always spot on. I love Amy’s concept of a cafe out front and shared kitchen in the back for food businesses that need a commercial kitchen. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy more of the menu!!

Got to visit Pop earlier this summer on a trip to Colorado and it was a wonderful experience. The turkey sandwich with hazelnuts was a surprisingly delicious combo and all the desserts I shared with my friends were so flavorful and had just the right amount of sweetness. Also all the staff were so friendly and provided great recs!

Our barista Jay was super helpful and kind, giving us an overview of the menus in both the downstairs coffee shop as well as the upstairs lunch restaurant. The building is beautifully restored and fully ADA accessible. The espresso and food was delicious and fresh. Not a ton of seating but a great little coffee shop to work in or stop by for a drink/bite.
