Located inside the Anaheim packing house which is decorated very well with a cool and natural ambiance. Staff was very patient as my kids argued to figure out what they wanted. Coconut Gelato 7/10 Pistachio on Pistachio 8/10 Strawberry Gelato with milk chocolate drizzle and ice cream cone 8/10 mango with chocolate drizzle 7/10 They have suggested combination creations and you can also make your own. It’s $0.75 to add chocolate (either full dip, half dip, drizzle) and / or another $0.75 to add topping.

Google
I got a regular dark chocolate vanilla. I was trying to go for something simple, but for the $7 I thought it was overpriced. For the simple flavor I got it did not meet my expectations. I think you should get the more unique flavors if you do decide to grab sweets here! I’ve had friends get the Vietnamese coffee and it was much better. I love the option to customize the toppings. Service was quick and kind. It is indeed a pop up for some nice popsicle bars! The ambiance of the Packing District is wonderful to grab food with friends.

Google
Located inside the Anaheim Packing House, right next to the second-floor main entrance, this spot is perfect for a sweet treat break. They specialize in ice cream or gelato bars that you can have dipped and customized with a variety of sweet or savory toppings. Prices have gone up over the years, with bars now typically ranging from $5–8. Tip: Use the Visit Anaheim Savings Pass to get 10% off your purchase.

Google
Had a plain pistachio and it was pretty good, really creamy. They do have options for dipping. Overall good but definitely pricey.

Google
This popbar has wide variety of popsicle flavors. Unlimited toppings for a dollar or so. They do double dip into melted dark, white and milk chocolate if needed and the toppings. Liked it!! Totally recommend it. Friendly staff and clean area.

Google
Never been to a Popbar but for a newbie they have signs that help new customers like myself understand the process. You start by choosing your bar, move to the next station for a dipping style of full, half, none or drizzle. Move on to the toppings and that’s it! You customize your treat to your liking. Add .50 for each add on & it’s limitless. Very welcoming staff. Takes electronic payment.

Google
I can't say enough good things about Popbar - it's the best ice cream I've ever had! The popsicles are made fresh with high-quality ingredients, and the flavor options are endless. I love that you can customize your own pop with various dips and toppings. Highly recommend the Vietnamese coffee and chocolate sprinkles! 🍦🤤 #popbar #besticecreamever #sweettooth

Google
Popbar is a GREAT place, even for someone like me who doesn’t usually love popsicles—I absolutely loved it! I got a coconut gelato, half dipped in white chocolate and half in milk chocolate, topped with coconut and hazelnut. It was perfect! My husband had a chocolate gelato dipped in dark chocolate with sprinkles, and he really enjoyed it too. Everyone needs to try this place!

Yelp
Located in the Anaheim Packing District- Popbar has been here since we have been coming here for many years. This visit we ordered the Green Tea Kit Kat, Strawberry Pocky and a Dark Chocolate bar. It has remained consistent in flavor. Definitely worth every bite and perfect dessert after having dinner. Service was ok. Overall great place to try.

Yelp
Got a green tea kit kat (green tea gelato with hazelnut or milk chocolate dip and white chocolate drizzle?) ($8) flavored popsicle here after getting dinner elsewhere in the Anaheim packing district. Now I will be transparent because I'm not 100% sure that I'm not biased because I had the munchies really bad when I was ordering and eating. Pros: - Honestly I know that this place is probably overhyped and was super popular on instagram in the late 2010s for its cute aesthetic, but I actually thought my popbar was SO. DELICIOUS. Especially on a warm day? ugh. I loved the pre-determined flavors of what I got and the fact that they have pre-set choices if you don't want to put effort into a build-your-own kind of deal was great. - Really fast and quick service - Lots of options and flavors for people to choose - As one of the main 2 dessert options in this food hall, not a bad choice. Surprisingly good. Cons: - sometimes the staff is busy prepping ingredients so you might have to call out for them to notice you're waiting. - A bit overpriced. I would have preferred to pay maybe $6.50 for this instead of a full $8. Nevertheless,....I'll probably be back. It was too delicious haha.

