Food is pretty much always good, but some of the service is really rude. The gentleman helping me today just took my card, practically threw my bag of food at me and just left the drive through, I didn't even get the receipt. I also asked for Louisiana Sauce and he threw sticky and stuck sauce packets in the bag... Sorry if you're having a rough day dude, but I just wanted a sandwich after a long day at work. 😢

The girl working the drive through tonight 12-16-2025 was super rude and kept putting me on hold and was snappy. She really dosent need to be working with the public with the attitude she had today. I waited almost 15 mins for my chicken tenders and I go back in to check and she tells me that the cook put regular chicken tenders in I had asked for spicy, she asked me if I wanted regular tenders I said no thanks I want spicy and I went back to my car and waited. She came back out and gave me my bag and I checked and they were REGULAR tenders but forgot the sauce I asked for so I had to go back in and both the cook and cashier were on their phones. Come on you work in food service you should not be on your phone. Never coming back here!

Went in earlier tonight, I never go to Popeyes so this was a first for me. The cashier, a younger woman with fake lashes, had no hospitality. I told her I wanted a 3pc combo and I had a code from my friend with the app. The online menu said the meal was $12-$14 but with the code it was $10something. She said the code didn’t work, and charged me $17. I assumed the prices must be different in person but after eating I looked at the menu more clearly and saw she charged me for the large combo meal and I didn’t get a second side. So I spent more than I wanted to and didn’t even receive a second side. And she never asked what I wanted as a second side or confirmed with me I wanted the large combo. Overall just really disappointed and even though the food was ok i probably will never return because of the hassle it is just to order at this location

Welcome to Popeyes my Sonoma county people! This is located on the corner of the intersection between Sebastopol Road and Stony Point Road. This restaurant is in its own space and has its own parking lot. There is handicapped parking as well as wheelchair accessibility. This Louisiana kitchen based, fast food restaurant has been in business for more than 40 years. Its roots began in New Orleans, Louisiana hence the restaurant title. From small restaurant to big dreams come true, Popeyes has now expanded not only nationwide but worldwide. Popeyes focuses on Creole and Cajun cuisine which is abundant in tradition and rich with spices and flavors as you know good ol’ Louisiana to be! Popeyes is known for their chicken. They have sandwiches, tenders, and even wraps. My guest and I had order the 12pc wings combo with the flavors roasted garlic Parmesan and Sweet ‘N Spicy. They were both juicy and flavored very well. The chicken was actually crunchy unlike many other fast food restaurants. We also ordered the large size Mac and cheese. It was the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever tasted. It was so cheesy and it deliciously melted in my mouth. I have a few comments that I think this place can improve on like the kids menu. There is limited options and the meals themselves come with little food. I also think the customer service needs to be improved. I had trouble communicating with the employees because there was a language barrier and we couldn’t understand each other. The cashier was not only growing impatient, but slowly grew an attitude as well. The last thing would be the sizes of the sides they give you. Although the Mac and cheese was amazing the cup sizes made no sense to me. It said large yet it was still a small size and for even more. If you’re gonna charge $5 for a large Mac and cheese don’t be chintzy with the size. Lastly, I enjoyed the environment of this place. I loved how they filled glass jars with spices, it really suits their restaurants personality. Overall love the food and inside of the restaurant! If you’re looking for cheap, fast food I would consider this to be one of your top choices.

Friendly staff and great chicken. Would have been 5 stars except the fries we cold and the soda machine was mostly empty of selections.

The guys closing up on 7/23 I believe intentionally messed up our order, probably only giving us the food that was left over instead of making our actual orders. They didn’t even give us a receipt cause they knew we’d probably try to come back and try to get them to correct it. They should be fired and me and my friends deserve a refund.

There were MULTIPLE things wrong with this order, I will not ever go back. The fries were cold, a breast was missing and replaced with a thigh, the sauces were all missing, the beans and rice had 0 beans in it so it was just sauce and rice. Immediately after giving up on eating the chicken (it was too bad to keep eating) there was immediate diarrhoea.

