I visited the Popeyes branch in Złota, Warsaw, 01-07-2025 i was there arround 3-4pm and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While eating my burger, I found an insect inside the sandwich. I immediately informed the staff, but their response was very indifferent. They simply said, “We don’t know, if you want we can replace it or give you your money back.”
I didn’t want to escalate the situation, so I asked for a replacement. However, the new burger they gave me wasn’t even the one I originally ordered. When I went back to let them know, their reaction was again dismissive and unprofessional. They eventually gave me another burger, but the overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unsatisfied.
Honestly, after finding an insect in my food, I expected a much more serious and respectful response. This experience made me question the hygiene standards and customer service at this location. I hope they take food safety and customer care more seriously in the future.
