I really enjoy Popbar and am sad to see them closing. They have a great variety of Gelato and Sorbet Popsicles as well as waffle versions. And the added depth from the dips and toppings make it such a fun experience to mix and match the options.

Tasty treat that’s great to have while taking a walk through NoDa! The staff is polite and there’s plenty of options to choose from based on your personal preferences. I’m a dark chocolate guy, so I’m glad they have both milk and dark chocolate options to choose from. Can choose your dip and toppings.

DELICIOUS!!! Cute spot in Noda you definitely have to try out. Customer Service was great and both the gentleman and young lady working, had fun personalities. Being a first timer, they definitely helped me on deciding on what to get. I got the tropical fruit bar dipped in white chocolate with rainbow sprinkles!! Super tasty. Will be back to try more of their delicious flavors.

This was my first time going to Popbar. My friend and I decided to pop in and grab something sweet to snack on. Instead, we tried out their milk shakes. Was greeted with an awesome welcome upon entry and the service was great. The milkshakes were delicious. If I had to complain, it wasn’t enough. ;-)

Google
This is a fun little ice cream pop place in Noda. I saw online that they had vegan options, so was excited to visit. They had one vegan flavor when I went. I got the vegan peanut butter pop with the dark chocolate dip and chopped almond topping. It was so good! My hubby got the same except he got crushed cinnamon pretzels and crushed sugar cone. It was even better than mine!

If you enjoy ice cream, sherbert, or gelato, you will love Popbar. I've been here several times, and I'm never disappointed. All of their items are in a popsicle form, so I enjoy how easy you can enjoy it on the go. Also, you can get various toppings on your popsicle. Such a cute place to get a yummy treat.

I literally drive to NODA from Indian Land specifically just to get PopBar!! It is that amazing!!! I am on a mission to try every flavor and combo. I haven’t had a bad one yet. You want a fun frozen treat, anything from PopBar can’t be beat. Go. Now. You can thank me later.

Yelp
I was leaving the gym and as I was walking to my car I heard a mother and son conversing. No clue what the context of the convo was or what the little guy did, all I know is that she said if he keeps acting up he won't get to go to Popbar......so I added it to my list. When I got to Popbar, it was a nice atmosphere, and there were a few people in the store, but not enough that I had to wait in line or anything. Seating was extremely limited, and I assume the store was made just for treats to be picked up and enjoyed outside. The cashier was friendly, she walked me through the process and explained the different types of gelato they had available. The options were so vast that I was overwhelmed, but ultimately, I ended up choosing my base and toppings, paid the cashier and was eager to finally sit down and taste my treat. I do not want to take too much credit but I made an AMAZING treat, I had a strawberry base (it was popSorberro), dipped half of it in vanilla white chocolate, and added strawberry crunch pieces, and finally drizzled milk chocolate! Really good treat, everything blended well, and the best part, I think, is there are a million combinations to try. Popbar is a must-have if you are going to be in the Charlotte area.

Yelp
THE best pops ever! I had one with caramel, coconut and chocolate and it was HEAVENLY! The young lady at the cart was really pleasant. I want to get a cart like that to sell stuff!

Nicole S.

Yelp
This place is fun! But definitely a one and done for me I had the mango popsicle dipped in tajin. My friend has a pineapple popsicle, dipped in chocolate and coconut. You're definitely paying for the experience but popsicles aren't really that expensive

Yelp
Popbar is always a hit. Your bar can be simple or you can make it extravagant. I've never met a pop I didn't like and I love that they offer other items as well depending on the season. Service is always great and it's all affordable. Cute little stop for an individual or families.

Yelp
This place... is magical. If I lived nearby it would be dangerous. This Black-owned and Woman-owned pop shop is located right in the heart of Noda and it's totally worth a stop. My sister and I were strolling around the neighborhood on a sunny Saturday and on our way back to the car, we decided to stop in for a treat. The service was on point right from the jump. The lovely lady behind the counter was so sweet and attentive. She told us what the popular premade options were, explained how to build our own, and gave us a little time to decide. We both ended up getting the same one. The strawberry pop half dipped in dark chocolate and drizzled with white chocolate. After snappin' a few quick pics we continued on our walk, pops in hand. Three words. So. Freaking. Good! I love the idea of replacing a bowl of ice cream with a fruit bar and toppings. They were the perfect size and about $10 for both. Very affordable. I have family in town so I visit often and I'll definitely be back.