Yelp
Popbar is great! It's the perfect dessert after eating at the packing house. It's the delicious ice cream The popsicles are made fresh with high quality ingredients, and the flavor options are endless. I love that you can customize your own pop with various dips and toppings. Unlimited toppings for a dollar or depends. They do double dip into melted dark, white and milk chocolate , chopped nuts... etc Friendly, efficient staff. Very difficulty finding free parking surrounding the Anaheim Packing House.

Yelp
Surprisingly so good! I had no expectations going in. I saw that there was no line and thought "I wonder why it's not busy." But looks can be deceiving! This dessert bar was really good! I ordered the strawberry pocket, from the top combinations list. It was delicious! I loved the white chocolate drizzle and the crunch. Pretty genius combination of textures and flavors. I also grabbed a chocolate chip cookie. I went with the peanut butter and chocolate. It was extremely rich. I liked how it was freshly baked and warm inside. This place was a hit 10/10

Yelp
Popbar is located inside of the Anaheim Packing House. There is a lot of seating, and this is one of the only drink/dessert shops in the food hall. It's also the better boba option in the space. Personally, I found the strawberry lemonade to be very sweet, but also refreshing. It was ready less than five minutes after I ordered, though I did have to get staff attention to order.

Yelp
The service could be improved, the staff definitely not engaging with customers. However, the pistachio bar is delicious because it's very creamy! A very enjoyable treat! We also tried the frozen hot chocolate, skip that. The consistency and the flavor was more of nesquick chocolate milk.
google avatar

Jacqueline F.

Yelp
We got taro white chocolate full with pistachio it was good! And then the other was chocolate matcha. The ice cream is really good, it's a little high in price but eh they have some unique flavors and that's what we like . The girl was nice to us very quiet.

Yelp
Finally reviewing Popbar Anaheim since yelp constantly reminds me that I have not done so yet. Lol...This is the spot for sweet loving folks that like hand crafted gelato or sorbetto on a stick. This one is located in the Anaheim Packing District. I first had a Popbar many years back when they used to be at Del Amo Mall in Torrance. I recall the tastiness of it. This time, I just opted for a simple pineapple gelato shake. Hubby got a chocolate/coffee Gelato shake.. Delicious! Customer service is OK and in the small space they occupy, they had seasonal decorations. When here again, I would probably get a Popbar for dessert.
google avatar

Yelp
Popbar is a great spot for a delicious dessert or snack. So many flavors to pick from and types of popsicles (gelato, sorbetto).
google avatar

Porsche S.

Yelp
Who would've thought that something so simple could be so delicious? Popbar is located on the top floor near the front entrance. There are some bar seating in front of it and various other tables around. Popbar sells popsicles that you can get dipped in chocolate with various toppings. We opted to not get them dipped and it was delicious. They have vegan options that was great for us since we do not eat dairy. Prices are a high for just a popsicle, but it is a nice treat to have once in a while. I wish that I lived here to have my fix!
google avatar

Rochelle N.

Yelp
I've never had a gelato bar before but this exceeded my expectations. I ordered the Green Tea KiKat without the white chocolate drizzle so basically a green tea gelato bar with a half milk chocolate drizzle covered in waffle cone bits. It tasted so good!! The green tea flavor was really prominent and the dip and waffle cone bits added a good texture to it. It was $7 which I think is a fair price. There was no one in line at about 12:30pm on a Sunday so it was really quick to get. Definitely a good sweet treat option at the Packing House!
google avatar

Nikki N.

Yelp
It's about $7 dollars but definitely worth it. We ordered the pistachio with half and half dip (half white half caramel chocolate) and it tased refreshing and very natural. Waffles cone crunch added some really nice texture to the bar and nothing was overly sweet. We shared the bar and it was still enough for the two of us. They offer sherbet and gelato, two different types of base bar. The gelato one we tried wasn't the creamy cloying type, so it did go well with the extra toppings.

Maria L.

Yelp
YUM! My pistachio gelato dipped in milk chocolate, pistachio and almond was so good! Service was quick and they got my order right. Love the choices but this is a winner for me. My kids loved their gelato pops too.

Jack F.

Yelp
I Chewed, I Cried, I Regret I don't understand the hype. I thought I was getting a nice iced tea, but instead, I got a drink that tried to choke me. Who decided it was a good idea to hide a handful of slimy, rubbery marbles at the bottom of a drink? Surprise--you're chewing now. Was this supposed to be dessert? A snack? A beverage? Pick a lane.
google avatar

Sofia P.

