I had a date who was vegan, so I was scoping around places with vegan desserts. When I tell you their blueberry yuzu crumble was the BEST vegan desert I’ve ever had in my life, you better TRUST me. I could not tell it was vegan at all and had the flavor and structure of a dairy and egg based dessert. It was PHENOMENAL, strong berry flavors, flaky crust, and crunchy top. I paired the crumble with the strawberry oat vegan ice cream, which was also so freaking good, again couldn’t tell it as a vegan icecream at all. The girl at the counter also said they always have 4 vegan icecreams in rotation. I had also called earlier that day, asking about vegan options, and a guy also mentioned I could check the website for pictures and descriptions, so overall the staff went above and beyond for service. I had a lovely experience and will 100% be back! Not to mention, my date also rated your dessert a 10/10 so thanks for making me look good!

The person working the counter was serving straight face diva realness but that’s how I knew I was gonna get the good recs and I was riiigghhtttt this pumpkin pie + brown butter pecan ice cream duo was reasonably priced and extremely delish.

Vegan options for ice cream and one pie. Friendly staff, a plug for this tourist’s dying phone battery, hip area of town, and a brightly lit space. The smells of herbs were delightful. Food was delicious!Clean restroom. Highly recommend!

Just discovered this little gem! Sam was Great and si was the pop pie and quiche! The cream corn is the bomb with the mashed potatoes! Gotta wait till I'm not too fat to eat the Salted Caramel pie!

We stumbled upon this place for lunch and were pleasantly surprised how good it was. The chicken pot pie was delicious with perfectly cooked and seasoned vegetables and chicken. The environment is clean and cheerful. Service was friendly. They have pies you can bake at home. I loved that they were promoting an upcoming dog adoption event. Can’t say enough good things.

Special place for savory and sweet pies. The spicy meat pie and the salted caramel apple pie with ice cream are excellent. We've been there twice since we've been in SD, and will be back again to try the other pies. You must try these pies!!! Very kind staff.

I've been a regular for a couple years, and have enjoyed the food and service every time! I'm really fond of the Green Hog and Cheese and Aussie Meat Pies, which you can eat there or buy frozen to bake at home. Their cortado, matcha horchata, and hojicha latte drinks are also delicious!
