Came here after a fun time at an arcade bar, ready to replenish our bodies with post-drinks food. It was conveniently located and we needed quick food. Got two 3 piece meals, it was delicious and hot as expected. However, one meal was missing a biscuit. I go up with my receipt asking if we can get our missing biscuit, thinking there will be no issue since it's just a biscuit.
Next thing you know, we're quickly denied a biscuit, as if we're lying. Like why would I lie about that, if anything a missing chicken is a better lie! Tried telling the workers AND manager that we simply just wanted the one biscuit, but nope!
How can they be so cheap to not give that out?! Like where's the customer service...and over one biscuit - that was paid for! If anything, the manager should've just given it, we would've left satisfied and I would not feel the need to write this bad review. But that wasn't the case.
Funny thing, the workers looked scared of the manager! When I came up and informed them, their faces all got frozen and ignored me and let the mean, unfriendly manager handle it.
What kind of workplace is that?! Scared of their manager! I was just shocked. Like not only did she not believe me and just give a damn biscuit, but even her workers are that afraid of her - to simply admit they accidentally forgot it. I get it, it's busy so it was totally fine if they forgot, but please just give the missing biscuit that we paid for! One nice customer just bought us a biscuit, I appreciate that gesture, but it's the principle of this Popeyes - put your customers first especially when I wasn't lying! Never again with this Popeyes! Please do better!
