Understanding that you're in business to make money, of course.But the portion size was already small and now your prices have increased. To top it all off, the consumer pays a 4% add-on charge
for the processing fee of your payment system. In another review, you stated that you were working on this, but it's been several months and it remains. I could even understand if
like some businesses, you had a cash option. The consumer saves money by paying cash but if they want to use a card, you charge the fee. However, you are cashless, so we have no choice. It almost seems like punishment because of a decision you made to go cashless. I do I understand some businesses are starting to go cashless, especially a small business. Less to deal with but again, that's not fair to the consumer. That's your business decision. I think this fee ought to be done away with. Or you should have kept your prices the way they were since you're charging a fee AND the portions are small. At the very least, you could have a special one day a week. The young clerks that are in there have always been nice. But whenever the owner passes through, there's not a nod, an acknowledgment or even a smile. In the past, there's been several flavors that I liked and purchase. But I can't keep purchasing multiple flavors, with increased pricing and fees.
