I visited this location on a Tuesday around 10 PM and had a terrible experience. I waited at the drive-thru speaker for about 15 minutes without anyone greet me or answer me. Eventually, I pulled up to the window and asked to place an order. The worker who responded was noticeably rude and told me to park up front and will bring out my food.
I waited over 30 minutes with only one other car ahead of me. During that time, I saw one employee just sitting around. After that, I pulled back up to the window, it was clearly that they haven’t even start doing my order, they were just chilling and chatting. She only began making it—very slowly, involuntarily—after seeing me again.
This is actually my second visit to this location. The first time, it was also slow and rude, but not as bad as this time where the workers are not working and wasted our time. I tried to give this place a second chance, turns out it’s not worth it and I regret to do so. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Totally wasted my time. I won’t be returning to this location.
