So, the brilliant operational management at Popeyes (at least the one in Bartlett) does not allow you to come into the restaurant to order food. That's not new- many fast food restaurants still do this since covid. It's lazy- they don't have to have as mush staff and they don't have to keep the restaurant clean. Though aggravating, the work around for the customer at least is that you can order on line and pick up. That's cool right? Well, NOT IF THEY DON'T LET YOU IN THE RESTAURANT AND YOU STILL HAVE TO SIT IN THE DRIVE THRU TO PICK UP YOUR FOOD!!!!! ANNNNND, if you say, just refund my money ( because if you order online, you have to pay at the time you order right?!) they tell you, they can't refund at the store because you paid on line, so that's how you have to get your money back! So, now you have to sit in the line or be further aggravated by spending weeks getting your money back if you leave AND you still wouldn't have any food
Who thought this was a good idea or good business?? And when we tried to ask about the process, the "manager" told us to "get our asses back in line and that he had called the police" I will be visiting this location on Monday to talk with management. The level of customer service in this city is Abysmal at any place other than the highest of establishments!
