Has anyone ever been intentionally charged the more expensive item by an employee here?
Went during Friday evening rush. There was a long line for the drive through as always, but I always found the food to be well worth the wait. My hope was to order 2 sandwich combos and a side chicken tenders. When I gave my order request, I noticed she did not ask what my drink preferences were. I explained that I wanted the sandwiches as meal. She then sighed loudly and asked what drinks I wanted and gave me the total quickly afterwards. I then said I would like to add more to my order. That was when she sighed again and asked in a forced and mocking tone if I needed anything else. After my payment with the cashier, I was handed a few bags, box and 2 different sized drinks, confused but in a hurry to keep the line moving I left without checking for everything. That was my fault, for not checking for mistakes. Next time, I'll be sure to hold up the line and check everything.
When I got home, I discovered not only did I not receive my side order for tenders, I was charged incorrectly for my items. My meal was charged a la cart style, charging me much higher for 2 combo meals, I was also charged for the side chicken tenders that was not provided, my total was about $30. I was not given a receipt but a secondary print out of my initial order, and part of me thinks the person did this to avoid receiving a negative survey.
