"Not sure what you want for dinner? You could wander around Wheeler Ave in Pleasantville, where there are great options for beers, sushi, tacos, and more. Or, you could just head straight to Pubstreet in Pleasantville’s former train station, and experiment with the menu’s shareable apps, burgers, and grain bowls. Two of our favorite things to order are the salmon poke “sushi fritters,” and the Pubstreet Rice Bowl with fried chicken and sambal aioli. You’ll probably need to squeeze into a spot at the crowded bar while waiting out the no-reservations policy (unless you have a party of six). But the dining room is always lively, the prices are reasonable for these parts, and they offer a nice weekend brunch—which is helpful if you want to take advantage of Pleasantville’s awesome year-round farmers market or the Jacob Burns Film Center around the corner." - mike wasserman

This place never disappoints!! We stopped in before the Utes football game to have a few drinks. The outdoor patio is perfect, and the service was great. They were extremely understaffed but told us that at the door so we were expecting that. Their food is also amazing, and large portions. We will be back! Edited to add! We went back a second time before another Utes game and had lunch, by far the best "bar food" in the area!! Delicious and amazing service!!

Google
Their chicken strips are fire! The best for your money. Their Scotch Egg is top tier! If you’ve never had it i recommend trying it from here, by far the best place to get it!! Don’t sit near the patio or on the patio if you don’t enjoy smelling cigarettes. Pretty much all the bar tenders are friendly and attentive. Only down side to this place is their parking situation!

My favorite downtown low key bar. Love the food. Glad they have pool tables as well. Monday's $5 wing basket. Their garlic cheese truffle fries are amazing.

I was here for a training conference for work. I was craving fish and chips and beer. I was blown away by how nice all the staff was. As soon as walked in we were greeted by the person checking IDs. We had a quick chat about the snow and how we were hoping our flight out would not get delayed. He was super pleasant. It was slow so the pub was open seating. We chose to set at the bar we were greeted my staff and they were all attentive. I ordered the fish and chips. They were delish! The beer is good and cheap. Coming to visit Utah I was was weary of how places would treat visitors but I would have to say that being here for the week has made me think of maybe I could leave CA. All in all this is a great place to eat and drink 10/10

Google
I'm not a big "bar" person anymore, but I love going here to watch the Georgia games, as they are an alumni bar. Of all the times I've visited, I've never once experienced a problem or been disappointed with their food. I would bet to say they have some of the best food around and I've tried a variety of items from their menu. The service is always great and staff are very polite and attentive. Love this place!

Google
Genuinely the worst service ever last night. I can't believe that this "pub" has servers that are this incompetent. Getting scammed into auto gratuity is not something I had on my bingo card tonight. Not only did my server have short-term memory loss, but he also seemed to lack basic communication skills. WELP, I only came here because the better bars were busy, but I'd rather stay home next time. I can't speak on the food, so it might be worth it. I'm sorry to owners if this hurts business because it might not be a reflection of their establishment in general, simply of their badly mannered server. Hire better :) (didn't take orders properly, had to go up to the bar to get a drink eventually since he kept forgetting to bring our orders, dismissive, lack of interest, sass)

Mitchell Durrett

Google
Fine food, good cheap drinks, and a nice draft selection. I had to get up and remind our waitress when my food was forgotten after already reminding her once. Ended up, waiting well over a half hour for burger when everyone else's came in under 10 minutes. It's a fine place to hang

Anhelina Tamashchyk

Google
We were staying nearby and came here to eat and relax. We were very satisfied and rated the place 10/10. The service was excellent, and the food was incredibly delicious. We couldn’t finish everything, so we even took some with us. Highly recommend!

Manda H.

Yelp
This place has a surprisingly great menu with something for everyone. The full bar offers a wide variety of drinks, and there's also a solid selection of beer. The space is much bigger than it first appears, with plenty of seating options, including a patio, a second bar in the back, and an upstairs area. It's a fantastic spot for larger parties, offering both a lively atmosphere and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The service was also fantastic. Both servers and bartenders are all friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great time.

Brad A.

Yelp
The nachos were tasty but the wings were large and in charge. But the big winner was that Shockingly great Scotch Egg! All the staff was attentive, friendly and professional. There are so Many great spaces here down in the back room, outside, bar or main dining room. Did I mention the really cool upstairs loft! I went here twice while I was in town and will go back again next time for sure!

