I was impressed….my chicken breast was so juicy and the skin was crispy!!!! That was the best piece of fried chicken I have ever had from Popeyes! The biscuits are always soft and buttered! 10 out of 10!!!! Customer service was excellent too!

The young man with the nose peircing and long, curly hair who took my order, was obviously stoned. This made the ordering process exponentially longer! He kept asking in his low, slow voice, "What?" and "What was that?" I ordered a 12 piece chicken of wings and legs only. No sides. Also a two piece chicken, dark meat, that was on Special. Again, no sides. Just the chicken. The order came to $46 and change.

How hard is it to hire someone that can count to 12 or up to 20. I ordered 2 orders of 12 chicken wings and I got charged for two orders however I got two orders one with 7 and one with 6. My mistake was using the drive through where I cannot check an order before I drive 20 minutes home. I think maybe they are not hiring people that can count or maybe they are just lazy and cannot do a simple job like count items. I constantly get missing chicken sandwiches or missing chicken, If you are broke and on the verge of being bankrupt charge a little more but give people what they pay for. I would not be so mad if this was not a constant thing. If KFC makes spicy chicken y'all are done with.

I’ve been to this location off and on for years. Every once in a while I go back thinking it might be better than it was. It never is. Today my son and I went for lunch and both ordered 2 piece chicken meals (spicy). After 15 minutes I went up to the counter and the guy said they didn’t have spicy but the classic just came out of the fryer. If it just came out that means they didn’t have that either. We decided to take that rather than wait 15 more minutes for spicy. If they were out, they should have let us know before taking the order. This is on top of the fact that the restaurant has missing chairs and chairs that it does have are bent and uneven. The parking is awful. I think we are done giving this restaurant more chances

This place is amazing. Great service and the food is fantastic. The guys who are running the front counter are doing an excellent job. The manager is on top of the production line and running every thing smoothly. Will definitely be back for my favorite chicken sandwich. Yum yum yum. Keep up the good work! You all deserve a raise!

I recently visited my local Popeyes, and I must say their customer service needs improvement. Firstly, the drive-thru screen was not working, and there was no sign indicating this. When I reached the window to inform them, two employees were there. One of them looked at me with disdain when I mentioned the issue and asked if I could place my order at the window. She rudely insisted that orders must be placed through the drive-thru. Another employee, who appeared Hispanic, was also rude, while a white employee sincerely apologized. I am a frequent customer, and every time I visit this location, the customer service is consistently poor. The staff never greet customers or return smiles, and they seem unhappy with their jobs. I strongly suggest additional training for these employees, as I believe customers should be treated well. Unfortunately, they have lost another customer.

I went to Douglas Ave in Roseville. I went to the Drive thru. He asked for my order. I said I need a number 6 eight piece. He did not respond. I waited. He did not respond. I drove to the window. He said you cannot order here. I said I already ordered. No you didn't I told you one moment. I said no you did not. Will you please get my order. He said someone is behind you I said they are not serving food here. I moved my car and got back in line. May I have my order. There was at least 5 people laughing at the cashier drive through window. I parked went into the building. The cashier said you should have done this in the first place. I said I would have if I had seen your smiling face. Got my food and left. Extremely unprofessional people at the drive through. They were awful. Instead of giving my my food made me come into the restaurant. I hope everyone will learn don't use the drive thru, Go inside. This was 5:30 on Tuesday May 21, 2024. This is not a joke. People who are in the business of serving food should just serve food not a bunch of bolonga. Five of them at that cashier drive thru window laughing. Too cute

Ordered 2 CLASSIC BLACKENED chicken sandwiches and received 2 SPICY FRIED chicken sandwiches (this is what $20/hr fast food worker's are giving ppl out here) I really have an issue needing to operate as a non payroll supervisor to oversee the QC of their paid employees... on top of that I had to wait 30 mins in line for the car in front of me to get their order to cook instead of the staff working the window to have the car ahead of me park off to the side and they bring it out to the car. When I went back to get it corrected there was a crazy line with 30 mins til close so I called ahead and I'm told they stop cooking at 1130 and only selling what's left so they can't correct my order basically and instructed me to contact Uber eats for a refund. Now instead of getting my stomach fed I'm charged with the task of arm wrestling with the app to get a refund only to be denied the refund.
