Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The last 4 times I've come here and tried to order a meal with shrimp, they keep telling their out of all the shrimp, both butterfly and popcorn shrimp, I find that hard to believe 12/28/25. They just don't want to cook it. I will eventually talk to the manager to get this rectified. Y'all are loosing money, I took my business somewhere else every time. Most of the time the food is fresh, if you can get it.

This restaurant for being Sunday I thought I was going to be in and out quick instead we had to wait almost an hour just to get 3 pieces of chicken! Through drive through they told us to park and wait for our order! After a good 40 minutes I decided to go inside and see what was going on, there was more dine in customers waiting for their food patiently I had to ask the manager how much more time did I had to wait for 3 pieces of chicken! So by the time she got my order another 15 minutes has just passed, this is very, ridiculous almost an hour just for 3 pieces of chicken! 😡😡😤

Popeye's be like, "Here's one of your tenders from the 5 pc meal. That'll be $14.79."

The service when you speak Spanish is terrible. I went in person, and when you ask for service in Spanish, it's awful, even though all the employees are bilingual or Hispanic. When I arrived, one employee told me that the person taking my order didn't speak Spanish, but she was referring to another employee. I really didn't like the service. Placing an order in Spanish is truly frustrating, and the employees are all Hispanic. I didn't like that location at all; it was my first and last time shopping there.

The old lady completely ignore customers who come first and serve others. Took them 50 mins to get my order. I have seen a lady that tell them not to give her plastic bag so she can go and a gentleman been there over an hour waiting for his order. Popeyes is good just don't come to this place

Horrible customer service. I placed the order through the app, but they claim that they never received it, even though I showed them my confirmation email showing i was at the correct place. They couldn't even help me out in still making order. Never coming back to Popeyes due to their lack of help. Don't come here unless you want Popeyes to steal your money.

This has been one of the worst locations I been to!!! People who take orders don't understand English I repeated my order three times!!!?? And still didn't get it correctly. I had 800 pts on my app to redeem a 6 wings. The lady was rude telling me is not going through rude manager steps in and says oh is only for online orders!???? Like really I've redeem points at other Popeyes. Staff needs to be trained on how to do this!!?? I asked for a cup water they didn't even give it to me... PLEASE check this location out, they're very unprofessional and don't know what they're doing !!! What's the point of the app if I can't redeem??????????

11/6 7:15p made me pull up and wait just to be served a old ssa chicken breast on my sandwich no spoon for my beans and rice! Do better!

I ordered some chicken here, enticed by the free wings after spending at least $15, and it was Friday night, so why not. When I walked in, I noticed that the restaurant was unusually clean. Standing at the counter I was greeted and I could see into the kitchen that it was clean, except for one napkin that floated onto the floor. My food was fresh and hot, my order was correct and the wings were delicious. Everything was delicious actually. This location is closest to my house and I will definitely be back now that I know what to expect. Definitely recommend!

I didn't know there's a Popeyes Chicken on Harwin and Beltway. I only found it when my friend craved for fried chicken around midnight and the one in Chinatown was closed. We came here for some tasty fried chicken and of course the dining room was closed at 10pm. Eating in my car is prohibited, eating fried chicken has to be on the dining table. After downloaded the app and ordered some food, I kept getting emails about preorder Cajun Turkey for $59.99. But it has to pick up at this location. I was very tempted. But after some researching, it contains lots of sodium. Of course, all Cajun food has seasoning and salt. I'm not going to jeopardize my health. Therefore, I choose to eat no turkey this year. Last night I came back to get the Tuesday special 2 piece for $2.99 and a cinnamon apple pie. Everything I got was lukewarm, including the pie filling. Oh, that's not good. The chicken came out of generic brown paper box. That was odd. What could be worse? My order came with 3 packs of ketchup and 2 packs of Louisiana hot sauce. Come on, it's not like I got a family meal. Or, they expect me to put hot sauce on the apple pie. Hilarious.

First I went Saturday 12/13/25.I asked is it fresh the guy behind the counter say" she's going to drop some and it'll be 15 minutes" I said ok I'll wait I Didn't want Spicy.i go outside and come back in and the have my food ready 5 minutes later I asked is it spicy( because it hadn't been 15 minutes." No" so I get it home and guess what? Not only is it spicy but it's old and dried out. So dry I couldn't eat it.So the girl lied to me.The guy that told me the honest answer he just was quiet because he had just told me they didn't have any mild.So this was the first time I have NEVER been to the location Popeyes. So she lied I did not get what I paid for plus it was dry I threw it away.10.00 in the fricken trash.i will never come back and you probably don't care.but I'll make sure I tell all my friends that even though you ask for something you won't get it and your chicken is way over cooked.

This Popeyes opened not too long ago down the street from my house. I haven't been to a Popeyes in years. Recently some coupons showed up in my mailbox. Today the stars aligned and I actually gave it a try. Very clean, but also empty inside. Seems like most people were getting their food drive-thru. I took mine to go. Three spicy chicken tenders, a biscuit, and cajun fries for like $6. I like how the fries have a flavor, but it would be nice if they had a bit more. The spicy tenders are mild spicy, and work well with the wild honey mustard sauce they gave me. Two were a fair size, the third was a little skinny. The biscuit is a nice touch. The credit card reader wasn't working on the first machine so they had to ring up my order a second time. 30-second delay but not an issue since the place was empty. It's average fast food. It made for a solid, quick affordable lunch. It's normally $10 for a combo. At that price I probably would go elsewhere. With the coupon I might give it another go.

Upon arrival through the drive-through I attempted to use a coupon that would be five pieces. But due the pieces being the choice of their. I specifically attempted to switch it off of the coupon to a signature chicken combo specifically requesting for only thighs. I wasn't informed it that they couldn't only do thighs, I received parts of the chicken that was personally not edible. Such as breast, which is absolutely dry and wings, which had nothing but bone and skin. I drove back and complain towards the Manager only to be charged again for additional four piece. I would not absolutely recommend this location to anyone. It would be nice to be more thorough on your explanations as to the signature combo doesn't allow the clients to choose their parts.