Sasha L.

Yelp
Sometimes these ice cream pop places are overrated and exist solely to post pics on social media. Not the case here!!! We stopped in after having brunch across the street. They had a lot of options to choose from and we had never been there before - the employee saw us looking confused and was so sweet to explain how it all worked. The base of the pops are so creamy and was the perfect treat on a hot day! They really did taste as good as they looked. The store is tiny with just a bit of space to stand and eat so we took ours to enjoy while walking the neighborhood. We tried 2 different flavors and did notice that the hazelnut melted significantly faster outside than the green tea.

Yelp
Charlotte, NC, is home to two black-owned Pop Bar franchise locations, both serving delicious sweet treats with natural ingredients and decadent toppings. I visited both locations (Camp North End and NoDa) and received excellent customer service. The Camp North End location is a food stall while the NoDa location is brick and mortar. The NoDa location has a fun, vibrant vibe, which makes it a perfect fit for the neighborhood. Yelp
We absolutely love this place! It's a must visit anytime we are passing through the Charlotte, North Carolina area. This time we were able to grab a couple of photos before we devoured are pops! You get to create your own pop, which is fun for the family. Parking is hard to find. The area is fun and full of on street vendors and sometimes music. The prices are great. Overall Score: 10/10 Location: Nice 8/10 Prices: Great 10/10 Food: Delicious 10/10 Highly Recommended!

Yelp
Not a "Popsicle" person but with the huge selection of flavors and toppings I found the perfect treat for me! I had a pineapple with white chocolate coating and it was delicious! Staff was super friendly and helpful. They also have Popbar hot cocoa made by melting a Popbar into hot steamed milk--so creamy really the perfect treat during the colder days!! I like to have one of both--got cold with the pop and then warm up with the cocoa to go! Highly recommend trying!

Yelp
Popbar in NoDa is always a must-go to spot for me whenever I'm in Charlotte. The service and the quality is consistently outstanding. From my visit a couple of days ago to exactly how I remembered it being 5 years ago, nothing has fell short of amazing. I love seeing them expand their offerings. It was nice to see them offer drinks with popping boba. I love how it's gelato on a stick, and you can customize it. They also have a sign with their most popular concoctions. My partner ordered their yogurt berry crunch which is the strawberry popGelato, half dipped in white chocolate with waffle cone topping. I ordered the chocolate fudge which is the chocolate popGelato, half dipped in dark chocolate, chocolate sprinkles, and milk chocolate drizzle. You have to love chocolate to appreciate mine. You can choose to enjoy the treat there, or you can take it to go. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area, and I'll definitely be back again.

Yelp
It's been a long while since I popped into this sweet staple in NODA...and again, I opted for the Green Tea Pop Gelato with Milk Chocolate Dippings, Drizzle, and Crunchy Nuts (Almonds?). As expected, Covid precautions were being taken, and service was great as usual. Since I've already gone into some details in prior reviews, I'll keep this review short. ...but I must say once again just how much I adore this hand-crafted treat! Truly YUMMY!!!

Crestin G.

Yelp
I haven't had a popsicle in a while. Probably due to them being more of a thing of my childhood. But once found this spot, popsicles are back in style for adults, lol

Jordan B.

Yelp
Popbar is a good place to get a refreshing treat! They have a variety of bars - some are your regular flavors and others are a mashup of different flavors. You have to try them out at least once! Staff is friendly and helpful, especially when you don't know what you want to choose. Gives an overview and options to choose from. You can also pick a variety of toppings for you bar.

Kaneka R.