The service on 07-25-2025 in Santa Rosa CA . was incredibly rude and non verbal !! Didn’t even say hello can I help you !!! Only in Northern CA do you get this kind of racial service . We were (2) middle age causation’s and we Just love Popeyes biscuits and order a box that the “server” made a point to dump into the box in front of us ! I asked about honey and not even a smile or facially acknowledgements that it was already in our bag . Just a “YA” . All while listening to there loud cultural music. SHAME ON POPEYE’S for such a Selection of employees, horrifically rude employee staff and their lack of any customer service!!! . Maybe hire staff in the future that likes to smile at any race of ppl at their counter !!! Thank you for delicious hot biscuits! ♥️ So yummy 😋!!!!!

I really didn't enjoy the chicken or the cold fries from the drive thru window. I had been thinking about Popeye's for awhile it's been a really long time since I've eaten any!

okay... please tell me why there is 5 cars waiting for their orders including me. does the owner even know this shit is happening? every time! if I was the actual owner of this location, I would be so embarrassed and should be forced to sell. hire me because you as a business owner should just give up. you're tarnishing the entire brand. update. just got home 15 minutes away and the entire order is wrong. this is when chain restaurants win because if you complain then god knows what happens with the food. i'm going to search the owner of this franchise asap. get someone that has a brain cell or something because the job isn't that HARD!

1. Bathroom smelled like blocked sewer 2. Mac and cheese tasted & looked like it has been sitting under the warmer the whole day. 3. Got my very simple order wrong 3x - NO apologies, NO acknowledgement, just an attitude also attitude when asking for bathroom keys. Paid $12.29 for a snack sized meal.

I don't like giving reviews and bad one not at all because I feel everyone deserves a second chance. So here is my experience. 1. I go there for a same order coz that's what I like. And when u r used to same kind of order. The chances of you making a mistake on the order is zero to null. And because u do this on a weekly basis your transaction will show same amount. So I was there on 29th of last month. Made the same order. The person made a mistake. I found out when I got back. Had to drive back there again. And they refused to take it back. Which is totally understandable. So obviously I made an another order. Person made the same damn mistake. And when I asked abt it, after a sorting out it seemed that they were in the wrong. Then they fixed it. But now I had 2 orders. And I hate throwing food away. So I shared with someone. Loss of time, effort and of course money. 2. Today went there. Which is the 10th (obviously trying to avoid a place but when a craving hits u gotta make a move). Made my obvious order and to my delight it was the same person this time screwed my order in a new fashion this time it was right order but in excess and again charged more. But because I checked my order. Coz I am not making the same mistake of going back with trust and realizing my trust violated so I checked it right then and there. The time the person threatened me which was new at a fast food place. Seeing that I don't wanna stoop to a level of indecency I politely asked the person if he could just take the excess back. Coz like I said I don't wanna throw food away and even agree to keep the charge. He again becomes obscene and is about to shut the window on me. Which seemed very rude and very obnoxious. I mean u r there to assist and provide service not be aggressive to me. After all this is not a whole lot of money we are dealing with. I even told the person I am not looking for any refund. But again to my shock, no yield from other side. It's like they have decided they are going to be just plain indecent. 3. Last point why is that at this place that the order is taken by a female voice and a male comes over and claims that he heard the order right. Do they share a headset or he is just defensive for them. Something to think abt. So what is management doing about this. Obviously your place is not receiving best of the reviews. Food is good but service is not so you have some people who need to be trained well or simply let go. But would you like to shop at this place if this was your experience.

Horrible customers service!! Called regarding missing items from mobile order and they wouldn't replace my order. Told me I can come pick it up when I paid extra fee to get it delivered in first place!! Not my fault they partnered up with dumb company that can't do their job right. So they want me to waste my time to go pick it up but won't refund me for my fees and services I paid to have the item delivered in first place!!

I order Butterfly shrimp and boneless wings. Both were rock hard. No edible. Usually better than this but not this time and for the cost definitely not worth it. Threw most of it away.

