Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

If I could give a zero or a -10, I would. I was charged way over what it said on the board. When I asked about it, the guy behind the counter argued with me. He seemed angry, and all I wanted was for him to listen. The order was messed up, and the picture tells the story about the gross mac & cheese. I will never return to this Popeyes restaurant.

Visited this location at 5:50 pm. The gal working was very rude and told me there was no dark meat available that I would have to wait 14 mins. She then told me they only had white meat, I said that’s fine… then she proceed to charge me 9 dollars more because they didn’t have their crap together & have food read at dinner time ! I will no longer support this business, save your money and go somewhere where the staff is happy to see you and they have food ready at “dinner time”! This has happened several times w/food being available at this location ! Poor management breeds poor employees ! No, they were not busy. !

Hello I came with my family tonight. We haven't been to this Popeyes in about 4 months. We decided to give you guys another try tonight and I definitely got to say we will be coming back the food is fresh the customer service was phenomenal and everyone was very friendly. Definitely can see that new management has taken over.

Just came from there. Took over 30 mins to get food in the drive up. Got the wrong drink got someone else’s half eaten food. All the workers are running around and busy as hell and only three cars.

Walked in to dine in and it's ridiculously hot. It's texas summer and we're running errands and we can't even sit and have a meal comfortably. Needless to say we ended up not ordering and left. I can only imagine how the workers feel in the kitchen. As a multi million dollar company do better take care of your store and employees.

I wish I had gotten her name but I picked up my order through the drive thru and she saw I had my service dog with me and gave him his own chicken tenders. He absolutely loves those. Thank you for being so thoughtful.

Waited for over 20 minutes for less than average food. We ordered two meals and only received sides for one. The fries were cold and the Mac and cheese was not even a full scoop. Both sandwiches were wrong and only one had fresh chicken. The other was dry and not breaded well. We would have went back but there was no point if we would have to wait over 20 minutes again for horrible food.

Missing items from order. Cashier was nice but it was super hot in the restaurant, there was windex on a tray with food, the seat in the bathroom was cracked and none of the paper was in its dispenser in the bathroom. They were out of Cole slaw and the chocolate chip biscuits and forgot the replacements that they asked us about. Just seemed very unorganized and unkept
