Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Those of us who travel down south understand you get better chicken from gas stations than from PopEyes Louisiana Chicken in Wappingers Falls. We both ordered the number two, and while we agree the meat was flavorful, it was also tough as nails (not enjoyable). The French fries were good as well, but the coleslaw container was half full. The atmosphere was clean (it is brand new); location is convenient; service was excellent (although I got to say, I’d like to see greater diversity in their employees. I didn’t see a single white person working there...not cool). Prices are too high.

Would never go here again. Order 3 pc tenders. Since it was not on their menu I had no idea that it would be over $10. Asked if they had sweet and sour dipping sauce was told yes, only to find out I rally got sweet sans spicy. NOT CHILD FRIENDLY SAUCE. Then the chicken was over processed pressed chicken. I would say the same as you could get in your freezer section. Had to toss it out. $$$ wasted. I can not stress this enough, if you want over processed compressed chicken for alot of money this is your place, if you want something that tastes and resembles chicken stay away.

Staff always seems miserable and upset your interrupting them hanging out to make them work Food constantly coming out lukewarm or undercooked with insane wait times (nearly 40 minutes wait for two basic sandwich meals at drive thru with absolutely no other customers there and came out cold) Sides being given are not even a quarter full (last fry I got had about 7 fries in it) (coleslaw, Mac n Cheese, Rice and beans bowls all not even half full) Had three different people get food poisoning two separate times from eating here Is there any management at all? Insanely high and inconsistent pricing on top of all of this The chicken tastes great so I keep trying to give it another chance but after now getting food poisoning myself I'm done Won't be back until I see a "Under New Management" sign and alot of things change

Food is pretty good, but they forgot a bunch of stuff from my pick-up order. The same thing happened about a month ago. I see from the reviews I’m not the only one having this problem. I’d rather take my money elsewhere.

The drive thru leaves things missing from my order once too many times. They hand you the bag sealed, at least make sure my order is complete. Great food, piss poor drive thru service.

Clean facility, professional service. A little expensive. Food not bad for fast-food.

Just got the new chicken wraps. Wrap was cold with room temp chicken. Staff wasn’t friendly. Usually love Popeyes but unfortunately this location needs to step it up

They never have spicy chicken. I order spicy in the app twice got to the store and was told they only have regular. I will order from them again let along go there.