Nycole R.

Yelp
From the outside, you might underestimate just how massive this place is. But once you get inside, you get a feel for what it's all about. Room after room, bar after bar of tables, drinks and happy patrons. There's limited parking-especially for a place of this size, so plan for that. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the large patio outside. It's covered, but still in the elements. I'd highly recommend checking it out at least a few times when you can. It has it's own bar that's open on weekend nights. Inside, you'll find some pool tables, which is where I spent a good amount of time in my most recent visit. The vibe here is pretty laid back, a little dark and moody. There are a few TVs playing various sports, but I wouldn't call it a sports bar by any means. It's definitely a pub-one that likely sees a lot of regulars, friends who meet up each week or an occasional traveler looking to make some short term friends. And it all works.

Misty H.

Yelp
This is my 2nd time here. The food is decent. Today everyone had wings however I ordered a bowl of chile verde. It took we asking 2x after everyone got their wings to get my lukewarm soup. We repeated asked for our drinks and she kept saying she was busy. It's a hockey night so bring in a full staff. Our Elmer Fud looking waitress was was horrible. I will definitely give a 2nd thought about coming back. It's a cute atmosphere just the worst service w the same waitress 2x in a row.

Spencer C.

Yelp
Great food, cool hole in the wall place. Draft selection is decent and the staff is all welcoming

Merlin O.

Yelp
This place is great, good food, cocktails and service. I have only been here once as I don't live in SLC but will be back the next time I am in town, once a month.

Matt P.

Yelp
The SLC bars and pubs were pretty chill, and not something I would expect given the stereotypes Utah has on the east coast. Make sure to grab the statement-peace-of-a the table on the back corner, it'll make for some stellar reunion conversation

Meagan R.

Yelp
My friend and I were verbally assaulted at poplar last night. After having a couple of drinks, I closed out my tab from BETSY and noticed there was an automatic 20% gratuity charge added. When I asked our server BETSY about it, she said "you looked like you'd be cheap n****rs." I was absolutely flabbergasted by the comment and racial slur. There was nothing that happened prior to provoke such an aggressive reaction from BETSY. I immediately left as I was so uncomfortable.

Christopher T.

Yelp
I have spent about a month trying to get a hold of anyone to speak with in order to host a party upstairs. No response yet. The phone is a great thing if the message machine is not full. Please let someone know there to clear the voicemails and please answer your phone.

Jubi J.

Yelp
Food was great! Service was friendly. Ambiance was cool. They allow big parties upstairs!

Chad W.

Yelp
Seems like a great place to go for drinks on weekends or after events in the city. I went on a Wednesday night because it was close to my hotel. I told them working for the government I couldn't have multiple charges for dinner I just wanted one. But they had a shift change. They cashed me out. Then I showed them they forgot to put my burger on the receipt and they charged me again. All after I specifically asked for just one. Idk, just didn't seem complicated. And the burger was dry and solid grey when I did finally get it. I didn't say anything because the new bartender that took over was super nice and I felt like the check complication was enough. Plus I had lost my appetite when I did finally get it because they low key forgot about it. That was the whole reason for the check mistake originally.

Leslie G.

Yelp
Great staff! Excellent food and beverages. Cool and chill atmosphere. Music selection was a good variety as well. Definitely recommend

Scott A.

Yelp
It's a straightforward brewpub with the normal food offerings. The pizza was solid. Kids are allowed. We walked from our hotel so I'm not sure about parking but I think it is street parking. I guess they can only serve drafts up to 5% alcohol and stronger than that comes in a can or bottle. Makes zero sense but oh well. State law, I think. We'd go back if we are in SLC again.

Kay K.

Yelp
We were on a hunt to find a place to eat that was open on a Sunday and stumbled upon this place and we were SO glad we did! Honestly the best food we ate all weekend in Salt Lake City. We got the slider trio which the burgers were tender and the bun was soft and buttery. Each flavor combo was perfectly constructed. We also got wings that were cooked perfectly, tender and moist. The dipping sauce were flavorful, including the fry sauce for our fries. Service was great, our server was polite and attentive. It was a bar scene but not too loud, we were able to hear each other from across the table and there's a great outdoor patio too.

Chad L.

