Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went in for my first time and ordered the spicy tenders. My chicken turned out to be under cooked. I informed the manager on duty and she was quick to get me a replacement order. The food was amazing and I especially loved the biscuits!

I've never had Popeyes, and I was pleasantly surprised. Their chicken sandwich was great and the service was super fast. They were handing me my food while my card was processing. Definitely the best fast food chicken there is!

Good - **** The latest addition to their menu is the Spicy Blackened Chicken Sandwich. As soon as I saw the word- “spicy”, I decided to try it out. It is small in size compared to their normal spicy chicken sandwich but flavor-wise, this stands out I feel. I liked its texture and the heat. The sodium is more so it feels saltier. But still I loved the sandwich.

OVER the 41st location!!! The managers are rude & nasty people. Last week my order was wrong, I called & they put my name in "the book" I get there today provide my name & even my old receipt with the name of the person I spoke with & the NASTY, very matter of fact asst. manager barges in & says, "The book says chicken only" OK ma'am, whatever I didn't ask for the sides. ( because GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, would have been to replace the meal, as the CASHIER, Ms. Teri, was doing until rudeness barged in the conversation & even chastised the cashier in front of me!) I asked when the fresh chicken would be up...3-4 minutes,so I waited and this is what I got....OVER IT!!!!!

If you haven't tried their spicy chicken sandwich you are missing out! I get 2 of these everytime I come here and they are absolutely amazing. Sometimes the line can be a little long but they are pretty quick about getting the food out, it's mostly waiting on people to decide what they want. A lot of good things to try!

1st time here. Very fast service. I had my order in hand before I made it to the drink counter. They were also pretty busy. Wings were good. Will definitely return

First time ever going to a Popeyes and I got the spicy chicken sandwich. It was pretty good honestly. Not too dry, plenty of dressing on the sandwich. No complaints

Dear Popeyes, If I could give you a negative below one star rating..I would. The chicken has gotten slimmer, the red beans & rice seems watered down, but the worst was the congealed slop you served us that you had the audacity to call Mac and Cheese. I understand fast food isn't going to be like a homemade version, but I expect it at least measure up to a box version from the grocery store. I expect it to be edible. Our family has been loyal Popeyes patrons for over 10 years..if not longer. This is unacceptable and we will not be spending money in your establishment again. So long and farewell Popeyes.