$37.51 for 4 peace meal and 3 peace chicken strips. Might as well have a good meal at a sit down restaurant. Chicken was spicy, shouldn't had been. The strips were hard and dry. How do these places stay in business?

I just dropped $19.40 in the drive-thru on a small box of wings, fries, and a cup of lemonade. When I pulled up to the window to pay, they have a paper cup marked "Tips" prominently displayed outside the window. The food was very poor quality and portions were very small. And who asks tips for drive-thru service? I won't be back.

This was on their menu, but the staff were saying the menu was glitching and we couldn't order it. We took a picture and asked to double check and the manager said it's an online deal, yet it's not offered online and was literally on their drive-thru menu. Disappointing.

Hello devoted followers!!!! You know I dont normally give out 1 star because I pride myself on looking on Yelp and only finding the best places to go. Well I was in a pickle on this one cuz Killa B loves fried chicken. I just started working here in Santa Rosa and things are different than Petaluma or Napa. Not quite used to the folk here but im adapting. This Popeyes is right up the street from my work so I go by and grab some chicken for her and bring it home and it makes her happy. I should give 2 stars because the chicken is fairly tasty. I will never be able to go there again after this review so Ill have to find a new chicken place. If anyone in Santa Rosa has a suggestion, drop me a message or something. You folks are flat out rude. For one, you should be happy you have a freaking job. Going up and down Sebastapol Rd. I can see a ton of people that would take your job in a second and treat people with a little bit of respect. You act like your giving away gold bars when in fact you giving away 2 wings and a drumstick and call it good for close to 10 bux. I can get more meat off of vegetarian cous cous. Judging by the other reviews, the owner of this fabulous franchise location couldn't give a rats ass either. I can't wait to never go here again and I can't wait for all my followers to read this and never go there and anyone else who wants to jump on the bandwagon. The attitude is a disgrace to the people spending their hard earned money and get treated like they dont even matter? Perhaps that fast food for you as I dont frequent any other fast food but ill tell you what. I go up the street 100 feet and I get all the hospitality I want at Super Taco and the food is way better. I do some customer service as well and I know if I had the attitude of the employees there, I would be right down Sebastapol Rd. along with other less fortunate people. I've done enough damage. Enjoy the fruits of your labor Franchise guy/girl. I hope i put a dent in your overhead.

I had a really disappointing experience with both the food and the service and by the looks of their rating here, I can see why. First, the chicken sandwich was completely drowned in Mayonnaise, making it impossible to enjoy. It was overwhelming and ruined what could have been a good experience. It was more like a mayonnaise sandwich with a side of chicken. Im not sure what everyone was waiting in the line for when it made its debut, but then again it probably wasnt made like that. On top of that, the service was incredibly poor. Not only did the staff seem uninterested and bothered, the daytime "manager" was extremely combative and argumentative regarding our other meal we were sending back for a refund. I was nothing but nice and polite so not sure where all the attitude came from. To pay this much for fast food, it shouldnt be too much to ask to not be so annoyed and argumentative like the refund is coming out of your personal check. If you dont want to be in a customer service position, go where you are a better fit. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I wont be coming back.

We ordered chicken sandwiches and my husband found his to be too spicy. We told the clerk that my husband couldn't eat his sandwich. The clerk gave him a less spicy one at no cost. Nice customer service. We've only used the drive thru but the restaurant looks clean

Poor customer service they don't answer phones,there customer service is horrible especially the young girls that work there they don't know how to communicate and they don't know how to cook chicken they over fry it and barely any meat and it's over priced sucks suggest hire more professional employees that know how to cook and provide good customer service it used to be better back in the day kfc is better now.