Yelp
I love the hazelnut covered in chocolate and hazelnuts! Reminds me of Ferrero Rocher. The service is good. Ambiance is order and go. I highly recommend!
google avatar

Lisa T.

Yelp
FOOD: $7 POPSICLE: Vietnamese coffee with dark chocolate drizzle and chocolate sprinkles. Mine definitely didn't look photogenic, should've went with the half dip. OVERALL: What bothers me is branding. Why do they keep changing container? Sometimes it's a really good quality cardboard container, sometimes it's a super flimsy white paper sheet. I ate my popsicle outside, so the white paper sheet kept blowing away - NOT IDEAL. I didn't think it was anything special.
google avatar

Rebecca C.

Yelp
Cute little shop with reasonably priced icecream. Lots of vegan options, with coconut milk or fruit sorbets! There was a huge variety of flavors, and for an additional $1 you can get unlimited dips and unlimited toppings. Both servers were extremely nice and broke down the ordering process really well. Definitely a welcome treat on a hot day.
google avatar

Charlene M.

Yelp
So flavorful and creamy. I choose coconut bar dipped in milk chocolate then dipped in coconut flakes. Tasted yummy like an almond joy. Lots of paletas to choose from. And they are soooo good.
google avatar

Anita C.

Yelp
Such a fun and tasty place! I made my own bar! I got cookies and crème for the base, fully dipped in dark chocolate with pistachios and a white chocolate drizzle! It was fun to choose a combination of your very own and it was so tasty!! The girl who made it was fast and sweet
google avatar

Tammy Mimi S.

Yelp
Located in the Anaheim Packing House which is always a cute spot to visit. Popbar is a must have for my kids when we go to the packing house. Lots of unique flavors/toppings to choose from. They have different flavor ice cream bars that they dip in chocolate and toppings. My kids LOVE popbar!
google avatar

Ariana T.

Yelp
First time at popbar and I got the Vietnamese bar I expected it to be sweet but it was not at all it was strong but I always wanted to try the Vietnamese coffee. Fast & friendly service I would say it's a bit pricey for a bar but I wouldn't mind coming back and trying other flavors. Came in a Sunday it was not that crowded so it was nice to chill and relax
google avatar

Melanie N.

Yelp
Always down for popbar when I'm at the packing house! Today we got the strawberry yogurt with mint dark chocolate full dip, waffle cone topping and white chocolate drizzle! Super yummy and perfectly frozen, just enough to keep its shape while you eat the entire thing, but also not too cold to bite into.
google avatar

Moriah H.

Yelp
Liked my popsicle but wouldn't personally recommend getting it dipped. Eating through the dipping into the hard, cold popsicle just hurt my teeth and it wasn't pleasant. The dipping combination of Strawberry Pocky was really really yummy. I ended up picking up the topping, melting the popsicle in my mouth, and adding the topping to the slightly melted mouth. Liked the relatively compostable serving packaging. Service was fast.
google avatar

Sandy V.

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday afternoon, no line or I guess I waited for it to die down. Got the Vietnamese Coffee with white chocolate drizzle and almonds. Coffee was perfect and didn't have an overwhelming hazelnut flavor. Ice cream was made quickly and well. Overall, would come back to try other flavor combinations and would recommend.
google avatar

Samantha P.

Yelp
Fast service and good price for what you get. The Gelato comes practically frozen, so it stays Cold very long. I like the vanilla and strawberry. You can also customize by adding a large variety of toppings.
google avatar

Tiffany D.

Yelp
The different flavored popsicles is very attractive but unfortunately the actual flavor was lacking. Maybe I got a flavor that wasn't that good? The best part about this place is how you can dip your popsicles in chocolate and have different toppings.
google avatar

Jhovany S.

