Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I swore I wouldn't be back, but I really wanted to try the new hot ones collab. Sandwich was soggy, bun was folded in half and couldn't be fixed. Ordered boneless, got bone in. Was missing the sauces. I stayed at the window and no one came back. They really ignored me. I'll stick with chick fila. They are always good, fresh and no matter how many sauces you order they always give them to you and they are friendly. Popeyes has become a dumpster fire. Al Copeland should be rolling mad in his grave.

We went on a saturday. There was not a lot of People but we have to wait like 5 minutes to order We order large combo of the regular sándwich, my friend with rice & bean and cajun fries and myself with cajun fries and mashed potatoes The flavor is very good The place was clean

I was excited to try the sweet b’ spicy wings, but I was left disappointed. The wings were not hot (temperature) and barely had any sauce on them. I’ll try them again because the little sauce I had tasted good. I’ll just go to another location.

Overall good service, sometimes forgets a side, the place could use a little renovation. The guy in front of me in the drive-thru turned the corner a little too hard and a piece of metal sticking out of the ground popped his tire. He pulled to the side to change it. He didn’t say anything but I did let the person at the window know what happened.

Wouldn't have been so bad if one of the top crew members or manager wouldn't have been on her cell phone, instead of conducting business.

Horrible food was cold and chicken was hard my senior citizen grandpa couldn’t even eat it you gotta say well done no matter what time of day it is waste on $25

Typical popeyes with a slow drive through. Service is sub optimal and price is a little high. Normally fast food is decently, That may not necessarily be the case here. I still like the red beans and its usually the better then most places. Any c+ could be better with better and faster service

I don't often eat "fast food," but my friends wanted spicy chicken, popcorn shrimp, mashed potatoes with gravy, French fries, and coleslaw. I ordered online through Grubhub. Everything I was ready when I arrived, and the server was friendly. The chicken, shrimp, and fries were crispy, not greasy. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes were pretty tasty. The experience was better than I expected.

I ordered lunch for myself and my son, I wanted the butterfly shrimp and 2 pc tenders, they delivered a box of popcorn and 1 tender. I called the restaurant trying to find out about my wrong order and the RUDE girl starts saying mamn, we don't carry that, I don't know what to tell you. I'm trying to tell her that item was printed on my receipt and I don't like popcorn shrimp or I would have ordered it, so she hangs up the phone on me, I call back and she hangs up again...very nice :( I would never order from this location again, Ms Rudeness.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Popeyes, thanks to Helen and her incredible team! From the moment I walked in, Helen greeted me with kindness and a warm smile, making me feel truly valued as a customer. Not only was the food fresh, hot, and delicious, but the service was top-notch. Helen went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, checking in with customers and making sure orders were accurate and timely. What stood out the most was her genuine care for both customers and her staff!!! she led with encouragement and positivity, creating an atmosphere that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. It's rare to find such exceptional service and leadership in fast food, but Helen makes it look effortless. Thank you, Helen, for making my visit to Popeyes so fantastic I'll definitely be back! Actually today lol If you're looking for great food and outstanding customer service, this location is the place to go!

This Popeyes is not great. Every time I go I'm missing something in my order or it takes 20+ minutes for fast food. Years ago a worker threw a drink at my friend's car in the drive thru because she wanted coke not diet. I hate this Popeyes, but it's the closest to my house and the food is good if they can manage to get your order right.

i never received my food i've been waiting for two hours for my sons food this is beyond ridiculous

Super awkward lot that it is located on. Made it hard to enter at all and definitely to enter the drive through. Staff was a bit short (not in height, in conversation). My food was fresh and hot.

Staff had the main dining room closed despite signs saying "dining room is open". They didn't explain why and were forcing orders to go to the drive through so they didn't have to clean the main dining area.

This is by far the best chicken sandwich! I truly hope Popeyes keep this item on the menu. I am a true Chick File lover but this Popeyes done changed the game. The chicken breast had a great crunch from the batter and very juicy. The bread was sweet and soft, with three big buttery pickles. I've been twice in two days .

On New Year's Day I understand closing early But when a business has the posted time they are closing. But the on duty manager close 30 minutes early. An when you ask the manager they have a nasty attitude an give you the peace sign an laugh. I ordered on the Popeyes app an had to wait an get a refund.

