Worst service we have had in a while. Drive thru order, 5p blackened chicken, 3p blackened chicken, and a chicken sandwich meal. Drove around paid, $45. We were asked to park (this location has an awkward small parking lot). 15 minutes of waiting in the car go by before my wife goes in to check on our order. She called me from inside because our order was just forgotten to be made, which was what they stated and claimed it would be 30mins for our order. They did not say why the order was forgotten to be made and served. No one inside was apologetic at all. There was a language barrier between the cooks and servers. Another 10 minutes went by inside, and the guy that took our order and who took our payment comes to the counter and says "We shouldn't wait any longer for the order" I guess the issue was the blackened chicken they had not cooked. There were guests watching this incident occur. He offered to give us completely different food, but we shouldn't wait for blackened chicken. I said we would take a refund, and he threw his head back and went to the back. They then had blackened chicken to serve us within 3mins. When handing us the food, we made sure the chicken sandwich had the Mac and Cheese we ordered it didn't. When we asked for Mac, he started, "I don't remember you ordering this, but I'll just hand you one. " As If we were lying. NO APOLOGIES and NOTHING OFFERED to at least attempt to correct this issue. They made us feel as if we were wrong about this entire incident. We will never go back to this location, and as pictures, this is a $15 5p of blackened chicken, not worth any of these issues that occurred.
