Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

If I could give a zero or a -10, I would. I was charged way over what it said on the board. When I asked about it, the guy behind the counter argued with me. He seemed angry, and all I wanted was for him to listen. The order was messed up, and the picture tells the story about the gross mac & cheese. I will never return to this Popeyes restaurant.

I’ve been eating at Popeyes for over 30 years now and even worked at one when I was in high school but this Popeyes on 82nd is the best in the world hands down! I don’t know how they do it but the mashed potatoes and gravy taste way too good, the chicken tenders at this location are always cooked to perfection. I usually only go to this location for dinner but they haven’t missed once. The staff is super friendly and the food comes out fast. They are magicians in the kitchen! When I go to other locations they always ask me to pull around front and I end up waiting for 20 minutes for some mid food but this location has my order ready at the window in just a few minutes. This needs to be the example for every other Popeyes!

Visited this location at 5:50 pm. The gal working was very rude and told me there was no dark meat available that I would have to wait 14 mins. She then told me they only had white meat, I said that’s fine… then she proceed to charge me 9 dollars more because they didn’t have their crap together & have food read at dinner time ! I will no longer support this business, save your money and go somewhere where the staff is happy to see you and they have food ready at “dinner time”! This has happened several times w/food being available at this location ! Poor management breeds poor employees ! No, they were not busy. !

Hello I came with my family tonight. We haven't been to this Popeyes in about 4 months. We decided to give you guys another try tonight and I definitely got to say we will be coming back the food is fresh the customer service was phenomenal and everyone was very friendly. Definitely can see that new management has taken over.

Walked in to dine in and it's ridiculously hot. It's texas summer and we're running errands and we can't even sit and have a meal comfortably. Needless to say we ended up not ordering and left. I can only imagine how the workers feel in the kitchen. As a multi million dollar company do better take care of your store and employees.

I wish I had gotten her name but I picked up my order through the drive thru and she saw I had my service dog with me and gave him his own chicken tenders. He absolutely loves those. Thank you for being so thoughtful.

I spent over $20 for a 2 piece meal and a 4 wings meal. The chicken was the smallest, thinest, driest chicken thigh and drumstick I’ve EVER seen. It was inedible. The red beans and rice were the smallest portion I’ve ever been served and were lukewarm. I didn’t eat them either. My granddaughters wings were dried out and lukewarm. The burnt dried out object is a Strawberry Biscuit. I bought 2 of them. They couldn’t be eaten either. Hands down this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a Popeyes.

It was pretty empty so ordered quick food was ready before I could even get my drink filled. The checking was tender and just spicy enough to have a bite.