Yelp
Popbar has been around for a long time now, and for a good reason. This is located inside of the packing house in anaheim. This location can get quite busy, but if you so happen to be there, it would be a nice treat. They have interesting flavors of icebars. We tend to go for the matcha or the vietnamese coffee. This time, we went with the viet coffee fully dipped in dark chocolate, and covered with toasted coconut. It's such a good pairing. You can create the pairing that suits you best; whether that be a fully dipped or partially dipped bar, and add whatever toppings you would like, from the selection they have to offer. Definitely stop by if you have a sweet tooth or would like a nice treat after your dinner

Yelp
Went back recently with the family on a busy Saturday night. Stopped at pop bar at the end. Not sure what it was this time, but it just didn't taste that good. I've had pop bar over a dozen times, and this time it tasted bland and uninteresting. The workers looked really unengaged and uninterested. Prices also seemed to increase a little. Hope it was a fluke this time.
google avatar

Desiree P.

Yelp
Popsicles need a comeback friends! Especially these beauties. The customization of flavors and toppings makes for a delish dessert for one. I went with a classic flavor combo - mixed berries, dark chocolate, almonds. SO GOOD!! Want to come back for one of the Halloween pop creations, so I'll be back soon.
google avatar

Yelp
Popbar is one of the few places I remember being a huge trend several years back for having extremely aesthetic gelato bars that I've always wanted to try. When I saw that this was in the Packing District during my visit to OC, I decided to give it a try! I ordered the Vietnamese coffee bar dipped in dark chocolate with waffle cone bits sprinkled on top. It was definitely pretty and aesthetically pleasing and it tasted good. It was fun to eat and I personally loved the texture of the bar itself but for around $6, it didn't feel that worth it. I'm glad I got to try it though! Ordering was simple and it was made quickly. Overall a fun experience if you're curious and want to try at least once.
google avatar

Kathy X.

Yelp
Great place to stop for a quick cold refreshing snack. I picked the cookies and cream popsicle which has big chunks of cookie in it, and then dipped half of it in milk chocolate and topped with waffle cone. It was really yummy but I wish they had more topping options! It was also about $6-7 for a fairly small dessert.
google avatar

Rossana E.

Yelp
My first time trying this type of gelato. The Ferero Rocher is a must. The gelato is perfectly covered with nuts.
google avatar

Scott F.

Yelp
After eating any meal at the packing district, you may be wanting dessert. One of the dessert choices being Popbar. They have a large variety of gelato popsicles and gelato shakes. Their frozen hot chocolate shake is really yummy. It comes in a bottle with a cone of gelato on top and if you can't finish the shake you can always ask for a bottle cap. The bottles themselves are a souvenir to take home of the experience you had here!
google avatar

Jeremiah M.

Yelp
If I were to describe Popbar, it would be "aesthetically pleasing". These gelato bars are customisable to your liking and often come out looking cool (both visually and temperately). They're also not too expensive, so they make for pretty good quick desserts after eating out in the Packing District! Are these going to be the best popsicles or gelato bars you've ever had? Probably not. But if you don't have high expectations and are just looking for a something light, these bars are pretty good!
google avatar

Angelique M.

Yelp
Design your own gelato bar??? YES PLEASE. I've had this place bookmarked forever and I'm so glad to have finally tried it out! I went with the hazelnut bar dipped in chocolate with almonds and waffle pieces. Delish! Next time I'm in the Anaheim area, I'll be sure to come by again for another gelato bar.

onie p.

Yelp
Ice cream was not bad, however it was over 15 bucks for 2 popsicles lmao... it's pretty laughable... but that's ok I chose to pay for it... the worse part was the girl that "made" the popsicle for us. She was unhappy, looked so bitchy andddd when we asked her if what she drizzled on was milk chocolate because it looked super light in color that we didn't know it was milk chocolate. Do you expect us to know? Do you expect all your customers to be returning customer so they should know??? She gave us this stupid look like uhhhh you should ... don't you know??? No sweetheart, milk chocolate does not look like that???? Have you bought a milk chocolate bar that looks like a light hazelnut or taupe color??? Do you know what hazelnut color looks like??? Needless to say... no tip deserved...

Yelp
Every time I go to the Packing district, this is my number ne must go to spot. Fresh and refreshing! Little bite of heaven that can be enjoyed in multiple ways with different toppings and flavor options. There is never a very long wait and it's a nice treat to take no the go, as you walk around enjoying the sights.
google avatar

Yelp
I stopped by Popbar on a Monday evening to grab dessert after dining in the Anaheim Packing District. I ordered a coconut sorbet drizzled with dark chocolate and dipped in green pistachios. For $6, this was a really good treat. Not too big, not too sweet, and a very pretty dessert to look at. The best part is the number of options available here. If you come here with a group, I'm certain everyone will be able to find a flavor combination they'll enjoy. Definitely worth stopping by if you're craving dessert.
google avatar

Amy T.