This location has no long lines and the bathrooms are clean and the lights do not time out like taco bell's . Anyway, I tried the shrimp tackle box 6.99 (combo is 10.49 with drink and 1 side)

avoid this place!!! biggest rip off ever! horrible value . ordered 16 piece family meal as kids have event at school tonight. online order placed and picked up close to 5 pm. brought food home, placed in warm oven and didnt open anything until coming home at 8:30 pm. imagine my dismay when i saw a box of 16 drumsticks. no thighs or breasts. i just paid 60 bucks for 16 drumsticks! no answer to phone. you had best believe i will go back and complain. online complaint too! So called manager hung up when i called to try to resolve this. Piss poor service and food. will never ever get popeye's again!

Rude customer service, food order is usually wrong, food temperature is warm at best, too expensive for what you get, need to hire more employees.

It's a great place with great food and great service it has a lot of different types of food and they're all great come here for a snack

One of the worst experiences I've ever had staff was very unfriendly. Super rude my order for 2 chicken sandwiches took almost 30 minutes. As. They were bagging my food up.They slammed it into a bag.And were very unfriendly.Do not order here will never come back

Terrific chicken sandwich. Crunchy fried breading and moist chicken whole breast- best in town imo. I order sandwich with no mayo/pickle... i bring it home and use my diet bread, and sugarfree YumYum sauce OR dress it like chicken parmesan. Best chicken anywhere... so moist- havent disappointed me yet- i only wish they had coleslaw.

My visit to Popeyes was fantastic! The combination of delicious food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere made it a memorable meal.

AVOID. Tried giving this place a second chance, but was bitterly disappointed, again. The employees were downright depressed, not friendly, dressed like thugs. openly obvious they don't enjoy being there. Asked about the daily special posted on the window for 499. They said half heartedly it was Tuesday only why shouldn't I try the $40 family value meal. Uuuh. We got two orders of the 2pc chicken combo, overpriced . but hey we like popeyes. Wrong. they gave us the smallest pieces possible. Leg and thigh hardly any meat. Chicken tasted old. Crusty. Dried out. Soggy. Come to think of it We were the only people in there, except for another guy that ordered a family meal. The biscuit and mashed potato was ok. Chicken not so great. We dined in , One of our mild chickens was scalding hot steamy and watery . Other was semi warm. were hungry after a long trip so , ate it. Since the meal was so small we Tried two chicken sandwiches both were unappetizing and not good to be honest. There was an male in the lobby we thought was acting suspicious making us uneasy, pants slung low (around ankles ) talking to an employee seated by window in the dine-in area. Turns out they were both employees. Got home and both of us were ill. Going to the bathroom several times. Not going back ever.

Really really bad. The chicken sandwich had two large globs of Mayonnaise half-hazardly slopped on. They didn't even take the time to spread the copious amount on the bun. The sandwich didn't have much flavor. The spicy chicken had a little more flavor but the food was terrible overall.

I ordered 6 wings and a drink $12.00 no receipt, food looked like 6 dried up wings with some sauce tossed on top and a couple napkins. Not what I'd call southern hospitality!!

We have order at least 5 times from these place and every time there is something wrong with the order, we usually just take the refund, but today we decided to call and complain with the manager, first she guy on the phone, named "Carlos", said he was the manager, seems to be stoned, didn't care about what I was saying, did not even once said "sorry" just said "ok, come to the store" for what? ....

The 'famous" Popeyes chicken sandwich has been sold out for 2 months now. Today was the 1st day that all Popeyes locations had it available again. I wanted to see what the big hoopla was all about. The drive-thru was closed and the line was out the door. Only 1 person at the front counter taking orders. Most people in line wanted the chicken sandwich. The counter guy wasn't friendly. No greeting, no thank you. I ordered and within 30 seconds, the sandwich was ready. It looked like they precooked tons of these things. I took it home and proceeded with salivating anticipation. My expectations deflated with the first couple of bites. Worst chicken sandwich I've ever had. Chicken coating was not crisp at all. Chicken was overcooked and dry. I'll go back to Chick-fil-A thank you. Chick-fil-A's staff is friendly and their chicken sandwich moist and tasty.

Please stop putting the regular biscuits and strawberry biscuits on the same pan without washing between. The regular ones all taste sweet and nasty now and it's hella unsafe for people with allergies. Other than that the foods good. Best Popeyes around. Rude employees are a crucial part of any fast food establishment, so I'm not surprised that they're abundant here.

