These workers really need to understand the meaning of customer service. I don’t understand what all the rudeness, the attitude, the rushing and fast talking be about. I don’t understand why as a customer I’m being treated poorly because of how you feel in the moment that has absolutely nothing to do with me, whether you’re overwhelmed from the work itself or your personal life, no customer deserves that type of energy. You never know who you’re entertaining when people come through your drive-through or through your lobby to order food, please keep that in mind!!!!