Yelp
Very cool concept! Customizable popsicles made from gelato, sorbet & yogurt in a cute little shop in the NoDa neighborhood. You choose a pop, dip, top, enjoy! Shop had a very strange odor when I entered but was super cute. The employee gave a warm welcome and explained the process since it was my first visit. Great service! I went with a strawberry shortcake pop with dark chocolate and waffle cone toppings. It was yummy! I had originally requested the Hazelnut Biscotti but they were out if it even though it was listed on the menu. I absolutely dislike when you see something on a menu, place an order and then you're told they don't have it.

Makaela P.

Yelp
Stopped by to grab a customized popsicle from Pop Bar. I ended up ordering the chocolate fudge (a premade one) and my fiance got the strawberry sorbet with white chocolate and waffles crumble. Both were awesome! It's a great little snack during the summer months. Also I ordered the frozen strawberry lemonade and it was phenomenal. They use real strawberries in it and it's a foamy smoothie texture. It's very refreshing! I'm definitely coming back every time I come through Charlotte. Please come to Columbia, SC

Yelp
I've been wanting to come here since hearing about it and trying it at the year end Yelp event. We came to get dessert the other day after dinner. The concept is really cool. The pops are various flavors of gelato, yogurt, and sorbet. You can get them dipped in sauces and toppings. We got a birthday cake gelato pop dipped in white chocolate, rainbow sprinkles, and waffle cone. Our second pop was snicker doodle gelato dipped in white chocolate and waffle cone. Both pops were pretty good. They're a little on the pricey side, but I thought it was worth it to try. The one major problem I had and the reason I gave three stars instead of four is because of the cross contamination. I don't like chocolate. After they dip a pop, they immediately dip it in other sauces and toppings before it's dry. The white chocolate sauce had chocolate in it. Every dry topping had chocolate sauce in it. This seems to be kind of lazy to me. Not a good place to come if you have an allergy. Because everything was covered in chocolate, I probably won't be back. Overall, I do think it's a neat concept that's worth checking out and most people probably don't care about cross contamination.

Yelp
Took my family for a quick treat trip, I have to say in comparison to other similar places that I have been to this location is satisfactory for the most. For starters, parking was a complete nightmare, but once we made it to the front door the outside was pretty inviting and cute, inside was relatively clean and we did receive a great greeting but as we were deciding there was attitude the more we ordered (we ordered 4 pops and twice it was said aloud "oh you want another one?!") but we clearly came in as a group so I was unclear what the confusion was. When the pops (2 of them) were getting dipped it was extremely messy and had chunks in the toppings...not very slightly. Overall we paid a little more than I have at other nearby locations and felt less comfortable and satisfied with what we received...mostly stemming from the attitudes from both associates. What we ordered: 1: banana pop dipped in white chocolate topped with rainbow sprinkles. 2: hazelnut pop dipped in milk chocolate topped with chocolate cookie pieces 3: strawberry 4: passion fruit Taste: If you dont like the fresh fruit chunks and flavor this is your spot. The pops are definitely just frozen artificial juice tasting. Unfortunately we won't be back but the experience was nice.

Yelp
We were welcomed with a SMILE from the owner of Popbar!!! We let him know it was our first time visiting and he gave us a nice introduction and took time to tell us the background on the business he opened with his wife. They have two locations in Charlotte. The store was clean and he was sanitizing and sterilizing each station between customers. He even took out a moment to take our pictures. He thanked us for our support and let us know about his loyalty point system. You can earn FREE items after your purchases. We highly recommend this ice cream shop!!! Rated 5.0/5.0

Yelp
Tried this place out on a nice day walking in NODA! It was so good...my goodness! I will definitely go back to try other flavors. They were fast and the employees were super nice!

Yelp
Our visit was on a weekday an hour before the store closes and there was a line up to the front door. Very lucky we arrived when we did because the line only grew afterward. However, do not let that stop you the line moves quickly. We ordered the milk & cereal bar dipped in milk chocolate with pistachios and a vanilla caramel gelato shake. The bar itself was missing some of the cereal flavors but all together with the toppings, it was tasty. The shake was amazing and my favorite thing there so far. I will definitely order that on my next visit.