Jessica  Here is what happened  I  placed an order on the app at 6:02 for pickup at drive-thru for 635 I arrived 3/4 minutes late and walked in the restaurant and no Mobile orders were ready and after standing for a minute the gentleman asked me if I had an order to which I showed him my email confirmation and his response was that order was just picked up by Door Dash and I showed my confirmation again and explained that I didn't use Door Dash and that my name is on the email with my identification and the person who they gave my family's dinner to that wasn't in the vehicle I was driving and started to become very aggressive implying I needed to contact Door Dash while telling the lady working at the window she was stupid for giving away orders and at the same time she kept repeating I don't care, I don't care, I asked to speak to a manager to which the aggressive employee responded with a loud scowl "I'm the manager " he start staring me up and down like I was lying. After staring at me for a minute or two he then said  "fine whatever I remake and it'll take 4 / 5 minutes " All while still saying the girl Paola was stupid  The whole time I was wondering how someone who treats people like this would even be a manager or who would put someone like this in charge and in all honesty I felt like the real manager left this guy in charge which is a complete joke, I am a local small business owner and I would never have people who represent my business and who treat other employees with such disregard for respect. Which is why I made so many different attempts to contact someone, I have never been treated like this a complete embarrassment for me and for Popeyes as an organization completely unacceptable . There is a reason it's rated a dismal 1.8 stars SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DON'T GO HERE!! SHUT THE PLACE DOWN

The service is straight you have a dude who's fried out of his mind not knowing what is going on, having you wait like stupid not giving the food away when it's clearly ready, soooo frustrating

I was hoping the reviews for this Popeyes were wrong, but unfortunately the Yelpers were correct. I ordered a 15 piece (spicy) family meal and added an extra 10 piece (mild) chicken, so we'd have enough for 10 people. The girls working were nice enough when taking the order, but when they were filling the boxes, they were whispering in Spanish, which I could understand.... (comments were not good), and picking out the smallest pieces of chicken. It looked like were even picking up some of the larger crispy bits and trying to decide if that could pass for a piece of chicken. I asked them if they were going to put in some large pieces of chicken or were they just filling my boxes with wings... they replied back that they was a good mix of chicken pieces. I should have checked before I left, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I got home the 15 piece was all little pieces of small wings, drumsticks that looked like drummettes from the wing and 1/2 pieces of thighs. There was not a breast in the box. And there was no heat to the chicken. I would have thought they were both mild, except the spicy had a darker fry to them. The 10 piece had 1 breast, and a couple pieces that were a little larger, but again the other 7 pieces were weird mini pieces of chicken. To see the size of the pieces see my pic comparing it to a toothpick.

This place sucks Mac and cheese is disgusting wish I made my own mac & cheese at home chicken strips were hard enough nothing but though no meat my husband ordered himself some shrimp and got nothing but just shrimp nothing came with it either they forgot to put it in or they just can't do their business right and The shrimp was terrible we will never go to that place again I will not give it lucky to get one star no recommendations to go back to anyone

As much as I love Popeyes " I go at least 3 times a month " this one is far worse than the others. The food is never fresh and it seems old. I tried to give them a second go around because they are the only ones in this area when I come into town, but I guess I have no o skip out when I come back

Fast and hot, and ready to go. Trying to get into the parking lot coming from the north is a bit of a challenge, but it's the only one in Santa Rosa. Gave three stars because I've been here before and they have been out of some menu items. The place is called Popeye's Chicken & you tell me you're out of mild chicken? (Scratching my head)

Chicken wings were microscopic. Extra fees for delivery put it way to expensive. I won't order from their again.

