Was SO EXCITED when this Popeyes opened 5 months ago. Just 3 blocks from my house. Been 14 times since they opened, had to wait up to 10 minutes in the lobby for someone to hand me my order, my orders have been given to somebody else(3 times)and I had to wait longer, the lobby has been closed 2 times(once because they were understaffed, the other for an employee meeting) around 7:00pm, no note, just locked, told I had to go through the drive through(I'm 3 blocks away, I walked there. I'm not walking through a drive through, risk getting run over) to get the online order I was suppose to pick up in the lobby. Out of white meat chicken a few times. Tonight, Manager Katie couldn't figure out how to use a coupon at the counter, after I started the order on the kiosk using my rewards, points were deducted, the time ran out on the kiosk, points were lost. "Oh, Rewards system is down, and it looks like this coupon isn't valid at this location", Katie tells me. Been there 20 minutes now. I wanted my dinner explaining to Katie every time I've been there there's been something wrong/trouble with my order, she asked me to leave or she was going to call the police. I TELL YOU, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. You'd think after 5 months they'd get it together. Go to NoPo or 82nd Ave. Popeyes. And...DONE. Going to Dave's Hot Chicken. It's 1 1/2 miles a way, but I've never had a problem there, and the portions are better/bigger for the price. 14 times, in a row Popeyes. Not going to waste money for terrible customer service from THAT Popeyes and you shouldn't either. Good luck if you go to this one...

Went at 7:10pm to get dinner, both the lobby and drive-through were closed and the lights were off.