Nisha C.

Yelp
2nd time visiting Popbar and somehow, nothing appeals me more than the green tea bar. If I had a chance to sample each bar, then maybe I'd get a different flavor. But knowing that I'll be paying $4+ for this, I like to stick with what I love best. My bf and I ordered a green tea bar (again) with a dark chocolate dip. I added waffle cone toppings to mine with a white chocolate drizzle, and my bf added coconut toppings to his. Both of ours were delicious, and I would continue recommending to everyone I know! Only tip I have is to have some type of to-go cover. I wanted to so badly take this home and finish later since it's so filling, but couldn't because I was scared it would start melting in the car.

Bruce K.

Yelp
I was here a while back for the Yelp Elite event and this is the first time that I've been back to NoDa and looking for desserts. Popbar to the rescue. Speedy and friendly service from the young ladies behind the counter, Mrs. K. was just a little bit overwhelmed by the choices but we managed to settle on the hazelnut bar dipped in milk chocolate and with pistachios. She loved it. My bar? Banana with milk chocolate and peanuts. Yum! Definitely a great spot. The bars are very big. Plenty to enjoy here. Note that they melt quickly so make sure you have the "drip tray" thingie on the popsicle stick and plenty of napkins.

Kayla W.

Yelp
Popbar was one of the first places I ever tried when I moved to Charlotte a few years ago and I still love everything there! I recently tried the Red Velvet pop half dipped in chocolate and it was DELICIOUS! I love how you can customize any pop in any way that you want. This is the perfect place to take a picky eater! If you're looking for something different to gift someone for Valentine's Day they have some wonderful options like the Lover's variety pack which has 6 different pops or they even have chocolate covered strawberries and hot chocolate bombs! Also, the NoDa location is perfect to take pictures in front of!

Taryn R.

Yelp
Perfect summer snack! Although they are open year-round, so I suppose it's also a perfect Fall, Winter and Spring snack too! It's a pretty simple concept. Pick your pop -- they have fruit sorbettos or gelato -- have them dip it in a variety of sauces and toppings, then enjoy. On our most recent visit I went with the pistachio gelato pop, with a full dip in dark chocolate (you can get a half dip but seriously, why go half when you can go full??) coated in caramel corn then drizzled with caramel chocolate. Are you drooling yet? It was amazing! Pop Bar is conveniently located right in the heart of NoDa so after a few drinks or dinner in the neighborhood, be sure to stop by to top it all off with a delicious, gourmet, frozen treat!

Dayana V.

Yelp
Words cannot explain how good this is!!!!!! It's a cute gelato spot in an area filled with with good eats and drinks. You can be as creative as you want, the offer a wide variety of gelato flavors, chocolate dips and toppings. For $5 you can't beat it.

Anita W.

Yelp
Something different and unique. I got the GreenTea bar with nuts and coconut shaving, along with white and dark chocolate swirls. I'm a big GreenTea fan, so some people can't find the taste for it, but I love it! So many wonderful flavors to pick from, it was somewhat difficult! I do warn, this is not ice cream. It's handcrafted Gelato on a stick! You can add toppings like a regular ice cream bar, which is great! This only reason I'm giving this a three star is due to the price and customer service. I believe two bars cost little over $10 and I tipped... I love that it's different and I'm sure it's not cheap to make, but I just think that was a little much. Also, service wasn't welcoming or friendly as we came inside Seemed annoyed, maybe tired? She didn't try to help picking flavors or telling us about them, being our first time there. She even asked, "is this your first time." 'Me replying yes with no responds.

Krystal J.

Yelp
Oh Popbar, you know i love thee! I stopped by this spot twice in one weekend because it was sooo good. This is a genius idea: gelato on a stick and dip into your favorite toppings. I was sold as soon as i opened the door. My first time i got the pumpkin popbar and the second time I ordered the hazelnut popbar. Both were delicious and decadent. Also, the customer service was spectacular!! DJ is a gem! He was very friendly and helpful when i couldn't decide what to order. This is a must stop when I go to Charlotte!!