We got take out from Popeyes last night, and I wish we hadn't. Oh, the shrimp was okay, not good but okay, but the rest of the meal was awful. I love cole slaw and my order of cole slaw was spoiled. You could smell that when you took the top off the container. The biscuits were dried out and apparently had been sitting in the warmer for awhile. My husband was not happy with his sides either and he generally is not picky. My husband said the service was crappy as the staff seemed to want to be anywhere else and we agreed that the last couple of times we had tried it, this place was pretty bad. And we're talking in the last two years because we rarely eat here. We're done with this and we won't be back.

I haven't made a review in a long time because of Yelp censoring my reviews and taking down my tips, but today that is all going to change! This place is TRASH, nothing less and nothing more. A landfill has a better esthetic appeal than the dumpster fire this location has called itself. First off I order the drive through, I then go inside to get my correct bucket of chicken because I've gone through their drive through countless times and they can't seem to ever get the order right! Is it that hard to count 8 or 12 pieces of chicken? Am I reaching for the stars by asking this? I shouldn't have to pay for a 12 piece and only wind up with 7 pieces?! Did anyone graduate grade school, hooked on phonics should be part of their training! I walk in and let them know my order was wrong, I always ask to pay for an extra breast and thighs only, no wings or drumsticks. I asked for the breast and thighs in a different box because they can never get my order correct! This trashy bottle blonde Becky starts arguing with me about the order, she claimed I never told her that in my order, I said it must've been a miscommunication because I always order the same order from this location at least once a month and if it can be corrected and I'll even wait. She started insinuating that I'm a liar and that really started to piss me off but I remained my composure. I've never experienced this lack of professionalism from a public facing customer service based atmosphere. The manager then comes over and asks what's wrong, I tell him and he said I got an extra breast that should be good enough. I paid for that extra breast, it's not like I was comped! He then said he doesn't care how any other Popeyes does their chicken they can't just give me breasts and only thighs, they can't give any substitutions. All this is happening while trashy Becky is gossiping with a co worker pointing at me whine the chicken heaters, unbelievable! I then demanded a refund and said I'll just go to corporate. I then started calling corporate and letting them know what's going on to cooperate being shocked beyond belief, he then follows me outside while on the phone with someone heckling me as I walked to my car! WTF?! I've contacted corporate a week ago and I've contacted them several times and they haven't reach out to me ONCE to apologize! Corporate also said that "management reviews these things and makes a decision because it's a franchise and there's nothing they can do." Then WTF is he point of a customer support call center for a corporation if they can run it like a trashy dead-end slummy restaurant with zero basic knowledge on decent customer service?! I'm NEVER returning here, ever again! I would rather drink bleach then consider returning here!

It's a popeyes. Not much variation from the other franchise locations. I try to keep expectations low when I grab fast food, but in the past year I've visited this place 3 times. Of those 3 times, I received the wrong sauce twice, and once received no sauce at all. Not a long wait though.

Second time I have been here. The first time I didn't check my order and it was Someone else's food. This time I ordered 8 piece Dark mild chicken. Not a hard request picked it up in drive through and checked it. My order was all white except for one Thigh and half were spicy. I went back into The store and had to wait ten minutes standing there with a box of chicken while someone else got their order. When I told the girl what happened she asked me What I meant by dark pieces. I stared at her like wtf. She said you mean drumsticks. I do not recommend anybody going here without checking your order We finally got our money back but I am contacting corporate today

The place was clean. In fact, I was there when a spill happened. the staff was right on it. The service...Well, we got it done, but it was painful to see the order guy struggle. He must've been in training because another staff member came to assist him. Let's proceed. I went there specifically to get their spicy chicken sandwich. It was a tasty piece of chicken breast, I must say, however plain the presentation was, (A bun, a pickle and the filet. No fancy sauces, no lettuce) I was satisfied. I also got the fires with the sandwich. Way too many for one sitting plus, they would be a LOT better it they were hot. I am combining this review with another visit. This time I purchased the spicy tenders-3 piece with "Blackened Ranch"...Hmmm...The tenders weren't as flavorful as the spicy filet in the sandwich, however, 3 tenders and change (A couple bits thrown in) were filling.