Yelp
Just walked out of a horrible experience at Poplar Street Pub with 10 guests in our party. We went to their upper floor, where a few people were at the bar and there were two other tables of people. Our server, Skylar, offered to separate our tabs, of which we would have needed 6 tabs. But trying to take our order, he got overly exasperated: asking if ANY of us knew what we wanted, and then as we DID order, getting upset with us as we ordered. He kept telling us "This is all going to take a long time with 12 different tabs" (again, we were at 6 tabs that he offered to take). He seemed to lack product knowledge (we had to explain that the Halibut & Chips is FISH & chips, and he seemed to not want to offer alcohol drinks in favor of draft beers...). Finally, I straight-up asked, "Do you not want our business?" and it only spiraled from there. We left. I realize taking 6 tabs can be daunting in a high stress environment, and maybe Poplar Pub doesn't specialize in handling larger parties (despite having a table in their upper bar that can accommodate 24+ guests), but if your server cannot handle a party of 10 guests, let the guests know that you can only do one check, or get a server who CAN handle such a party. I'm the end, Poplar Pub missed out on an easy $300-500 party, and Skylar missed out on a $60-100+ tip.

Yelp
When we came into Salt Lake City, we knew it was lunch time. We went out to meet some friends who had already started a meal at Poplar Street Pub. It was just a short walk from our hotel. We were greeted as soon as we came in and immediately joined our friends. This is a nice cozy pub / restaurant with plenty of light from the windows on all sides. A very comfortable venue. Our lovely waitress came by as soon as we sat down to bring us menus and take a drink order. We had been in the City for just 1 hour and you could feel the friendly environment of Salt Lake. One beer later I had picked the perfect hamburger off he menu, (see picts.). My friend went with the 1/2 nacho platter (which was also an ample amount for 2-3 people.). My wife went simple with a salad. It wasn't just the tasty burger I enjoyed... It was the perfect-crisp french fries and delicious pickles. It was that moment when I said to myself that I was going to like it here! The Nachos were fresh and tasty with plenty of guac and cheese. They know how to take care of their customers here Good food, friendly team, good friends. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend the Poplar Street Pub for your next journey to Salt Lake city.

R Scott W.

Yelp
Nice selection of eats, decently priced. Daily Food Specials, great doormen/waitresses/Barkeeps. Patio seating, friendly atmosphere, Sunday Brunch.

Henry M.

Yelp
The food is amazing for a bar. The service is also good. If you want to go for a good Sunday brunch this is a place worth checking out.

Connor R.

Yelp
Used to be great! But it's going downhill fast. Poplar Burger used to be a favorite, but sadly, it's losing its charm rapidly. In my last four visits, the staff checking IDs has consistently been confrontational and unpleasant towards me and my friends/family. Most recently, tonight there was an uncomfortable situation when the staff checking our IDs asked me to leave the birthday gift that I was carrying with him at the front desk.... This is quite odd especially while celebrating a friend's birthday party isn't that normal in restaurants and bars? This felt quite unwelcoming and he was still had an hostility attitude. The food quality remains decent, but the drinks mirror the service. When I raised these issues with management, there was a disappointing lack of concern or responsiveness. Regrettably, this experience has been the final straw for me, and I have decided not to return. I would advise others to get a better experience down the road somewhere else

Carl H.

Yelp
Service at the bar is great! Food is better than average bar menu. I like the pizza and the nachos.

Cassie T.

Yelp
Literally was the worst experience! Sat at the bar for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. Came to Utah on vacation hearing the hidden little spots were gems, however the bartender here was disgustingly rude. Saw groups of people being served while still not even being greeted. As a bartender myself, I was so disappointed. Everything else around it was great though!

Kat K.

Yelp
I wish this place didn't have so much breading on their food, the curds were practically fried air (I don't know how to properly fry them but however it was done wasn't the usual fried cheese curd). The chicken was good other than being over breaded and the sliders were just way over cooked, the buns and toppings looked and tasted awesome but my husband had specifically asked for a medium-rare cook on the mini burgers. I love the atmosphere here and the drinks are awesome so hence the three stars instead of 2. Before the upper deck opened up I feel like this place had BOMB food and things have probably gone downhill due to staffing post Covid. I hope that I get to edit this review soon and come back DRASTICALLY different because I love the location and vibe of this bar, it used to be my perfect "we need food before we go drink" kinda stop.

G W.

Yelp
Really good burgers and garlic cheese fries. We were able to eat a great meal and watch football.

Chris P.