Patrice N.

Yelp
Cool little spot .... First time there . So different quite ingenious . Kids loved it .... Great customer service ..

Yelp
This little place in NoDa is SO COOL. Having recently moved to Charlotte, my girlfriend and I noticed the lines coming out of the store when we were here a few months ago searching for apartments. After our first trip to Popbar I'm very happy to say we are only a 5 minute walk from the place! Our first experience was on a Saturday night around 7 p.m. so we expected some crowd. There was a line in the store past the popbar counter, register, and on towards the back. We happily filed in to the back of the line where we had some time to check out the menu on our phones and talk about what we were going to get. The 15 minute or so line ensured we went back and forth a dozen times. There's different kinds of pops you can get, including gelato, sorbet, and a popwich (think an ice cream sandwich on a stick). It's fun because you can put together whatever combination of flavors you want! When we finally got to the front, it was an easy enough process letting the employees know what we wanted. My first ever Popbar was a cookies and cream popgelato that was fully dipped in milk chocolate and then covered with waffle cone. I could have gone MUCH bigger but figured since I live so close and will be back soon, I might as well keep it semi-tame on the first go-round. My popbar was soooo goooood. You could taste all the cookie pieces in the popgelato bar and that coupled with the chocolate and waffle cone made it amazing. My girlfriend got one of the popular choices, strawberry dipped in milk chocolate and drizzled with white chocolate. I had one bite of hers and the flavor hit me right in the face. I actually might have liked that one even more! If you're in NoDa and you've got some time to kill and are wanting a tasty (and semi-healthy) treat, THIS IS THE PLACE TO STOP. I can't wait to take some of my out of town friends here because I know they'll love it.

Hallie B.

Yelp
I was so happy to finally make it here. Cute little small shop. The gelato pop idea is so unique. They have flavor combos to help you out or you can customize your own however you want. I got a peanut butter pop with chocolate sprinkles and hazelnut it was pretty sweet which is expected. The combos are endless. I went around dinner time and some of the flavors weren't available anymore for the day. I probably would get a fruit flavored one next time they looked super good too. And shoutout to how beautiful they make them look! Worth a stop if you are in the NODA area. Aside from no seating currently because of COVID which I get , during a normal time just a couple of stools. So I would plan on walking or standing outside the store and eating it. Oh.. and they are black owned woop woop!

Julie S.

Yelp
All I have to say is I am glad I don't live in NoDa or else I would be at popbar every day! There's a screen that explains the process. Pick your pop and then your poppings-- full or half dip or simply a drizzle of chocolate. On a paper they feature popular combinations. I recommend chocolate fudge and adding caramel popcorn. The set up inside is simple with a seating area for 4. Everyone takes photos of their popbar, which you can tell is part of their business with a tv screen showing pics from their hashtag. The popbars are a bit pricey, but oh so yummy .

Carolyn L.

Yelp
The sugar devil was on my shoulder and we both went to heaven.. I'm in love.. walked in and I'm overwhelmed. Soo many options! (First world problems) I opted for a classic popwich with Pistachio and caramel drizzle.. how heavenly! I have alway been a big fan of ice cream sandwich so first time coming here. I figure it's best to stick with the classic.. the pistachio give it a nice crunch and the caramel drizzle tops it all off.. Customer service: 5/5 they will explain everything to you if you don't know what's going on. Very good ppl.. Concept: 5/5 awesome... provide a varieties of pops such as yogurts to gelato to good ole ice cream with endless topping and different type of drizzle. Space: 4/5 great. Clean but I walked it, not having a clear idea of what I'm suppose to do. Ppl just standing around chatting but not buying nor deciding. Price: 3/5 ! I treated my friend to a pop also. Total comes to $13. For that, it's a little pricey in my eyes. Not something you can buy often. Since I live far and Noda is not my usual hang out spot. I will have to put in extra effort to visit this place again. But it's definitely a must go place in my book. Thank goodness it's far. I would've been here every day!! With those price. I'll go broke!

A J.