If I can give it -1000 stars I would. I ordered 5 piece tender combo with fries, and this F'ing BS is what I got. I got my order on Sunday 9:30, 04/11/2021, please fire whoever was working. I never act like this (such a Karen), but if I pay $15 for chicken, I would expect better food and service. The girl working was rude and if you can't do your job right, please get lost.

Manager has no respect , was standing in line I notice everyone is busy on a busy Saturday ,the manager I see just standing on the side talking, sees me and doesn't approach me to help, but has time to walk across to another employee that is busy and makes them take my order why they go back to talking it shows that only children work here , the manager alone was a teenager , leading other teens , the food service was terrible. The fries were cold and don't get me started on the restroom , overall it was my first time purchasing here and it will be my last , I'm surprised inspection hasn't said anything about anything . Not even worth 1 star

Not good service. Wrong with both orders. I'd go to the wing place instead next time to see if it's better. Definitely not here again.

Is it a requirement to be a moron to work at Popeye's? We ordered two thighs - one regular, one spicy - and one regular breast. What we got was one spicy thigh and two spice breasts. Not the first time they got it wrong, either. We stopped buying from the RP location because they got it wrong every single time too. This is ridiculous. Workers like these do not deserve a minimum wage increase. They either don't listen or don't give enough of a shit. Whoever manages this tore should be fired.

Such a terrible experience. The app says to go through the drive through to pick up orders placed through the app. Waited in the line only to be told I had to come inside. Not a big deal so I did that. While waiting for my order to be put together, another customer came in and ended up getting in a shouting match with the manager who was being quite abrasive and was not communicating very well. After a few more minutes of shouting at each other, the customer grabbed the manager's headset off the counter and threw it across the dining area. The manager rushed out and got in the customer's face and followed him outside. While that was happening, another employee tried to finish prepping my order only for the manager to come back and tell him it was already put together. After driving home it turned out the order was wrong and missing one person's orders. I should have checked the order but after the fight broke out, the last thing I wanted to do was to linger there longer than I had to. The one star rating isn't because of the fight since Popeyes's could avoid that altogether, rather it's for the botched order and the abrasive demeanor of the manager which contributed to creating a bad experience.

The drive thru operator should not be in the service business. He had no personality. My order was missing items and never said sorry or thanks. He was busy yapping with his co-worker Hope he's not the owner

Love it, so much better than any other Fried Chicken that isn't homemade. Better than restaurant Fried Chicken too!! This place is great - love the look on the outside, adds some character to the area and the chicken is as good as every other Popeye's I've been too. Like any fast food restaurant, you're going to get some mishaps occassionally. However, for me, it's been all great!! And I enjoyed the funny woman on the intercom telling me about her specials. My motto is be extra polite - use words like Please and Thank you, I don't know why, but I gather they don't hear those words too often because I always get a big reaction and they go out of their way to give me exactly what I wanted and more.

Ordered 2 of the chicken sandwiches. As soon as I got to the window they handed me my sandwiches. They were old and microwaved. The pickels where hot as heck hotter tgan the sandwiches. Terrible!!!

I went in to Popeyes for the first time today I was pretty excited. I probably shouldn't have used the restroom first it was quite dirty. That should have been my first red flag. I ordered my meal which was eight piece chicken nugget with mashed potatoes a biscuit and a small drink. I got my food within 3 minutes and I proceeded to sit down to eat. My chicken nuggets did not seem to be cooked all the way and they kind of grossed me out. So I switched over to my mashed potatoes and when I opened the lid there was a big piece of what I can only describe as fat sitting right on top. I took these items up to the front counter and spoke with the manager Aranza, and let her know that I wasn't happy with the food and would like my money back. She didn't really look at it and all she said was there's nothing wrong with your food so I can't give you your money back. Well in my opinion there was something wrong with the food and I would have liked a refund. But I wasn't going to argue with this young girl who refused to give me my money back for unedible food. So I left thought I'd just leave a review. so if you're going to try Popeye's Chicken I suggest you don't try the one in Santa Rosa on Sebastopol road or at least not when the manager aranza is working