Yelp
My friends and I visited this establishment today on our Wednesday cocktail adventures to visit several different and upcoming or highly rated gastro pubs, bars and restaurants ranging from Logan to the PC, to Draper and west as far as Tooele/ Grantsville. We have made it a goal to experience what the great state of Utah has to offer in the food and cocktail industry. Today we visited 6 different establishments, bar X, Beer Bar, Taquiria 27, Jonny's on 2nd, legends and Poplar St to end the day as we have read and heard it's a great place to be. We didn't even have a beer or eat at the others as they were less than what we were looking for or served. I will agree it is a cool building with an amazing vibe they had good food and the locals we sat with were positive and helped the experience with great banter with lots of nostalgic conversation and laughter. I would recommend to this to my friends, out of towners or anyone staying close to visit this establishment. That being said I do have to give a warning if your going to go durring mid to late afternoon hours i would ask if the bar tender with name of Fanny and If she is working, if so I would Go next door to RedRock where you will be treated with respect. The approach she took was we were not locals (even though we are)So we did not deserve respect or even common courtesy. She acted as if it was a blessing to even be sitting and requesting a beverage let alone food. While visiting we take turns buying different rounds for each other with a variety of cocktails and food. When it came to my turn to order she then did placed the order and demanded payment and stated " I need payment I'm About to be off" I present my card she then proceeded to snatch the card out of my hand ran it and essentially tossed the card and receipts back in my direction. It was aggressive enough that my wife , friend and 2 local patrons looked at me wide eyed and said what's her problem. I looked at them and did the hands up emoji and laughed. The point of the story is fun place just don't go when "Fanny the bar tender" is behind the bar. On the positive side Jake was a beast. We will be calling before visiting in the future. 4 stars because of Jake, the 2 local patrons and food. If was based on "Fanny" it would be a 2 and don't go! Have fun and enjoy life and what it has to offer!

Jake P.

Yelp
Food and service were great! Catia was our server and she was super helpful. The place is massive with a cool vibe. Will definitely come back.

Hector B.

Yelp
Simple place. Decent beer options. I learned that all kegs must be 5% or less. Damn! I ate their Epic burger and really enjoyed it. There was enough French fries for 2 to 3 people! Service was solid. It's a bar with decent food.

Jerry S.

Yelp
Betsy, the bartender, cut off 3 three people in a row including myself because she was having a bad night. She cut me off for not tipping after telling me I "order like an asshole" for asking what kind of whiskey they had. Why would I tip her after that???She cut off the guy in front of me for not remembering the last name on the tab immediately. She was power tripping and is costing this bar business.

Alex C.

Yelp
Poplar is descent, I've been here a handful of times, it's just not suiting for me. It's a great location and large space, so I do hope they thrive. It's a bummer I don't enjoy this place as much as I would like. Although I won't be returning to have a meal here but maybe a quick drink. If you do eat here, I don't recommend the burgers.... and stick to spirits or bottled beverages. It's a bummer I don't enjoy this place as much as I would like. Fast forward, I've heard numerous people rave about their burgers and finally had the chance to go again. I ordered the Chorizo Burger with fries, Guinness on tap and a Lagunitas. Also the same people in my party order tap beer and another burger that they weren't satisfied with. Food: Burger - Came out looking delightful and quite promising but it did not cut it. The patty tasted old or as if it were freezer burned. It had an unpleasant after taste. Fries - They were good, nothing special or unique. Drinks: Guinness was super flat and not what it should taste like. The bottled Lagunitas was delightful.

Maestro L.

Yelp
Service was OK but it was in the early afternoon and we visited for a late lunch. We ordered the jalapeño burger and a cheeseburger and both burgers were over cooked, we asked for them medium and medium rare. There was no flavor in either of the burger. Kind of weird, they were so greasy, the cheese only stuck to the bread and not the patty. We know why. Five stars for service three stars for the food.

Britt J. R.

Yelp
Good burger and service. I walked around town looking for a good place to eat and just wanted to find Burger nothing fancy. This Bob had excellent service good selection of beer and I ordered some sausage and chips along with it. We're all good experience. It also have sports on TV here on screens and a nice atmosphere through along with it.

Todd S.

