I visited the Popeyes branch in Złota, Warsaw, 01-07-2025 i was there arround 3-4pm and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While eating my burger, I found an insect inside the sandwich. I immediately informed the staff, but their response was very indifferent. They simply said, “We don’t know, if you want we can replace it or give you your money back.” I didn’t want to escalate the situation, so I asked for a replacement. However, the new burger they gave me wasn’t even the one I originally ordered. When I went back to let them know, their reaction was again dismissive and unprofessional. They eventually gave me another burger, but the overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unsatisfied. Honestly, after finding an insect in my food, I expected a much more serious and respectful response. This experience made me question the hygiene standards and customer service at this location. I hope they take food safety and customer care more seriously in the future.

Delicious chicken. The burger was fantastic! Did not feel the oil in my food at all (unlike other chicken restaurants). Food felt fresh, service was helpful. Fries left me speechless. Even tho this place is packed with people - the quality was top notch!

A nice chicken place in a crowded mall. I had the chicken wings. Usually, there has to be a balance between the sweet & sour in these sauces which I kind of found missing. It was a bit too sweet for me. But chicken was juicy at least. I thought it would be spicy like the Nashville chicken place I go to in Berlin. Maybe I was disappointed because my expectations were too high.

I was there today and it was my first time and the last one. 1) When you choose the drink in the machine you get very bad quality of spray, Fanta, or any another option… without flavour, like, just ice with water… then the color of the drinks it was really bad. 2) The price of the comb was 35 zl and the portion VERY SMALL and again without good flavour. I didn’t have good experience honestly.. so, I don’t recommended it, for 35 zl you can eat a good dish in any restaurant in Warsaw

O my days!!! The taste and flavour was delicious. I had like twice burger and fried chicken. Totally worth it.

This Popeyes is located in a mall across from the palace of culture. I was very surprised to see it. Had to try. Had a spicy chicken sandwich and Pepsi zero. We also had a wrap. It was quite delicious. Unfortunately they don’t offer the spicy mashed potatoes, unsure if it’s just a new location or the potatoes were not liked by the locals. Plenty of seating. The ordering is via electronic board. No problems paying with credit card. The restaurant overlooks an atrium. Nice location. Would gist again.

Always excellent fried chicken!! Delicious, interesting menu and sauces. Clean and spacious atmosphere. Highly recommended👍👍

Screen-based ordering with an English option, relatively fast service and reasonably priced. I opted for a spicy chicken burger with coleslaw which wasn't very spicy but was quite tasty. The chicken was well cooked and the bun soft. We also ordered a tenders meal and some dips, the dips are quite small but don't cost very much, especially compared to the tiny ketchup sachets for 1zlt each. The refill drink tasted a bit weak and the location of the machine next to the collection queue and ordering screens is cramped. Not quite up to the hype but pretty good for the money.
