I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru just to find out that they were out of some food. Then they gave me the wrong items and missing items! Had to get that straightened out just to get home to find out that I had a piece of chicken missing out of each one of my Three 4 piece meals! Just sad smh! The Grand River near Southfield location sucks !!!

Well I ordered the 6 pc ghost pepper wings. They were just not appealing and they were tasteless and nasty. The mango lemonade was good at first and left a nasty aftertaste. The employee at the window also was a bit rude and unfriendly. I got around the corner and realized they missed an item and had to come back around and get it. She wasn’t so happy when I got back. My sister said her mash potatoes were good though. My Mac and cheese was just gush and glob. Zero stars. And no Biscuits were in my bag

Im a very polite and patient customer I waitress so I understand you can be busy at times however, after waiting 10 minutes for my order to be taken the gentlemen was extremely rude and told me to “calm down” and told me he coudnt take my order due and walked away so I had to place my order online and only then did he respond to me when I asked for the gravy on the side. what kind of customer service is that. I’m very disappointed and will not be back my siblings like to order from here for large orders and I was spending near $100 and I waited 30 minutes and they didn’t even start my order and now it’s been anotejr 10 minutes since I reminded him about my order I’m beyond upset

I went in thru the drive in window Sunday Father’s Day. The young man at the window appeared to be slow. I tried ordering several Items. He replied rudely “We ant got that no-mo”. Finally l said why don’t you remove it from the order board. That’s when l should have left. The frozen lemon aid great! The ghost sandwich great the chicken fried to hard, yet rare on the inside ok. The biscuit’s were rock hard.

I didnt even want to give this location ONE damn star! This place needs immediate closing. First, For remodeling in and outside. Speaking of remodeling, the picture that is on the website. Is Fake, Falsely and misleading!!!!! Secondly, retrain employees! From, their sales approach, attire, food handling and cleanness. My experience just with this location alone. I think 🤔 I can really STOP 🛑 paying my hard earn income on businesses who allow this kind of treatment to take place.

Chicken hard as a rock!! Almost broke my damn tooth trying to bite into the chicken! No honey for biscuits! Bathroom was filthy! Had chicken piled up to the ceiling at closing time. Why would they even make new chicken right? Definitely will Never go back here! Gross!! They need negative stars! They NEEED to get it together! Smh

If you do door dash or Uber eats do not accept orders from this Popeyes!! I waited 40 minutes for an order the workers were very slow and unprofessional. Absolutely disgusting atmosphere. Stay far away trust me!

Just no, didn't go back, but raw chicken after super long wait in drive through was plenty, we deserve safe, clean chicken, and a store that serves and has condiments. Just sad