Yelp
Oh man, what a bad experience. I genuinely thought I was being punked. I waited 34 minutes for nachos and the thing I got was just a joke. I looked at the two waitresses and said "are y'all serious?" They looked at me and nervously laughed and walked away. The one waitress that dared said something said "sadly not" about me asking about this gross nachos being a joke. This place is Uber gross. I'll never ever ever come back. Which is such a bummer cause the outdoor bar was so lovely and so was the female bartender outdoors. I'm not going to drop names but there are some really problematic male bartenders at this place. It's been a long time since I've been in such a problematic place.

Adam L.

Yelp
We love the food at Poplar! I especially love the french dip sandwich and fresh cut french fries. Very tasty. We usually call in our order to takeout. Tonight, we called in and the Poplar employee mentioned that they were very busy, quite understaffed, and that they would not be accepting takeout orders. We were really craving the sandwich, so we went to the restaurant and ordered takeout in-person. To our surprise, there were only two customers sitting at the bar with four unoccupied staff members. I am still curious as to why we were told that they were not taking takeout orders. Tough look, Poplar.

Jennifer M.

Yelp
First time visiting, but overall a great experience. My friends were already seated and had been enjoying food and drinks. The waitress quickly came over and got my order. She then checked on us throughout the night. Food was good, had a taco and some fries. Ordered a spicy margarita as well.

Alexa C.

Yelp
I come here often, I work at a bar very close to here but we close early, so I always recommend this place to my guests. Never again. I've never felt more unwanted by an establishment before. Came in at 11:40, front door guy said food stops at 12:30, another gentleman went to the kitchen to confirm for us, came back to the front and said "kitchen is open until 12:15." Sat down, immediately got greeted, server put down menus, then, who I could only imagine is the owner, instantly came up to the server, as she was taking our drink order, said to her, as abruptly as one could, "I cut the kitchen but these guys are ok" so we instantly felt bad and asked if we were ok to order, server said yes, placed our order. Our food gets dropped, and within 2 minutes of our food being on our table, our server, instead of asking us if there is anything she could get us her question was "want anything else before I close you out " I said yes, I might want a shot after I finish the one you just put down on my table, give me like 3 minutes. Exactly 3 minutes later, she walks up, claps her hands and rudely says "um so did you decide yet?" . All in all, terrible time.

Kathy P.

Yelp
Amazing place. We got the Fennel Cannelloni and it was spectacular. I'm Italian and the pasta and sausage was exactly like my Grandma made it. I think this is the best dish I have ever had at a restaurant! And service was great. Shout out to Desi and Dirk- we got our drinks and food so quickly. We will be back here.

Sam S.

Yelp
This is a fun sport bar....few pool tables exists here. The place is huge with an outdoor sitting. I haven't been here recently but I think they recently remodeled and added a second floor which makes this place way bigger. Location is great and the service is fine. There are food options and the food plates are pretty big. I usually get their fries plate and have it while playing a game of pool. The only issue with this place is the parking! Very limited parking of their own, like 4-5 spots. Other than that you gotta find a street parking which can be a hassle because all those parking are paid parking!

Lily M.

Yelp
If you want an amazing Burger and Fries, you don't have to look any further! Poplar Street Pub is a casual spot to come for delicious food and drinks, with a cool and hip atmosphere. They are even in the process of expanding their space to a second floor, which is going to be awesome once it's finished. I was having a hard time deciding on what to order since I wanted everything on the menu (Cobb Salad, Fish Tacos, Burgers galore, etc.), so I asked the waiter for a recommendation and he recommended I try the Veggie Southwestern Burger. I'm glad I listened to him because the burger was the best veggie burger I've ever had in my life. The pattie was supposedly quinoa based, but it looked and tasted just like beef! The bun was so soft and moist and soaked up the delicious sauce perfectly. I highly recommend this burger! But, do not think about coming here without also ordering their Garlic Truffle French Fries. These Fries are insanely good! I couldn't imagine coming here and not always partaking in these guilty, bad boys. The service is also very good here! All in all, I had a great experience. The only bad thing was that the Women's restroom downstairs was not clean at all.

Becca O.