Yelp
Love this place and the concept. 1st visit and there was a small line of several eager customers all excited to select a pop, toppings (unlimited toppings) a little extra drizzle of milk, white, caramel and dark chocolate. I had the chocolate pop, dipped in dark chocolate with half dipped pistachios on top and a drizzle of white chocolate. Yummy! Can't wait to come back with the kids and hubby

Dionah T.

Yelp
There is no other way to celebrate National Ice Cream month than by coming to Popbar! On a sunny Sunday afternoon, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! I brought my nieces here for ice cream and they were elated! After getting past the excitement of all the "colors" we were able to successfully navigate a flavor dipped in chocolate! I will say, I appreciated the patience and kindness of the staff. For 3 dipped vanilla popbars and 1 popbar sandwich the total was about $24, not too pricey for putting smiles on my little ladies' faces. Parking is typical for NoDa...first come, first serve street parking is best. But if you catch the Lynx to 36th Street stop then just walk on over! Either way, you're bound to see me there.

DrDamini S.

Yelp
I am an all-time ice-cream fan. I love trying different options and varieties in ice cream. When I was in Charlotte, I searched for an icecream place and found this one. They offered so many cool options. I ordered the pistachio flavor and I must say I was very happy. So glad they're able to work in Covid.

Amanda G.

Yelp
SO CUTE! This is one of those places where it is ultra expensive for what it is - a popsicle. I know, I know, it's NOT a "popsicle" - it's better. But let's call it that for what it is. That being said, was I satisfied in paying $10 for two popsicles? Heck. Yes. It was such a cute store, you can customize your pop, and it was absolutely delicious. I would actually recommend not going when it's too sunny outside, as they will melt quickly, and if you want to take an instagram picture, don't take too long ;) Next time I'm in NoDa, I will 100% come back!

Mike M.

Yelp
These popsicles are amazing ! The berry flavor was so good I felt like I was eating fresh ripe berries. The vanilla with coconut and pistachios was crazy delicious. I will be back.

Kara P.

Yelp
I am low key obsessed with the Popbar! It's such a fun, and unique, place here in Charlotte! The pops are amazing, and I hear the shakes are too! It has an awesome location in a trendy area, and taking a picture in front of the purple building has become iconic. I also love that they have a rewards program- because who doesn't like free pops?! Popbar is a MUST if you're in Charlotte!

Jenn K.

Yelp
I've loved this place since I lived in NYC! So I was more than excited to see a pop bar in Noda! $5 a pop (literally) -- but let it be your guilty pleasure. I have to stop by every time I'm in the area. Choose your flavored pop, dip it in white/milk/or dark chocolate, and pistachios/almonds/hazelnuts/peanuts. Then take a bite into something you've never had before!! (you can also have different nuts on each side) You should know: * no seating * this is a grab & go treat

Megan J.

Yelp
This is a dangerous place to discover because it's just that good. Do popsicles sound lackluster to you? Don't fear, a lot of their popsicles are gelato. That means it tastes just like delicious gelato but shaped like a popsicle. You get in there and pick a flavor of pop. Then you pick what liquid shell you want it dipped into, then which toppings you want that dipped into. I got a chocolate pop with dark Chocolate dipping and half choc sprinkles half waffle cone bits. YUM! My mom got some other combo that she also loved. Plus the pops are legit pretty and perfect to take a pic of! Highly recommend.

Stephany M.

Yelp
I love the pop ! They best place when is hot outside and you need a cool off . You can pick from their delish flavors and dip your pop in a variety of toppings . Great place for kids or a date night .

Cali A.

Yelp
Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!! Yummy Cool treat even in winter I got strawberry yogurt, white chocolate, caramel chocolate, coconut, almonds, pistachio it all came to $7 including tip so keep that in mind I Just wish they had some more unique flavors and variety Super fun place!! If you like this place check out Mateos Ice Cream and Fruit bars in Los Angeles DELICIOUS

Tyler M.