Yelp
Weird coming back after years and then covid shutting everything down. The packing district was packed! Don't let the line scare you at pop bar though it moves pretty fast. I like their special menu flavors. My go to is the green tea kit Kat. I loved this flavor when I visited Japan and would bring bags of these home from my trip. Definitely brings some nostalgia. The flavor is on point matcha green tea with a chocolatey crunch. Not overpowering in sweetness either. It was a nice way to end a the day and listen to live music at the top of the stairs. It's located on the second level. There is valet parking available outside of the packing district.
google avatar

Dani B.

Yelp
I used to love love coming to Popbar at the Packing District. My boyfriend & I had picked up some dinner to-go at the Packing District & I wanted him to check this place out for the first time. What we ordered: I ordered the Pineapple & half chocolate bar & my BF ordered the Mango & chilly powder. I thought my pineapple & half chocolate bar was okay, but it seemed like it only had a hint of pineapple. My BF thought the same thing for his Mango bar. The bars seemed watered down in my opinion. Maybe if we decide to get something from here another time we will order the gelato. Location: Popbar is located on the Second Floor of the Packing District. Parking: There is a main lot that you can park & there is also valet. Limited parking in this lot as it is shared with the Packing District and other restaurants and businesses in the area. Street parking is available as well.

Yelp
Came here for dessert after visiting Blind Rabbit for dinner and drinks~ Pop bar is a small shop with various popsicle flavors, you can build your own or choose from pre-selected combinations. They offer dairy, non-dairy, and vegan options for sorbet and gelato. My BF got the Green Tea Kit Kat and I got the Chocolate Fudge ($4.50 each). The green tea was a little earthy but good green tea flavor, loved the crunch from waffle cone. Chocolate fudge was creamy and chocolaty, any choco-holic would love this combo~ Price is a little steep for the portion, but a great instagram worthy dessert with cute presentation. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a cooling and lighter dessert.

Yelp
Part of the Packing House. Good luck with parking - it's a mess! Masks required at the entire facility as of August 2021. I went on a Saturday and Popbar didn't open till noon, while most other places were open before that. Order at the register. No private seating for this place. I got a lychee strawberry heaven, which is an Italian soda with boba. $4.50 at the time and I think it's 16 oz. Really good and refreshing! However, I was expecting the tapioca type chewy boba. It's not like that. I think the term is "exploding" boba. The inside of the boba had liquid. Kinda visually and texturally reminded me of salmon eggs that I fish with, which was a turn off. Once I got over that, though, it was enjoyable!
google avatar

Amoure D.

Yelp
Little pricier for icecream but they have great variety and great quality so I can not complain. Their service is okay but the icecream make up for it especially with all of the different kinds of toppings
google avatar

Yan W.

Yelp
I remember that we tried Popbar at Westfield Santa Anita mall long time ago so I'm glad that we saw popbar again in Anaheim Packing House. They have various popsicle flavors so you can customize your own or choose the flavors that they already pre-selected for you. Their pop bars have dairy, non-dairy and vegan options. We got 4 different flavors and I picked pistachio on pistachio flavor. It was delicious with lots of pistachio nuts. They all looked so appealing and pretty.
google avatar

Christina K.

Yelp
I got the hazelnut flavor bar and added half dark chocolate with pistachios crumbs. The Hazelnut bar didn't taste that great. Maybe it was just this batch but not sure if I'd want to try it again. Probably not worth $7 for a bar. +1 star for the nice packing district vibes.
google avatar

Yelp
Really yummy sorbets/ ice cream to eat as dessert! I love all chocolate covered strawberry flavored things, and this was not an exception :)
google avatar

Yelp
Thank you for being quick and responsive. Very good service. She was super polite and kind. Gave me the favorites and answered my silly questions. Gelato was delicious. I got the coffee flavored dipped in chocolate with nuts sprinkled on top. I also added the white choco drizzle. Excited to try the other flavors.
