Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This has been one of the worst locations I been to!!! People who take orders don't understand English I repeated my order three times!!!?? And still didn't get it correctly. I had 800 pts on my app to redeem a 6 wings. The lady was rude telling me is not going through rude manager steps in and says oh is only for online orders!???? Like really I've redeem points at other Popeyes. Staff needs to be trained on how to do this!!?? I asked for a cup water they didn't even give it to me... PLEASE check this location out, they're very unprofessional and don't know what they're doing !!! What's the point of the app if I can't redeem??????????

I understand that there might be a food shortage I guess the size of chicken wings has drastically gotten smaller you got to do better Popeyes don't think I'll be dying out at any of you all locations

Ordered blackened chicken strips, service was good, everything looked clean people were friendly. The food took awhile to be made which is fine ( I don’t care about the wait time as long as it’s fresh and clean food which it definitely was) I didn’t complain at all, the people working were so kind to scoop a bit heavier on the fries for the wait I think even tho I didn’t say nothing so that shows good customer care which is why I write this review. Solid Popeyes 💪

I arrived at this location. Placed my order through the drive-thru with a customer in front of me and three behind me as approaching to the window. They repeated my order to me and then asked for me to pay for my food I pay for my food and asked me to pull up. I pulled up and parked behind the customer that was in front of me that was already waiting. They took the next person order behind me and then one of the workers came out and asked me to move my vehicle and park in the lot as they did to the other three customers behind me. I don't understand what was the reason for everybody parking in the lot but once they brought me my order about 5 to 7 minutes later I proceeded to check my order I noticed my chicken was old and my french fries that I ordered was in a separate bag which not was very many. I waved the worker down and asked about my food. He first told me that the chicken was fresh. Then I asked about the fries. He advised if I didn't like the fries and I wanted more I would either have to pay for a new fry. I refuse to pay for another fry after receiving my order that come with a fry. I asked to speak to a manager. He said he was the manager. This place is very unprofessional. I would never ever return here again and I'm not sure that I'll probably eat Popeyes ever again

Got the 24$family bundle and all the food was cold. Chicken was warm but the fries were cold and tasted like they've been sitting in the heater for quite some time. They only gave me 1 barbecue and 3 ketchup. And since when did they stop giving honey packets for the biscuits ??? I asked for some ans they gave me TWO with FOUR biscuits in my bag. Horrible service

Went like around 9:40 pm. And they all ignore us, except one guy. That one guy was telling the front staff that they had to take care of us. By the time that guy told the othera that they had to take care of us, it was too late for us and they took so long to even address us. I will no longer to to this Popeyes ever again even if it's closer to my house. This Popeyes deserves a zero star.

This is the best Popeyes that I order from I order thur door dash and when I call them to change something on my order and they give great Customer service.. great work staff at this location.

The manager Alberto on the crew was doing great Job with the Cashier Pyi they both great team and quick service else the food taste fresh and hot I can give more them 5 star because I can’t but if is possible give 10 star