Yelp
What a unique experience! I thought all the areas of dessert were covered until I heard about Popbar. My wife and I tried it and instantly fell in love! We got 2 pops for about $11-12. Mine was the Coffee pop, dipped in Milk Chocolate, drizzled with white chocolate, and covered in Waffle Cone (I'll rate this an 8/10). The Coffee pop was not as sweet as my wife's almond pop, but that's to be expected. It was really flavorful with this particular combination, and it was nice and crunchy on the outside. I would highly recommend it! This combination was actually a suggestion from one of the workers. They could tell we were first-timers and chimed right in with suggestions. The process was pretty quick, and we were given cardboard sleeves under our pops to help with the melting. Although I ended up getting coffee colored drops all over my light colored clothing (don't tip your pop too much while biting), this was a great trip. I can't wait to get back here and try some new flavors!

Kate T.

Yelp
As other reviews say, the perfect spot for an afternoon treat! Popbar is a unique experience for ice cream or sorbet popsicle lovers. Choose your popsicle flavor from a variety of options, choose your dip and add any specialties you'd like. So, let me break it down. Flavors of Popsicles range from Chocolate, Vanilla to Sorbets. Dips include Chocolate, Dark Chocolate and White Chocolate...my favorite. Speciality items include crushed Pistachios and Peanuts among so many more! Service is always on point and every Popbar I've had makes me wanting more. A definite spot to check out next time your in NoDa!

Yelp
The first store was launched in NYC's west village in 2010 and I was happy to see one in NoDa! If you've never been to Popbar, expect fun ice cream on a stick. Pick your base: gelato $4.49, yogurt $4.49 or sorbet $3.99. You can dip your bar into melted chocolate either whole or half ($.50 for unlimited): caramel, mint, white, dark, or milk. You can then add unlimited toppings ($.50) that range from sprinkles to cinnamon pretzel. Staff are super friendly and are more than happy to give recommendations.

Yelp
Smart idea and very tasty. I came in on a Friday afternoon it wasn't too packed. Staff were friendly and explained the process to us. You pick your popsicle and you can get it dipped the topped with treats. All natural ingredients! The place was spotless. It was clean despite the consistent line on rotation. It's small but a good size to get in and out. I got a strawberry yogurt pop dipped in white chocolate and waffle cone. It was good. I will return and recommend. It's worth the trip to Noda if you sent from the area and if you are you have a pretty sweet spot I wish was near me.

Yelp
The concept is fun. The flavors & varieties are great. The staff we interacted with were nice & had a sense of humor. They explained all the options even though once you see the options you can figure it out. It's a fun little experience for date night and/or family time once you get out of your head that you are paying $6 for a popsicle. Just 1 popsicle with a topping or 2. People say that you can't put a price on experience... lies. lol Even my 10 y/o son said "why did we pay this amount of money for something we could have did at home for half the cost?" My response was "concept + convenience". His response was "= rip-off". I asked him would he go back & he said YES! And I would too. And so should you!! Forgot to mention that wife & I went on a Saturday evening & then went back the next day w/ the family. So the prices aren't a big deal but had to be mentioned. I'm getting a shake next time.

Yelp
Love this little gem of NoDa!! Not only is it cute on the outside with it's inviting, cute, purple brick... but it's just as cute on the inside with its POP of deliciousness! There are several different bar flavors (strawberry, vanilla, blueberry, pistachio and coconut to name a few) and types (popgelato, popsorbetto, yougurtpop). Eat it plain or add some toppings... first have it dipped, 1/2 dipped, drizzled or all three!! They have everything from white to dark chocolate so get ready for that pop of chocolatey explosion! Then they have several other "toppings" to layer on top or underneath the chocolate... coconut, chocolate chips, chocolate sprinkles, almonds, etc... "Flavor Layer" is what I like to call it and Popbar has it down! Although they are just starting out and there aren't a crazy amount of options for toppings... I'm sure lots is still to come with the suggestions and compliments of their customers! Colored sprinkles, Oreo crunch, "flavored chocolate of the month," etc... I'm sure are on the horizon. But for now they've kept it simply complex and delicious, only more good things to come!! Get down to Popbar and flavor layer your favorite Popbar today!