GALE IS AMAZING, she is very patient and very accommodating. i've been to this location many times and have never encountered someone as nice as Gale. 10 out of 10; she is an absolute angel.

Great fast and friendly service. One of the best Popeyes's we been too and it's been a lot throughout the country!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone that visit New Orleans

Wow that chicken sandwich is amazing! The service was super slow and my chicken sandwich came with two bottom buns. I just let it go because they were super busy because of the chicken sandwich craze.

Always forgets my additional biscuit. Also, you might want to screen your drive thru people. I understand that this is only fast food and it's not Cane's but maybe trying to be a little more polite. I'm not taking about sending them to charm school but maybe be more courteous and watch the tone.

Chose this location to grab a bite on our way back to the hotel from NO. The lady at the drive-thru was nice. There were two cars idled waiting for their orders, but we were all served quickly (less than 10 minutes). The location loses a star because our chicken wasn't hot - just kinda warm - once we reached our hotel (less than 3 minutes away).

Seems like this location only takes cash now. This has been the case for me my last 3 visits so if you only have cards on you don't waste your time.

There's a reason why this is called the "best" of all the Popeyes in the city and why Eastbankers will travel all the way to the Westside, in order to come to this one. The chicken here is always consistently fresh and hot. I wouldn't say that it's cooked to order, but it's darn close. The chicken just seems crispier here, than at other Popeyes.

Came in a lunch hour rush and was served quickly and the cashier and staff were all very friendly. Freshest biscuits I have in years and Cajun rice was on point. Fried chicken was solid as always. Definitely will come back when I'm on the westbank and in the mood for chicken!

This shop has bad customer service. Came in last night to order some chicken for a get together. Asked the drive thru for the biggest chicken only deal and she says 11 pc for 13 dollars. I asked again, is that the biggest size you have ? She adroitly said that is all I have and come inside the restaurant to order. I park went in and saw a line of 8-9 people and I turned around and walked out

You never know what you're going to get at this location. Sometimes service is fantastic.. then there's times when it's just plain horrible! My orders seem to always get messed up and I have to park and go inside. Then the people who don't feel like working that day get upset with me because I want what I paid for. By the time everything is correct, everything else I received is cold. Today, I watched them place tenders they mistakingly gave to me in drive thru back with the other tenders and swap it out for my chicken. This was about 10 minutes after I received them and came from outside to get my order corrected. Hmmm idk but this location has to do better.

Ordered 16 pieces family meal. Was asked to pull up. And before we pulled up I asked if "she can give me 8 plates and ketchup please. " she said ok. I should have checked but didn't.. got back to hotel.. not only where there no plates and no ketchup. They ONLY gave me 12 pieces. I checked my reciept to make sure she got 16... it sure does say 16 but I didn't get 16.

i came here over100 times. and this the 100 time they mess up my order. not once they get it right. pleaseyall need new management

This place is not police friendly. They are rude to police, they had an attitude. I was courteous and nice (like i always am with the public) then when i get my food it was terrible. The mash potatos had almost no gravy, i was actually shocked at there attitude that i immediately called the Popeyes hotline. This was about a year ago. Don't know if it changed cause i never went back.

I think it's interesting to see the reviews from 2011 and 2012 were favorable for this location. Just goes to show you that something has clearly gone wrong here (management wise) because everything has gone downhill.

Okay, so this is my most favoritist Popeye's ever, and the only location I would probably give 5 stars. I don't know why every time I stop here I get the chicken fresh out of the fryer, and I swear they do something different to their chicken versus all of the other locations. They always my Mississippi Mud cake and strwberry Fanta, which is very important. I always have good staff at the counter, too. The inside is always clean and is in good shape. Now I really just want to hop in the car and go across the bridge to get some!

I had never been to a Popeyes (I know, what was I thinking?) but this was some legitimately good fast food. The staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly and was definitely fresh. Convenient if you're staying at the Gretna Quality Inn. For an out-of-towner, this was a great place to stop by for a quick meal.

this was really dissappointing i ordered a 2 piece leg dinner and only got 2 small pieces of chicken wasn't even really crispy will never go here again wasted my money
