Ok I gotta agree with other reviewers, this place is horrible. Staff is slow, food is available, but staff just moves slow as molasses. Everything is out of reach, supplies for customers are never handy, staff is rude, speakers inside never works, CC machine is always out of wack, only one person manages the order, so everybody is waiting on that one person to make the orders, for drive thru and inside. most staff is just moving around barely doing anything, kitchen area is always filthy no matter what time I go in. Store was open an hour and a half, and chicken was not available. Doors were locked, no one taking orders at drive thru window even though they were open. Staff is just lazy and obviously management doesn't care. Orders are usually wrong and items missing, you have to ask for every little thing, utensils, napkins, sauces, cups for ur drink even though they just took ur order, this place needs to be closed down and just start over with new management and staff. Customers inside are always waiting on orders even when not that busy. People always complain about wait times when ordering, it has become the running joke inside and staff really doesn't care, seek better location for better service. Oh yeah parking lot is small and usually flooded after a rain. Inside is dirty, and homeless hang out sometimes inside.