Yelp
Worst Experience ever! My husband and I stopped by last week after an event for dinner. We were greeted at the front letting us know they were running a bit behind food-wise. no biggie as we weren't in a hurry. Took a while to even get waited on. We both ordered burgers. Mine came out with a giant hair embedded into the burger. Took over 25 minutes for our waitress to even come check on us. Upon showing her the problem, she asked if I wanted a new one. I responded yes and that I'd like the new one boxed up to go. She went in the back and immediately boxed up the SAME hairy burger for me to take home. Another several minutes later I flagged her down again and explained that I needed a new one "in a box" as I wasn't going to eat the hairy one which is why I sent it back in the first place. She said she's put in the order and walked away. While we were waiting for that she said the manager would be by to adjust the bill to take the cost off (a good gesture we thought). The manager came by without saying a word and swiped up the bill and my husbands card. When he came back over with the receipt, we'd been charged the full amount. After another 40 minutes of sitting there waiting for a new burger my husband had to literally walk through the place to find our server who had not been back at all. He asked her about the new burger to which she replied "What burger?" Then admitted that she never placed the new order. He then tried to sort out the bill with her and was told they had our info so would just run a refund for the burger against it and to "Not worry about a tip as she was sooooooooo embarrassed." I've checked the bank account today, not only were we charged the full amount but they added on their own amount for a tip that was never authorized or signed by from us. And that refund for a hairy burger that was supposed to be replaced that I never got nor ate is non existent! We've been here before with no issues, but I can confidently say we won't ever be there again.

Jeff S.

Yelp
I was here again last night, again the food was awesome, especially the in house veggie patties, some of the best I have ever had. Beer choices are big, and served just right too. I got a little upset with one of the Bar maids in the back bar, she was out of line the way she treated me when I stepped one foot behind the bar to ask for another stein of beer. I was wrong to do that and am sorry I did, and she apologized when I told what thought of the way she acted, so I'm not going to mention her name. If they could do one thing to improve, it would be to offer a Brewery Mustard or at least a spicy Mustard. After all there Veggie Paddies are second to none. They deserve better than just cheap Mustard.

Natalie B.

Yelp
Super chill oldschool bar where you order at the bar and take your drink back to your own table/seat/outdoor area. Mind you, we went on a Thursday and it was practically empty, but it was very relaxed. Loved it! Did not try the food, but they made my friend a mixed drink she loved and I enjoyed a standard draft Bud Light.

Harry L.

Yelp
Let's start by saying the bar staff is fantastic. Very nice and gave good recommendations on local beer. However the manager or who I thing was the manger ruined it. We were in there two nights during a work trip. First night this guy wasn't there second he was. He was so rude. He yelled at us for standing by the bar waiting for a drink then made us move our tables so he could fit through the row... it made no difference but he did spill on of our beers and did not offer a replacement. He was a jerk.

Sean R.

Yelp
This place is surprisingly big! They've got 3 bars, one in the main downstairs area, a small little bar house in the back of the courtyard, and one upstairs as well. Lots of outdoor seating in the courtyard and a few tables on the upstairs balcony too. They have some serious burgers here too, and WiFi is available (though it's usually spotty).

Bob K.

Yelp
Service was absolutely horrible. If we weren't starving we would have walked out. The waitress missed orders of water and food. The food took forever to came out. It took us 2 hours to eat. We were literally the only people there. The waitress said it was due to having 10 people in our party. It was absolutely horrific service and experience

Daniel N.

Yelp
Love this place! It's a huge space, perfect for when you want to change it up from the loud music and chaos of other places and have conversations with your friends. Drinks were cheap and we played pool.

Alisha W.

Yelp
Delicious food, friendly staff, easy parking at lunch-time. Food: Great, fresh pub food. We enjoyed the appetizer-a cannelloni. A fried chicken sandwich and burger-both delicious (although I personally preferred the burger) the fresh cut fries were a bonus. Service: Friendly and quick! Dining area: Dark and bar-like...it is a pub. Clean. Atmosphere: chill, laid back, quiet. I imagine this place gets bumping at night-there was evidence of a karaoke stage, billiards, etc-but it was nice and quiet at lunch.

Yelp
I've been there a few times and each time has been good but tonight had a waitress who's service was lacking which wasn't an issue seeing the pub was decently busy but after a friend closed their tab and left a 10% tip came back and complained about said tip she was a older lady wearing a blue jacket and after that proceeded to close the whole tables tab

Yelp
Got a beer and carnitas taco. The taco took forever to arrive and tasted just ok.

Yelp
A casual pub good for what it should be. Just a casual place to hang out. The help was nonchalant, I experienced and lazy. The wings were subpar. However, our pork dish was great and the pricing on the beer was a good value.

Yelp
Always our first choice! Catia takes good care of us every time. It's a great casual hang at Poplar. See you next time!
