Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I really love their Tuesday special deal; however, I’ve been feeling disappointed with the quality lately. It seems that the portions have become much smaller than before, and the flavor just isn’t the same. It’s hard to believe that they would serve such small pieces, especially when they consist mostly of skin and flour. Here is my recipe as requested. I appreciate your prompt and professional response.

This was the best chicken I’ve had recently! The meat was white, juicy, and had no unpleasant smell. It was cooked perfectly—no red spots and just the right level of doneness. As for the service, I’m not sure since there was no staff at the counter, only a self-service kiosk.

My food was pretty good. Hot & didn't take long. Line wasn't busy.

Worse service ever. I went in trying to claim the T-Mobile 3 pieces chicken tenders deal. First they said I have order on the kiok. And when I ask them, how to redeem the code. The cashier said I have to download the Popeyes app and order on there. After I order on the app I pay $1.08. They charge my card, and the peoples there said my order is not in the system and refuse to give me, my order. I show my order receipt and that I was at the right location and that they took that money out of my account already. They still refuse to give me my order saying that my order is not in the system. I waste my whole 30 minutes lunch, just for them to tell me last minute that my order is not in the system so they can't give me my order.

I’m not sure what happened to the previous store manager, an Asian American man who seemed to maintain excellent customer service with his employees. In contrast, the new manager appears to be more focused on expediting orders rather than providing good customer service.

Haven’t had Popeyes in years and was craving a biscuit, but to my disappointment the tenders were hard and stringy as hell. Little chicken all breading. And it was my first time trying the Mac and cheese. It did not look appetizing. The cheese was clumping up weird and it had a strong tap water after taste. Very disappointed. The biscuit was good at least. Won’t be back for chicken that’s for sure.

Just drove through the drive thru to the most unfriendly person EVER !! She practically threw my bag of food at me. I definitely won’t be back. Order #604 at 8:45 pm Saturday the 8th. Guess she’s having a bad day and taking it out on customers. Very RUDE !!

Amazing location staff were very welcoming food tasted fantastic only issues is the day old mac n chese it was very goupy and old tasted like burn plastic not appealing wish they would serve us freshly made mac but other then that it was a overall okay experience
